  • This was our second stay at Veronica's and we would love to keep coming back. The apartment is great with everything you need plus nice thoughtful touches. It's so peaceful and we enjoyed the cycling around the lovely local area. Our favourite airBnB so far!

    Rob2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay at Veronica’s studio. She was incredibly helpful with tips on where to go and what to do in the Cotswolds. The studio was perfect for chilling out in the evenings on a recliner sofa in front of the telly, and it was great to have a kitchen to cook our own food and save some money. The shower was great and we had a really comfy bed to sleep in too. Veronica also kindly left us biscuits, coffee and milk. Thank you for a wonderful stay Veronica! All the best, from Sophie and Sam

    Sophie2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great time staying at Veronica’s! We were hit by storm Dennis during our stay but were able to feel safe and warm inside our lovely little apartment. Malmesbury is just up the road and has some lovely places to eat and drink

    Nikos2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely weekend at Veronica's studio. The studio is well equipped, warm and very clean, we had a very comfortable stay overall. It would have been tricky to find the location, but thanks to Veronica's excellent directions we were able to find it without any problems. Highly recommended!

  • We would highly recommend this property. Veronica is such a great host. The property is flawless and perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area. You will need a car to stay here, but a HUGE plus is the safe parking, no need to worry about anything. Here you really feel away from things, it is so quiet. Can't speak highly enough of it!

Set in the idyllic village of Hankerton, next to a well known spa offering massage and beauty treatments and beautiful gardens. There is a double bedroom, living room, shower and a kitchenette. Ample Parking. Due to the current situation I would be very prepared to give big reductions for anyone who would like to come and stay, it’s a wonderful place to isolate yourselves, it will be deep cleaned wonderful walks, beautiful garden, tennis court and hairdressers and beauty treatments good WiFi.
The accommodation is situated in a beautiful garden, very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a getaway from the city. Near the accommodation you will find a small garden for your own use with a table and chairs under the apple tree, where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There is also a beauty spa open all week called Lifestyle Health and Beauty which has all the latest treatments. We would like to encourage people who are working in the area to take our accommodation as it's near Cheltenham, Swindon, Bath and not far from Bristol.
Hankerton is a small Cotswold village between Malmesbury and Tetbury. Swindon Bath and Cheltenham are near. Nearby Malmesbury is an historic town with a wonderful Abbey that you might wish to visit. You may also like to see the gardens tended by the celebrated naked gardeners next door! A little further, Tetbury has some wonderful antique shops and delicatessens to browse and the famous Highgrove Shop, which is well worth a visit. Within ten miles is the market town of Cirencester, which is at the heart of the Cotswolds and there are many shops and an interesting Roman museum. For water sports, one can enjoy an abundance of activities such as sailing, jet ski, kite surfing and fishing around the many lakes of the Cotswold Water Parks, a few miles away.
  • Great host and great place! Rowena is very friendly and welcoming. Her place and the surrounding area is very beautiful and worth visiting.

    Dominik2020-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • Sweet little cottage in the countryside. Rowena is a great hostess -- quick to reply to any messages and full of advice and suggestions for things to do. There are good pubs within walking distance. Having a car is definitely a plus if you want to do much exploring in the area beyond the immediate fields, though, we managed without one. While most of our walks were cut short by flooded fields, it was nice to explore the area and great to come back to the cottage to warm up with tea, brownies, and a good foot soak.

    Brittany2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay ☺️

    Anthony2020-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • A delightful visit! The cottage was well appointed and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Rowena was a very pleasant and helpful host. The local area is quiet and beautiful but not too far away from amenities. This was a perfect, quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay and is highly recommended for those wanting a ‘getaway’ from the big cities.

    Ian2020-01-09T00:00:00Z
  • It was a lovely couple of nights stay that we had at Rowena’s place. The cottage was lovely and very cosy. Everyone on the estate was very friendly and we couldn’t ask for a better time!

  • Lovely place to retreat to. Friendly welcome and beautiful space.

    Sarah2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • We can highly recommend this place. Everything was perfect. We stayed there in December : The property was lovely and warm and I loved the fact that there was a bath with plenty of hot water: Great for after going on a hike across the fields. The homemade brownies were scrummy. The lodge is sparkling clean. As I have said, just perfect.

