Highly recommend Iain's holiday home. The home is as outlined in his description. The home is very family friendly. It is close to shoppes, roadways & points of interest. The home is in a quiet neighborhood & the neighbors are friendly. Iain made himself available to us with advice concerning the area, how to get around & many other important tips. We were very impressed with the location as it was not in the typical tourist area of hustle & bustle, inflated prices. We shopped with the local people & got to know how they lived & worked. The house felt like a home immediately.

Anthony was extremely accommoding and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay at his cottage. Pool was excellent and refreshing after a day the beach. The house is located in a lovely residential area and I felt extremely safe. The waterfront and beaches are just a quick drive or uber ride away. Anthony made us feel right at home and was an incredible host. The only place to stay for your visit to Cape Town!

Anthony let us check out later as we had an evening flight. He even allowed us to leave our bags in his foyer while we went to town. Fabulous hosts, the flat had everything we needed and that was amazing. The king size bed and white linen

Truly the best place for a couple to have privacy, great hosts, pool, laundry, full kitchen etc. Big comfy bed and the entire space has great airflow.

The unit was spotlessly clean. Everything had been thought of, with ice cold water, welcome note, all tea and coffee facilities (enough for the full 4 night stay). Best of all was the homely atmosphere and friendly welcome that awaited me on my arrival, making my stay a happy one.

Susan is a rare find in this business. She is extremely friendly, honest, herself. Will go above and beyond what any host should. You feel you want her to be your friend forever. The house is huge and has everything. Susan is non-invasive. You will only see her if you call her about something. The area is very safe and a shopping mall is within walking distance.

Clean , neat and perfect for a family . Very close to a park and small shopping center ( with a WOOLIES FOOD court) and wonderfully central to Cape Town . Host is very accommodating . Thank you Susan

We had a wonderfull time at Sharon`s place. It was so easy to get around to all the places that we visited around the city. From the wine farms to the waterfront, this was the most convenient place to be based at, easy access to all the highways. Its brand new and everything you need is in the apartment. Safe and secure also. Really best value for money and what you see on the add is what you get. Extra special with Sharon making us a home made banana bread! Thank you Sharon.

Residential place and very nice place to relax.. recommendable for others

The place is awesome. The house is nice and cosy, location is superb and close to points of interest for tourists and malls. Jeremy is also very responsive to getting us sorted.

Clean, neat and nice neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay in the house. Whatever we needed, Jeremy provided it in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend this house.

Communication and access were very efficiently attended to. The interior of the house is spacious, nicely appointed and spotless. The area is residential suburban in the northern suburbs which was where we needed to be. We only had one night there but it would be very comfortable for a longer stay.

We booked for 3 nights through Airbnb. It was an urgent trip so we booked on the day we were arriving. Having booked, received a confirmation, paid for the full trip, received a call from Jeremy to confirm the booking and stopped looking for accommodation; we were then called by Jeremy to say that he booked the accommodation out to other guests and we could only spend 1 night on this booking. we had to make alternative arrangements for the remainder of the stay.
