First the location is perfect, we could walk from the Roma Termini station in less than 10 minutes, everything is super close, the place is very clean and beautiful, Tersia is an amazing person. She kept our bags before and after check in, amazing experience.

Great location with a metro staying just a couple of minute walk away. Apartment is small but has everything you need for a short stay in Rome. As it is. Situated on the fourth floor, the elevator was fantastic for my sixty year old mother - it’s really cute and she actually found it a treat to ride in rather than struggling to get up stairs. The rooms were nice and airy, the beds were hard but still comfortable so we slept well. It could be a bit noisy in the mid-mornings as it is adjacent to a main road (general traffic noises, sirens and people shouting at night/in the morning) but nothing ear plugs won’t fix if you are planning to lie in. Check in was easy and Claudio’s colleague was very helpful. Claudio was also quick to respond to messages which was greats. Lovely little place that I would recommend.

A lovely apartment for a weekend in Rome. Close to (and with views of) the Vatican, it provided the perfect respite to rest our tired feet before heading back into the city.

Dario was super helpful, very easy to communicate with and fast replies. Bed was big and very comfortable. Balcony for evening nite caps was super!

Our stay at Dario's place was great. We had everything we needed and communication with the host was easy. Although we never got to meet in person it felt as though Dario lives across the hallway :). The view is awesome, Basilica San Pietro is pretty close and can be seen from the balcony of the apartment. Easy access to the subway and city center and the neighborhood is extremely peaceful and quiet.

Dario condo was excellent. The view to the coupole of St Peter from the balcony was certainly a plus! In spite of the grey weather, the studio was very hospitable. Its location is in the vicinity of a main train station (about 8 minutes), with buses and taxis available in front of it. The closest Metro station was somewhat further, a good 20 min but the itinerary will take you across St Peter square! I spent only the first two of the four nights we had planed to stay at Dario’s place, when I was just by myself. For the last two nights, when my life partner was joining me, I felt that Dario studio was too small and it’s location not close enough to the old part of Rome. Dario not only was very accommodating for me to leave earlier than planned and graciously reimbursed me for the two nights I would not stay at his place. He went well beyond any expectation to call a taxi when I left after two nights and when we needed to book a taxi to head to the port to catch a cruise ship two days after we left, he helped us for its booking! Dario was really a fantastic host and I only can warmly recommend him and his condo. You will particularly enjoy his studio if you do not need a separate bedroom from the living area and not to be located within the old part of Rome. If you wanted to be close to the Vatican, his place is perfect!

Although it's far from the city center, bus 64 goes to major tourist destinations. The surroundings are safe and the view of the Duomo from the terrace was amazing! This is a great place to stay when visiting Rome. Ah! And the host overwhelmed me and gave me a good guide so I felt invited to a good friend from the start of my trip back to Korea ^^

We had a phenomenal night in Rome! The driver he Setup was there waiting when we got off the plane, then Giuseppe met us at checkin. He gave us a map and helped us navigate all the spots we wanted to see since we only had one night. He also showed us a great local pizza spot. Would highly recommend him.

Claudia’s place was perfect for our two nights stay. Spacious for two people. It has been mentioned before, but the traffic does get a bit loud but it is easy to ignore eventually! Claudia was also amazing in helping us get a transfer to the airport which was very helpful. Enjoyed and definitely recommend this apartment!

Claudia is a wonderfully helpful host and the apartment is in a fantastic location. It literally has view of the Vatican and is only a few minutes walk to so many historic Roman sights.

We have spent some incredible days at Claudia's home. Their hospitality has been incredible and they have made us feel at home. The house is as seen in the images and the location cannot be better. We were 10 minutes from important monuments walking and, at most, 30 minutes to the colisseo walking. You have bus stops under the house and incredible views. If we return to Rome we will not hesitate to repeat.

This is a great apartment with a large bedroom and lounge area. The kitchen and bathroom are small but the have everything you need. We had a small problem with the hot water system but Claudia responded quickly and had it fixed within hours. It is close to the river and has restaurants, Mini supermarkets and a good laundry nearby. You will enjoy you stay here .