  • Jenny and Gregor were great hosts, really accomodating and friendly. The Rec was as described and perfect for our two day break from London. Incredibly clean, the space also featured lots of nice touches including lots of info about the local area, walks and attractions as well as fresh organic milk. If you have a dog the space is amazing - so many fields for miles where you can walk/ run. Highly recommend a stay at The Rec.

    Jack2020-03-25T00:00:00Z
  • I highly recommend a stay at Jenny's place. It's a perfectly located staging post for access into the Cotswolds and all the beauty it has to offer. I enjoyed some lovely walks nearby as this was my first visit but, with the intention of returning again soon, I will be exploring further afield and still intend to stay at Jenny's. Crudwell itself is a lovely village and the local pub, The Potting Shed, is not only a great place to have a drink but also to eat. I didn't make it to the Rectory Hotel but, upon recommendation, I will be heading there for breakfast on my next visit. Thanks to Jenny and Gregor for their hospitality and for allowing me to stay at their lovely place. I hope you guys book a visit to this lovely part of the world soon.

  • Whilst storm Dennis did it’s best to dampen our spirits during our weekend away in the Cotswolds, the loggia was a lovely cosy refuge from the storm! Barbara has prepared the heating to be on before we arrived and the Loggia was very clean and comfy with all the appliances etc you could need. The location is great, close to so many beautiful villages and the proximity of the local pub the Wheatsheaf is fantastic! Dog friendly too and Frank loved the private enclosed garden space. Would love to come back in the sun!

The kitchen is very well stocked and there are nice touches like tennis rackets and DVDs that you can borrow. • Amazing flat in amazing peaceful location. The west facing balcony with views on the lake is absolutely beautiful and we spent all evening watching the sunset whilst listening to the birds. Magical experience. The flat has everything you need for a perfect stay. The lower mill estate is also wonderful with the swimming pools, playground for kids, local cafe and restaurant. We had a go at the adventure trail to do with kids. It was very fun and the treasure chests were very helpful to motivate our little one to keep walking! We had a wonderful stay as a family and we will be back for sure! There is no mobile reception or very poor which is worth mentioning but definitely adds to the peaceful holiday!!

    Marion2019-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed on the Lower Mill Estate for the weekend with our small baby and family and had a great time. The apartment was contemporary, well equipped and had everything we needed given there are few places to eat out in close proximity. The highlight was the outdoor decking and we really enjoyed this space which was secure and private with gorgeous facing views of the lake. We would recommend this as a place to stay.

We are a few miles from the Cotswold Water Park, a great holiday destination with plenty of activities available and just 10 minutes from the market towns of Cirencester and Malmesbury. We are happy to welcome Monday to Friday stays, either short or long term, please enquire for details. We look forward to welcoming you.
The Coach House sleeps two adults, and we are happy to accommodate a child up to about 12 months, however you will need to bring a travel cot/Moses basket etc. We have plenty of parking and locked storage space if required for sports equipment etc.
Minety is a popular village which offers two public houses (one is technically next door, although it is a few minutes walk down the road) and numerous footpaths and bridleways to access and enjoy the local countryside. A village store in Ashton Keynes is 2.5m miles away. The thriving market town of Cirencester which dates back to Roman times, is just 9 miles away. Offering a twice weekly market, a Waitrose supermarket, and a range of boutique shops, there is also an outdoor swimming pool (open May to September). The charming towns of Bath and Cheltenham are both also within easy reach. The Cotswold Water Park is just 6 miles away, and with 150 lakes set over 40 square miles, it offers a wide variety of water sports, a beach, various restaurants and picnic areas. There is also a cycle hire centre.
  • We’ve just come back from a lovely stay in this coach house. Really accommodating hosts and the extra touches such as milk in the fridge and chocolates made us feel special and welcome immediately. The accommodation was immaculate and stylish, within a short drive of pubs and different Cotswold activities. Couldn’t recommend this air B and B more!

This is a brand new room which we built specifically whilst converting the barn this year. It’s very light, quiet, and has wonderful views over the farm. We have fabulous walks you can go on from here without getting in the car. I’m in the middle of making a pretty sitting area in the orchard which is just opposite the barn. That will be just for the use of guests.
We are a 100 grass farm and here we have up to 25 horses who are here specifically to eat grass! We have youngsters, horses recovering from injuries and retirees. The location is ideal for visiting the Cotswolds as well as places like Bath and Hungerford. It is also 5mns from the Cotswold Water Park where you can water ski, sail and canoe on several beautiful lakes as well as take advantage of the wonderful wildlife that live on the lakes.
We have lived here for 20 years. It’s great being equidistant from Malmesbury and Cirencester, which are both lovely market towns. There are great places to eat in town but also some lovely country pubs - best to book!!
  • Lovely little conversion in a beautiful location in the Cotswolds. Alexandra’s place was even better than anticipated from the photos, and the little touches such as coffee, bread and juice being provided really made it feel like a home from home. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful and friendly when checking in.