Marco's place was a perfect stay for Rome. The location is ideal, less than a two minute walk to the colosseum. It's also located opposite a police station so the area feels very safe. The apartment itself was great, very clean with cool decor. It has everything you need and includes a useful guide of recommendations for the city. Hello ! The neighborhood where Marco's apartment is very safe, is very cozy, near the colosseum and near the subway that leaves you wherever you want, there are several places to eat nearby, Marco leaves you with a guide of places and a map of the city, Very attentive on your part because Rome has a lot of history and life is not enough for you to know it completely, although I don't speak Italian but Marco knows how to speak Spanish well, we were very pleased to stay there since it is a strategic point to know Rome.

Great Host, just mind their is a small fee of City tax, I might have not read, but it was not an issue. Absolutely great spot to see everything Marco was a welcoming host and very professional, I will be staying again if available and I’m in Rome. Can walk everywhere and was able to take a once in a lifetime sunset shot with no one around of the coliseum.

Monica's place was more than I could have asked for. From the location to the amenities, it checks all the boxes to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Monica is probably the best airbnb host I have come across, she is attentive to detail and goes above and beyond to make sure your trip is up to your expectations.

Monica and her loft were both fantastic....hopefully i can put into words how great. Location....close to Trevi, tons of good food within walking distance, bus stop and train station within 1 block...So easy to get around!!! Place is above a restaurant so there is a little noise but this was not distracting and I sleep very lightly so really not a problem. Amenities….what doesn't Monica provide? The list is small....she provides EVERYTHING!!! Every detail is covered by this super host. Lets see if i can cover it all....Bathroom...soaps, shampoos, conditioner, nice towels, slippers, no robes....ok there is ONE thing missed.....curling iron, hair dryer, flat iron, nice shower, shoe polish, etc.....Kitchen.....all utensils needed, nice dishware, pots pans, induction stove, microwave, oil(really tasty) and vinegar, seasoning, some misc canned food if needed, cups, nice glass wine goblets, a washer (clothes), coffee maker, coffees, teas, milk, patstries, etc. ….general...…..a hot water bottle with cloth cover , umbrella, …..Monica provided directioms to all kinds of good eateries, sites, was available and willing to make reservations, so kind and gracious. I would readuily stay again when back in Rome.

The host was really friendly. I arrived in Rome late and waited for us until late. Even before coming to Rome, he kept in touch with the details The house was very clean and caring for the host's house was excellent. Bedding was very clean and was good. We described the transportation, useful shops and tourist attractions around the property. When the weather suddenly got cold, I stopped by the hostel and controlled the heaters. Washing machines and hair dryers were very useful, and welcome chocolates and bread were also available. Cooking tools are also available. In Rome, you will stay around Termini Station, but it is also within walking distance from Termini Station and major tourist attractions. I would highly recommend it and would like to stay here again if I visit Rome again. I was very moved by the kindness and attentiveness of my host, monica

Monica’s apartment is stunning. It really is a perfect little piece of heaven right in the centre of Rome in easy reach of all of the main sights. It has everything you could possibly need and more. Beautifully decorated with very thoughtful touches - even hair straighteners, Prosecco, a Nespresso machine - everything! It’s almost a shame to leave it and go out for the day. The best accolade I can give it is that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone and that we will 100% be back to stay the next time we are in Rome. Spotlessly clean and far better than a hotel. Monica is super helpful and goes above and beyond to support your trip in any way she can - lots of perfect recommendations for trips and food.

Our stay in Monica’s magical property was the best we have ever had. Even before we arrived, Monica was so helpful and communicative that we knew our every need would be cared for. She gave us pages of advice and guidance, taking all the difficulty out of planning our stay and making it easy. From arrival, Monica met us at the door and welcomed us warmly. When we saw the apartment, we were thrilled. It is a beautiful, romantic love nest, decorated tastefully and was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a wonderful stay. It was my wife’s birthday whilst we were there, and Monica was so thoughtful and went the extra mile to make sure that it was a fantastic and memorable visit to what has now become one of our favourite cities. We would jump at the chance to visit Rome again and this apartment would be the top of our list.

A great, stylish place right next to the metro station, easy to reach from Fiumicino airport. Maura is a great host who will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome!

Would stay again. We were very happy with fact that Maura was able to accommodate us at very short notice after our flight home got cancelled (And for a cheaper price). Staying here for our extra day was great as it’s close to Roma Termini and the metro is right outside so it’s very easy to get around the city. The apartment itself was easy to find and we were able to check in early thanks to Stefani. The whole place was very clean and looked just as beautiful as the pictures made it out to be. Some food had been prepared for us for breakfast but we were also able to help ourselves to a variety of other things which was nice. After checking out we were able to leave our luggage and come back later to collect it and return the keys. I definitely recommend booking. My only criticisms would be that the shower was quite difficult to set to a comfortable temperature and the noise from other guests was quite noticeable but there’s not much you can do about that. They could probably hear us too so you’ve just got to be courteous.

Great location and the Vatican was a lot closer than excepted

Ludovica’s place is right in front of Vatican. 5 mins walking. The check in was super smooth and she let us leave our luggage early morning! There is an elevator so it’s super easy to get upstairs. The view of the basilica is definitely the most amazing thing about this place. You can drink wine and tea while enjoying this view. The apartment is wonderful, pretty modern and very clean. The beds are very comfortable as well. In overall, a lot of amazing space in the apartment! It’s about 30 mins walking from the center. What’s more, Ludovica made us feel extra welcome/special and took care of our needs! As you’re traveling, you definitely want a host like her to give you the best experience! Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

The room is great with an en-suite bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need and it’s a cute sitting area. You’re close to the metro and tram, so even if it’s far to walk to the centro, it’s easily accessible by public transport within 15 min. Enrica was a great host and replied to everything really quickly! We had a nice time 😊

Great spot in a hip little town! Only a metro ride away from main attractions, and I found that I preferred being away from the tourist sites and in this hip little area of Rome. Enrica was very sweet and accommodating! Room was as described and lovely. It did get a bit humid, but nothing opening the window for 20 minutes couldn’t fix (as was part of “to-dos” suggested by host). Would recommend and stay again!

Location a little out from the centre, so be prepared to do battle with metro and trams - always crowded! Accommodation good. Bed comfortable and shower hot. Kitchen facilities good and plenty of supplies for breakfast and hot drinks. Very good value for money. Thank you to our hosts.

Great location for us, ideal accommodation for 2 people in the particular (orange) apartment we stayed. Great value and Enrica was a brilliant host with a wealth of knowledge and fantastic suggestions like Ciak Pizzeria and Necci Cafe which are literally on the doorstep and are highly recommended too. She gave us great tips for what we wanted to do in the area and also in town. Easy and quick transport options into Rome. We would definitely recommend this stay to others.

Attractive, atmospheric apartment in a great location. It's quite central even for walking, but also close to major bus routes and the metro. Despite its convenience for public transport, the apartment itself and its street are very quiet. Plenty of good restaurants close by. Good kitchen, bathroom, wi-fi in the apartment, which is quite big and very clean. Recommended.

This was a spacious and stylish space. It was everything we needed for our stay in Rome and the hosts were very accommodating and easy to stay in contact with! We had an automatic check in with keypads and keys in a lockbox which made it easy for when we wanted to check in after having a late night out. The shower was a good size, which isn’t the case everywhere! Definitely got our steps in walking to places from here but it was overall a very nice stay!

Great apartment in Monti on a quiet street, but still close to all the action. We walked a lot and used the nearby Metro and bus stops to get around wherever we needed. The apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed, and was perfect for a relaxed trip exploring Rome for our second time!