  • Had such a lovely nights stay, the location is perfect for lovely long country walks, including in the grounds, and visiting local towns like Malmesbury and Cirencester. The room is comfy, cosy and clean and Alex had left a lovely breakfast, tea/coffee, juice and biscuits for us to enjoy which was an unexpected lovely touch. Would highly recommend for a little break.

  • Alexandra and Tim's place is amazing! It is the perfect getaway for the weekend. The place is exactly as the pictures. And the horses and animals make the stay incredible. They were both lovely hosts. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

  • Alexandra’s place was a lovely stay with stunning views over their beautiful farm and surrounding countryside. The place was spotless and a very comfortable stay!

  • We were privileged to be the first guests to stay here and found it delightful. Its a stylish and well presented loft space with a comfortable bed and seating for two, small kitchenette area and good sized bathroom. The shower was good and the whole place was well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. We had a good nights sleep and the surrounding area is very relaxing and scenic. Alex's three dogs were very friendly and welcoming and there are pigs and horses too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

  • This location is great for people who fancy a long weekend in the Cotswalds. Big drive area for your car to be parked, and easy to get on and off in my Ford Fiesta. There is a really nice pub/restaurant within 10 minutes walk in a nice and quiet village. The location is great, nearby the Cotswalds airport, and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs to visit within 30 minutes drive. Not too far from Cirenchester either! The accommodation is really nice, cosy and warm. We enjoyed the break here. The bed is really comfortable and you have all the utilities that you need to cook. Ros is a really great host, really responsive and was very helpful. Overall, a really nice location and would recommend to anyone who would like a long weekend away! Ideal for couples.

  • We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this little cottage in the Cotswolds. It was in a great location to reach from Bristol and not far from the arboretum and also the Cotswolds Water Park - both great for walking despite the weather. The kitchen had everything you need to cook whilst staying. The sofa and bed are both very comfortable. The whole place was exceptionally clean. I will definitely be recommending to friends. Roa was so super helpful - answering very quickly. Thanks for our stay 😁

  • We stayed for 5 nights over the New Year and it was the perfect little base for us in the Cotswolds. It's located in a very peaceful corner of Wiltshire with delicious pubs all within a 10-mile radius. The Wheatsheaf in Oaksey and The Potting Shed in Crudwell are delicious - the latter in particular is just unreal - and you've got Malmesbury, Cirencester, Gloucester and Bristol all within reach, too. You can do as much or as little as you like, here, and it's truly a home from home.

There is a living room with sofa & TV, as well as an area to make tea/coffee/snacks and a small table a chairs (there was also a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge). The bedroom was lovely, with an extremely comfortable bed (which is a must for me!). There is an ensuite shower room off the bedroom which was very stylish and had lovely thick fluffy towels! Communication with Laura was great and I was able to check in early as there was no one staying there the night before. The location was also very good, just a couple of minutes drive to Cotswolds Water Park. I would definitely stay here again!

There was a lovely homely feel to the annexe that made us feel relaxed almost instantly. The bed was comfy and the en suite was beautiful! There is a microwave, fridge and toaster in the annexe which is perfect for a couple of nights. It is a short drive to Cricklade where there are a few shops and restaurants. If the weather is inclement, there are two folding chairs & a table at which to enjoy your breakfast, inside the hut. Please remember, we run a timber yard from our premises, making bespoke timber buildings, and therefore it is at its most peaceful here on a Saturday evening / Sunday! There is limited hot water in the loo but there is no provision for a shower and therefore 2 nights max suggested for everyone's benefit!...all part of the 'experience'!
There are some super walks in and around Tockenham, a peaceful village with a church and village bar on a Saturday evening.
  • The Shepard’s hut was a great little break away for all the hustle and bustle and all the little extra touches just made it so cosy and special and the breakfast was delicious!