Good appartment for two, near Vatican and comodities

We loved our stay here in Rome! The room was wonderful, and much bigger than we had expected. It was very cute and the tub was very nice though it took a little while to fill. We especially loved the food recommendations! We tried several and enjoyed them all! The location was perfect and so close to so many things. We walked every where we went. The best gelato we had in Italy was right next door at the Romano. Make sure you get the chocolate sauce in the cone! We wished we could have stayed longer!

Paolo's flat was exactly what we needed, it was perfectly situated for all the sites we wanted to see, very central for the main sites of Rome. The flat was clean and stylish and the other guests in the other rooms were considerate and we are all quiet, not disturbing each other.

The apartment was really nice. It has a really comfortable bed, well decorated room and an amazing bathroom. It has breakfast included and someone encharge of cleaning our room every day. We really enjoy our stay here!

Had a great stay in Paolo’s Airbnb, the room was a lot bigger than expected! It is in fact not a hot tub (no jets) but a regular tub (big enough for two before all the pasta) the breakfast was grand simple and light. And a wonderful location, didn’t use one taxi the whole trip walked everywhere except the Colosseum but the 87 bus takes you right to it and is only a few minutes from the Airbnb. Highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

It's a Roman road, so the location is just 10 minutes away from the station. The room was bigger than I thought, so it was not uncomfortable to live with 24 inches of carriers. There was a separate toilet in the room and one outside. The sound of the bathroom vents is so loud but you can just turn it off. The breakfast was simple but it was so good to start the day and the staff were friendly and the lift in the building made it comfortable. There are two places in the bakery that are three or four minutes away from the house. Pasticceria Panificio Panella Roma Anyway, it's spacious, clean and has a host, so it feels safer and it's worth staying the next time you visit Rome! Good hostel.

The location was good and the room was clean. It was a pity that the breakfast was gone after the start time, and the ingredients were much less. The room was clean and easy to use. I was worried that the Wi-Fi connection would occasionally break. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Heating appliances in working condition (in two other hotels there were problems with this). The metro station is a 3 min walk, but we got on foot to the sights: 35 minutes to the Coliseum. We are glad to recommend this apartment to anyone who is going to Rome !! Thanks a lot to Claudio !!

My fiance and I stayed in Nicolas appartment for the weekend and attended the rugby during our stay. Appartment was ideal for us. Spotless, quiet community but everything we needed within reach close to metro so easy to get around the city and fantastic balcony for any time of year. Nickolas was a great host very helpful.

Staying with Nicola was just perfect! The appartement is so cute, clean, and very close to public transportation to the center of Rome. The balcony was such a nice bonus too. Nicola responded very promptly and gave us great instructions on how to get into the property. He even has a guide to places and things he loves in the neighborhood. This was a great experience in every way . Nicola gave us excellent travel guidelines . We immediately bought a 72 hour travel ticket which was fantastic especially when we saw Nicolas information about the 87 bus which brought us to so many places and we enjoy being on a bus seeing the city and being with locals on their daily journey .The restaurants locally were perfect . They are conveniently listed in a brochure in the apartment .We particularly loved In Due Al Tre which had lovely traditional food .Coffee shops nearby were all friendly . There is an excellent shopping street as you come out of Furio Camilo metro which is near apartment. All this information was outlined by Nicola .It was also very kind of her to be available by text . She quickly answered all queries . It was not balcony weather but we enjoyed looking over the city and imagine it would be fabulous in summer . Going home to this would make the stairs up to the apartment worth every step . Thank you Nicola for everything .

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Nicola’s place! The place itself is beautiful and spacious, especially at such a reasonable price! The balcony and the view are the best part but the interior is also very cute and clean. It is important to note that it’s on the top floor of the building so if you have an issue with climbing up like 5 flights of stairs, it may not be for you. Nicola provided a book detailed with places to eat, transportation information, as well as some other helpful tips, which we definitely took advantage of (Our favorite was “Hopificio” which is a 5 or so minute walk from the apartment). It is a bit of a walk from the airbnb to the main center of Rome but we found that the taxi service (which was recommended in Nicola’s booklet) was the most reasonable/quickest way to get to where the attractions are! We’d definitely recommend staying at Nicola’s place!

The stay in Nicola's apartment made us feel at home. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood full of restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the subway station. Nicola is always available when you have any questions, your attention made us feel very comfortable.

Warm and welcoming spot with easy access to mini markets in the area and metro stations nearby. Place was spotless and with all the necessary commodities. Nice neighborhood. Parking may be difficult at times. But all in all a great experience to enjoy either solo or accompanied.

Claudia's place was clean and well located for us. We were walkers throughout our time in Rome and were able to walk to all sites, shops and restaurants we wanted to from Claudia's. We had some difficulty finding the door for check in , but Claudia responded quickly and and was able to patiently guide us in the correct direction. She left good personal tips for sites and restaurants, as well as various guide books to assist. The apartment was well stocked with snacks and homemade liqueur to indulge upon. We had some difficulty with the hot water our first night, but later realized we just didn't have the heater on long enough before trying, as the water was just fine for the remainder of our stay. Claudia was extremely helpful throughout our stay, going so far as to book us a cab for our early morning flight on the day of our checkout. Would recommend!

I have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this was the best I have ever booked! Claudia and her daughter were SO helpful and kind. Everything was sparkling clean and well prepared. They even had little snacks and kept our luggage for us after check out so we could keep exploring! The apartment is well situated in a safe neighborhood and very charming. Claudia's place is in the most amazing spot. You can walk from there to all the ruins and museums. The bed was a bit hard for my tastes, but everything else in the apartment is extremely nice! I would absolutely stay there again. The snacks and amenities were much appreciated!

The owner-hosts Rita and Fabio are **supremely** caring and solicitous hosts, ready to assist as one needs. This place is small, very well-equipped, and a most clean space with both good natural light and heating (if you need when there). The kitchen area is functional as well. They left me wine, a bottle of bubbly, copious breakfast items, coffee, tea, so on, which I hadn’t anticipated. It felt like a bed and breakfast in this regard. The apartment is in a very central location, walkable to all the heavy-weight historic sites. Singularly wonderful experience!

The location is very good. It's closed to the Rome Termini and spots. The house is fully furnished and equipped, which you can cook and make coffee for yourselves. The house is on the third floor and there is no elevator, is not convenient for people who have heavy luggage.

Very good communication since the moment we first book the apartment She was also able to accommodate our pick up at the airport, even though our flight arrived after 12 past midnight. The location is SO convenient. You can walk to everything. The place was super clean, she was very thoughtful on every detail arranged prior to our arrival. She was so kind to send us a welcome bottle. The kitchen is super cute and it is full with everything you need. Coffee, croissants, cookies, juice, yogurt were some of the things that were in the room at no cost. I loved it, I definitely recommend it and most likely would be back. Grazie Mille Rita!!!

Very good stay, Ideal location.

Perfect location a ten minute walk from the Pantheon and a beautiful, comfortable flat. Nice extra touches such as the espresso machine and Bluetooth speakers. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were very quick to respond to messages.

Great spot in Rome in such an interesting neighborhood. Check in was easy however it was an associate of the host and not the host itself. I have recently found this to be common practice in Europe however so I was not completely surprised. The space was elegant and cool and was a great spot to return to after a long day of sight seeing. The Jewish Ghetto is a very cool spot in the city with some great local food.

Denia's place was beautiful and in a great location. When we arrived, we met with Antonio who gave us a tour of the house and showed us where everything was. The first day was great, the second day an alarm in the next building had been going off all day, every 2 minutes, from about 9am until at least 7:30 pm. I feel bad because I kept messaging Denia and Antonio about it, but it wouldn't stop and I was trying to get work done. They tried their best to respond to it, but unfortunately we were only able to stay one night because we had to be up early the next day and ended up staying with a few friends. Besides that incident, the house was beautiful, clean, and it was super easy to get in touch with both Denia and Antonio.