  • This hut exceeded all expectations! We visited on a very windy weekend but this did not affect our trip at all as we were cosy and warm with the log burner burning! The hut was sparkling clean and had lovely little touches which made it so welcoming. The location is perfect for a relaxing stay and the added bonus was the incredible full English breakfast we had brought to us both mornings! The toilet is not a long walk at all from the hut and I 100% would recommend this place to anyone looking to access the countryside or Bath/ Bristol!

  • Another wonderful stay ! Would highly recommend for any couple looking to get away!

  • We had a great stay here. Thanks to both Michelle and Roland were great hosts, and very quick to respond to us. They lit the fire before we got there so the Hut was nice and warm for our arrival which was a nice touch. Lovely breakfast too. I will happily recommend this place to friends and family - Thanks again!

  • If you want to have a night away from the outside world this is the place for it ! Lush log burner, beautiful views and cosy surroundings. The hut was so clean and very comfortable even in the middle of November. Breakfast next day was absolutely delicious and brought to you in the hut. Highly recommend and will be returning !

    Scott2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Michelle’s was a good host with very quick responses and communicated with us great up to and during our stay. The hut was very warm and cosy once the fire kicked in, and the breakfast was delicious too. Plenty of basic comforts such as plug sockets, tea/coffee and towels were available during our stay too.

    Harry2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • We just needed somewhere to stay after attending a local wedding but this place surpassed my expectations. Beautiful, comfortable and lots of thoughtful touches. The fire was lit for our return, breakfast was perfection and they were even kind enough to drop my husband back to our car up the road! Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Double bed in quiet owner-occupied newly built house near lake. Possibly another AirBnB guest staying in another room sharing the bathroom (or could be myself or girlfriend). We may or may not be there face-to-face for check-in (if not we we provide a key) and we usually have minimal contact during the stay other than for queries and/or messages via the AirBnB app. As we like to keep our property quiet and relaxing, we are ideal for quiet people who go to bed before 10:30pm and raise after 7am.
Use of room and bathroom. Use of kitchen for the microwave and to store a a couple of items in the fridge is OK if you let us know in advance. If you want to use the kitchen for anything more than that then there is an extra charge, usually £10 per night. As we are regularly cooking ourselves, please let us know before you arrive or there will likely not be space!

  • My grandfather and I had a great time at Karen's. We flew from France for the Royal International Air Tattoo, and Karen's house is ideally located for the event: roughly 15 to 20 min by car from the Fairford Air Base, and easily accessible from Bristol Airport. The house is absolutely lovely, and Karen is really welcoming. We felt at home for the 3 days of our stay. Would definitely recommend !

  • Karen's place is great and exactly as described. Very clean and tidy. Ashton Keynes is a beautiful village.

  • One of my best experiences. I felt myself so welcomed and as if I am at home. Karen is open and caring person, and it has been pleasure to talk and walk together! The house is very nice and clean and is located in a picturesque English village with lovely footpaths. The room is of a good size and everything was as described! Good location in one of the most beautiful counties - many places to visit near by including Cotswold water park. Definitely recommend to everybody!

    Svetlana2018-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • Karen is a wonderful host and has a lovely house . There are some really amazing walks in the area and it is right on the Thames River Path.

    Diane2018-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • Karen lives in a beautiful village with a lovely House. The room was a great size with a sink, tv and kettle (with biscuits). She allowed me to use the kitchen for cooking and allowed me to put on the heating if it ever got chilly. Karen always took the time to make me a tea at the end of the day and have a good chit chat. The home is only 10 minutes drive from Cirencester, which in itself is absolutely beautiful. I would happily stay at Karen’s many more times.

  • We could not be happier with our stay. Charles and Ali are so very lovely and one could not wish for better hosts. The barn was absolutely perfect for us and even better than we expected, despite both description and pictures being entirely accurate. It was spacious, recently renovated to a very high and modern standard (but with rustic details preserved), tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and we never wanted to leave.

  • Amazing little space, very cosy and perfect for a trip for two! Charles is a brilliant host and the barn is in a great condition. Highly recommended!

    Marianne2019-12-21T00:00:00Z
  • We have stayed for a month whilst in the area for business, and found a welcoming and relaxed environment with all the facilities needed to be comfortable staying 'home'. Charles was on hand if needed to answer questions about the area and give tips - but after a long day, the perfect way to spend the evening was with a home cooked meal, a log fire and a good internet connection! Charles and Ali were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble.