This place was amazing. Plenty of room for everything. We stayed for a whole week and found the closet very convenient for all of our stuff. The location was great and the little private balcony was an added bonus. Andrea was a great host and gave excellent city tips and was very responsive when we had questions about things: I could tell he takes his “super host” status serious. He graciously changed our linens for us and was helpful during the on-line booking process when I wanted to extend our stay. I loved the sitting area under the loft and the large kitchen table. This unit had a larger fridge and cabinet space than his other units and is one of the reasons why I chose it. All of the things we needed to cook a nice Italian meal were there, which was nice! The view is of the Roman training grounds and then if you lean out the window, you can see a cool view of the Colosseum. 100% would stay here again!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy Rome. It is in the heart of the fashion district and walkable distance to many of Rome’s monuments. We walked to Vatican City and coliseum all in one day will taking one time to stop at little cafes. The townhouse was clean, welcoming and spacious! 10/10 recommend.

I was hosted by Denia for 3 nights in January whilst visiting Rome with my mum. We had a great stay at the apartment! Denia was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. We felt the apartment was extremely good value for money. It was comfortable and even nicer than the pictures suggested. The location is unbeatable, everything you would want to see for a city break is within walkable distance (furthest distance probably the vatican 30/40 mins) which meant we really got to explore the city on foot and maximise the January sunshine! Despite being located on one of the busiest shopping streets in Rome, the apartment is set back from the road and so noise was never an issue. We had a wonderful stay and would very much recommend the apartment to anyone looking.

Patrizio is the best host we’ve had in my time with Airbnb. The apartment is stunning and in a perfect location to get to the train station or to one of the many sights Rome has to offer. Both combined, made our stay perfect. When I return to Rome, I’ll be sure to book with Patrizio.

Great location!! And a super helpful host. Very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet so that was a bit annoying because the sheet didn’t stay. It was loud at night being on a main road but the view and location are awesome! About a 10 minute walk to the Colleseum and a 25 minute walk to all the other sights.

This place is really great and the location is amazing. It does look like it does in the photos. You'll want to spend all day on the balcony! One thing with the location though is it is at a busy street corner. I'm a very light sleeper as well as a lifetime insomniac. The road outside is on an ambulance route, so you'll be hearing sirens all night (all day if you choose to stay in), but also their lights also light up the room's ceiling through the shutters. If you are a bad sleeper like me, be sure to bring earplugs and an eye mask. My normal earplugs didn't work well for the sirens, so I had to use my special noise canceling earbuds playing white noise to block it out. But I'm definitely an outlier on how poorly I sleep. The room is totally amazing and worth it, despite how difficult it was for me to sleep. You'll be lucky if you get to stay here.

Great, clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Patrizio and Chris made it easy for us to check in. The area and building felt very safe. TV and ipad were a nice touch. Slightly noisy at night from passing cars but this is to be expected with central location. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again :)

This is an amazing stylish apartment with a gorgeous terrace in the very heart of Rome. Great value for money! When we arrived, we couldn’t believe our eyes how beautiful it was!! The loft is very warm and has everything you need inside. It was hard to get out :) You may find everything in a few steps distance - best cafes, shops, groceries etc. Perfect for sightseeing! I also want to point out the hosts - they were very welcoming and responsive! Will definitely return back to this loft!!!

Mateo’s apartment is very special, located in one of the best areas in Roma, easy to walk to most important sites, surrounded with many restaurants, grocery stores and high end boutiques. Great location and easy access to everything you need and want to see from here. Very cool place and you truly feel like you are living and a part of the city. When in the apartment it is quite and relaxed and wishing 20 steps you drop out onto and old cobblestone street with shopping, food, stores and metro access. Highly recommend.

Very good location in a safe neighbourhood. Emilio adviced a very good pizzeria nearby which was overcrowded, but pizza was worth it. Apartment was super clean and cozy. Emilio's apartment was perfect, the location was ideal, close to many supermarkets, the metro and bus stations and a 30 minute walk to the Coliseum. On the other hand, it had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Appreciate the fact that there was everything you need for cooking (such as oil, salt, kitchen paper, etc.). All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment as both the facilities and the host are excellent.

Emilio's apartment is cozy and stylish at the same time and the backyard is a fantastic little jungle. It is also quiet and relaxing there. The apartment is conveniently located in the centre, with a pleasant and scenic walk of around 30 minutes to the Colosseum, the metro about 5 minutes walk away and a bus stop one minute away.

Emanuele's place was superb! It was clean, SO centrally located and roomy for a single traveller. Given I travelled in October it was cool at night so very easy to sleep. Check in was easy with Emanuele waiting at the apartment. He then gave me a whole run down of things I could do and recommendations for places to eat in Rome! It was super useful. The shared spaces had a microwave and a fridge and I think a kettle - however I did not use them. Would highly recommend if travelling solo!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the stay I had in Rome with Emanuele. From the beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure I had an easy time getting to the apartment, giving me instructions of the several ways I could make my way to it from the airport. Having been to Rome before, I opted to take the train from the airport to Roma termini, where I got on a bus that took me to the doorsteps. The front door is massive, and reminded me of a castle, which was a bit amusing, but inside, there was this brand-new-looking elevator that took me to the apartment. On check-in he walked me through everything about the area, including which restaurants were the best types for what, though I ended up crashing almost immediately without having dinner. The place was empty when I stayed there, but even the room door had a lock with a key, which was something which made me feel at ease in case people checked in while i was out. The place was also spotless, which was immediately apparent, and had a wonderful feel overall to it. Upon waking early after a long sleep, I decided to venture out to walk around before I had to go to my tour of the vatican(which was only a few stops away on a very close bus). I made a right turn to find myself right on the roman forum, which I hadn't even realized was that close, and then looked up and said "Oh look, the Colosseum", and walked in that direction for a while. I got breakfast at a nearby spot, walked to the Trevi Fountain, and then to a few other spots, all before 9 AM, when I went back to the apartment to grab my things to head to the vatican(I knew I would be gone until after the check-out time, so I checked out a little early) I can't recommend the place enough, and would absolutely stay again next time I'm in Rome.

You couldn’t ask for a better location! I had the corner Room which has great light, a pleasant view across the piazza from one side and a cloistered convent on the other, so super Quiet especially For being so centrally located! Emanuele is also super fluent in English if you don’t speak Italian.

Marisa and her husband were such kind and helpful people. My experience with them was very positive in all aspects. Definitely a place I would return to and recommend.

Located a few hundred meters from the coliseum, Moses, via dei forum romani, excellent position can be easily reached on foot from Termini station. Room with excellent climate and hot shower with excellent pressure Dell water, l. Small common area with sofa. Warm welcome!

We loved staying at Andrea’s place. He truly is the “host with the most”! He organised a driver to meet us at the airport, he met us at the apartment with a big smile (in spite of our fog delayed flight) and helped carry our bags. Once inside we were shown a wonderful array of food and drinks ( including a bottle of lovely vino), great toiletries and given lots of local sightseeing and restaurant tips. We absolutely loved the Monti neighbourhood and particularly the vibe at Ai Tre Scalini (booking essential). We needed some help finding a physio which he assisted with also. I had a really enjoyable stay here at Andreas apartment. It’d a perfect location for exploring and a quick walk from Termini train station. I was met at the apartment and given a very thorough introduction to the apartment and the area. The bed was very comfortable and quiet at night. The apartment had every thing I needed for my stay. There are a few markets nearby if you want to pick up anything for your stay. Highly recommend staying here and will be looking forward to staying again on my next visit

The room was very nice! Clean and well-equipped, just 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum. In fact, such as the large fountain, the Spanish steps, etc. are all within walking distance, one or two kilometers. There are two or three Chinese restaurants nearby, one of which is very good in Sichuan cuisine. The children ate several meals in a row. Andrea is a very responsible host. When I checked in, I helped me and my child to plan the travel route and gave them a lot of practical tips. Very recommended, I will choose here next time I go to Rome!