It is in a very quiet spot which offers privacy within a delightful community. The Host, Mair, is incredibly helpful and accommodating - she is excellent at responding to emails, and I had everything I needed. The Annexe was very clean, comfortable, and had all the basic needs. There bedding, towels etc. were plentiful and in great condition. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

  • The flat is nicely decorated, cosy and in a lovely location but unfortunately we didn’t have a good stay. I don’t like posting negative reviews but the whole concept of Airbnb depends on honest reviews to help future guests. We had two main issues. Firstly the place was dirty. We were told when we arrived that the place had just been cleaned, and sure enough, the carpets were a little damp from cleaning. However there were bits of debris all over the place, indicating that no vacuuming had taken place. More worryingly, was the filthy bedding. As we were about to get into bed, we discovered the bedding was dirty with hair all over. We had to call the host at nearly midnight to ask for fresh linen. Our biggest concern was the unlocked door upstairs that leads into the adjacent property. How can you feel safe in a flat when a door leading into your space can be opened at anytime from the other side? We had to move the sofa in the living room to block the doorway on our side to stop the door from being opened while we slept. Unfortunately, contrary to the many reviews, we did not have a great experience and I hope these issues will be resolved for future guests.

  • We had a lovely stay at Mandy’s place despite the rainy weekend. The chalet is exactly as described and there are some additional nice touches from Mandy as well like the sloe vodka. The place is also a short distance drive from a nearby town if you need Tesco / local restaurants. Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway in Cotswold.

  • Absolutely perfect stay- Mandy was so lovely and it was a beautifully secluded and well set up getaway

  • We have just got back from the best few days at Mandy’s garden chalet! Everything was as described and more. The place was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy and wow what a peaceful place to spend some time relaxing and unwinding. We were really lucky to have great weather and took full advantage of the outside area and bbq for two nights in a row. We also took a walk down to the chancel 5 mins away and it’s really is such a quaint little place, we took a drink with us and sat in a field next to it to watch the sunset. Simply wonderful. The chalet is perfectly located to explore the Cotswolds, with Bibury and bourton on the water being the highlights for us but there’s so soooo much more to see and do, we just wish we had more time. Oh and the yard cats are the friendliest cats we have ever met....more like meowing dogs really lol We will be back for certain and next time for longer 😁 5 stars through and through . Thank you Mandy you are the perfect host! Becca and Jose

Nothing says holidays like a hot tub. After dinner’s done and the night is but young, fire up the bubbles and watch the panoramic view of the sun setting over the lake from your private secure deck. This is just one of the magical moments you can experience whilst staying at Lapwing Lake Lodge. Perched on the water’s edge, Lapwing Lake Lodge is a chic New England-style retreat with plenty of room for six plus pooch. The pretty clapper board-style exterior and fantastic water-front setting make a brilliant first impression. The convenience of the location within steps of a family-friendly lakeside bar, brasserie, gym and a great children's play area come a close second. Located on Spring Lake, our lake house has prime position in the Cotswold Water Park, one of the best kept secrets of Gloucestershire! One of 150 lakes in an area the size of Jersey, there’s so much to explore and something for everyone. Wildlife, watersports, activities, great eateries, walking, history and culture are just some of the things you will find nearby.
The lake house itself has been stylishly renovated to mirror its setting, offering super lake views from inside and out. Downstairs, it’s fully open plan complemented by stunning bi-folding doors that stretch across the back of the house. They ensure the house is filled with calm and tranquil light whilst showing the lake off in all its charming glory. An ever changing picture of water-skiers, swans and rippling water can be enjoyed from the comfort of the sofa, or fold the doors back and the living area takes on a new and exciting feel. The outside space becomes an extension to the house, providing the perfect spot for sizzling steaks on the barbecue. Or simply sitting back to enjoy lakeside life while your own hot tub bubbles invitingly and watch the world go by. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a full length window overlooking the lake, allowing you the same stunning views, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Extra care has been taken for families, and you will find lots of special touches around the house if you are planning on taking the little ones. The light bright interiors with family-friendly luxuries are added bonuses, whilst the fact that there’s a spa, golf course, water sports centre, bike hire and routes, plus a choice of restaurants and pubs, within a short, scenic walk really sets it apart. Although, for most young families, the fact that the UK’s largest inland beach with a purpose built toddler paddling and playground area is within a 10-15 minute stroll is the icing on the cake. THE LAYOUT Ground floor: Open plan living space with sitting and dining areas seating six. Bifold doors open out onto a private deck with superb lake views. Along with its lakeside setting one of the house’s greatest assets is the amount that there is to see and do nearby for families and young children. Within a minute’s stroll is the Lakeside Brassiere which boasts a family friendly sports bar, a relaxed family restaurant with a sun terrace overlooking the lake. A fully air conditioned gym is located above the brasserie with a range of equipment. Should you be staying for a prolonged period a monthly membership can be purchased, but the gym also offers a highly reasonable single use fee option. Within 50 metres of the lodge is a large children’s play area with climbing frame, monkey bars and fireman pole. Lakeside Ski & Wake offer wakeboard and waterski lessons on the lake, plus sessions as well as fun rides for all the family on their ringos and other inflatables. These all prove irresistible to most families in the summer months, not least since thanks to a special skimmer board. From beginners to experts, everyone is welcome. Next to the house is a small shingle beach area popular with the little ones for paddling. From the deck you can feed swans and ducks that are very friendly, but far enough away to stop little ones from feeling intimidated. About a 5 minutes’ walk away, there’s a cable ski and a buzzing cafe bar reachable on pushchair friendly flat paths and roads. Located opposite Spring Lake is the South Cerney Outdoor Education Centre which offers sailing, canoeing, and paddle boarding activities and courses. Bike hire, angling and even the biggest inland beach in the UK are all within a mile or two. Located on the other side of the Spine Road, a 10 minute walk from Spring Lake, is Spa 6, one of the premier spas in the Cotswolds, located within the Four Pillars Cotswold Water Park Hotel. Treatments include: Volcanic Hot Stone Back Massage, “Indian Sandalwood” Soothing Scalp Massage and “Exotic Orange Blossom Ritual” Face and Body Treatment. Not forgetting of course, a state-of-the-art gymnasium and hydrotherapy pool. The house is also within walking distance to the local village of South Cerney which offers a number of local amenities including a selection of pubs, takeaways, village shops, post office and a hairdressers. Lapwing Lake Lodge is ideally situated too for exploring the towns and villages of the beautiful Cotswolds region. The well-known quintessential English villages of Stow-on-the-Wold, Bibury, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Moreton-in-the-Marsh, are all within easy reach and make a great day out. Cirencester known as ‘The Capital of the Cotswolds’, is 4 miles away, giving easy access to excellent shopping, restaurants, entertainment, ancient buildings and museums. Cheltenham (20 miles), the most complete regency town in England, is famous for its horse-racing festival in March, culminating in the Gold Cup steeplechase. At other times of year, Cheltenham hosts Festivals of Jazz, Classical Music, Science, Literature, Food & Drink. Highgrove House, one of the homes of Prince Charles, is less than half an hour’s drive as is Westonbirt Arboretum, with its stunning new treetop walkway, the longest in the UK. Appealing to children in particular, the nearby Cotswold Wildlife Park, the numerous attractions at Bourton-on-the-Water, and Cotswold Farm Park provide plentiful entertainment. The cities of Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and Oxford are all under an hour’s drive away. Located just over an hour from London, it’s the ideal place for families or a group of friends to spend time together at any time of the year.
  • This property is very spacious with super underfloor heating an excellent location with an awesome view of the lake, our host Kevin arrived the same time as us, he was most pleasant and full of local knowledge, we were here with storm Denis and still had an awesome stay

  • We had a brilliant weekend celebrating a big birthday. The hot tub was brilliant and so lovely to look out over such a wonderful view. Kevin was very friendly and helpful and offered tips on pubs and walking routes. The kitchen was well equipped and there was also a lovely fresh baguette, butter and eggs left for us. The two twin rooms are super small but for our weekend it was no problem. You would need to use the main master bedroom for all your clothing and luggage but this has lots of storage and lovely views over the lake. The lake house club next door we’re very friendly and helpful when we decided a last minute take away was needed! A brilliant bolt hole for a weekend with friends.

  • The 6 of us had an absolutely amazing stay. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with gorgeous views onto the lake. The host Kevin was fantastic and extremely hospitable - he even fetched us when we weren’t able to get a taxi for which we are very grateful for - thanks Kevin. Thanks so much for a great stay! We thoroughly enjoyed it Will certainly return again.

  • Booked for my dad's 75th birthday - five of us, including a toddler. Clean, bright, sunny open-plan space was ideal for us all. The location is excellent - it's lovely to look out over the lake. Great communication from the start and super easy instructions on gaining access. And the hot tub was a great bonus on a damp October weekend.
