Really enjoyed my time here. Inside was clean, no issues there. The beds were super comfy and the ceiling fans were a nice touch for someone like me who cannot sleep with out the fan on lol. Ice in the freezer was clutch for that 4am water chug. Host had extra towels on deck as well which I thought was nice. Outside was chill not much going on, not a lot of noise. Would definitely stay here again, thanks Alex.

It was good to be there by myself

The place is very nice and very identical to the photos! Alex told me everything I needed to know before getting into the place so everything was smooth while being there! There’s a whole bunch of places nearby that will provide you with everything you need. Restaurants. Cvs/Wawa/grocery. It was great. Thank You!

Si’s apartment was a great place to stay during my time in Philadelphia. Great amenities and located in a cool part of town.

The pictures do no justice. This was an amazing space. I wish I hadn’t been rushing because I could’ve definitely used more of this relaxing aura. Si also responds very swiftly and that was appreciated as well.

My wife and I, loved the placed. She kept mentioning how we should always stay there every time we are back in Philadelphia. It was sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated.

Check in was easy, the location was perfect, the place was spotless, Si is super respectful and responds quickly every time I couldn’t have asked for a better host. I’m already thinking about staying there again for my next visit to Philly.

My girlfriend and I had a great night staying at Si's place. It's a perfect spot for a couple. Lots of food and nightlife within walking distance. The place is stylish and modern. Si is very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend to anyone to check out Philadelphia.

This was a return stay for me. There were houses closer to my destination but I was so impressed with the spaciousness, nice touches and quiet of Penny’s home that I just had to come back!

Nestled in a beautiful quiet forest neighbourhood near Valley Forge, this place is very comfortable and spacious. Amenities galore should put it high on your list of places to stay. It’s a 40 minute trip or so to the airport in Philadelphia, but the drive is lovely!

Penny was the an incredible host. The space truly was luxurious and felt like you were at a private house even though it’s connected to her home. It was immaculately clean and the attention to detail with the space made you feel like you’re at a fancy resort. There is no other place I would stay at in PA and would even drive out of my way to stay here again.

Penny’s place is outstanding. We love staying there. Very comfortable and stylish. We like the privacy and all the amenities. A great hostess who is highly communicative. We will return.

This has been described previously as a lovely oasis and that is so very true. It was so very charming and peaceful. Yes, it's on a hill with a windy driveway. But the driveway is so windy, it takes away from the incline. Walking up it in the dark can be a bit daunting. Not enough to keep me from doing it. You are not really near anything. There's no real taking a walk anywhere to get a bite to eat or such. Uber rides into the city are about 20 minutes. A Friday night ride into the city cost me $30.00, so a little high. The other, less busy, times ranged between $16.00 and $20.00. I will go back here at some point, but first have to get used to driving around Philly then will consider bringing my car into the city. The city is a tough place to drive and near impossible to park.

A beautiful place to stay that is absolutely charming. It’s a great place to getaway for some peace and quiet, it’s still close enough to be in the heart of philly in less than 20 minutes. Great host and great communication, can’t wait to stay again!!!

Beautiful, charming, and relaxing place. It was close to everything we planned on doing but still in a quiet area. Teri was very nice and quick to answer any questions. Would 100% recommend and stay here again.

Teri’s place was exceptional. My husband and I stayed here during our anniversary weekend. The house was extremely clean and very well kept. Teri had all the amenities we needed. Private parking was so nice to have in Philly. My husband and I left our car there and used Lyft as our transportation into the city. We had an unexpected change in our schedule and Teri was extremely understanding and accommodating. She went above and beyond for us. We would love to stay here again and experience the beautiful setting in the warmer months.

Talk about a hidden gem... holy guacamole. I didn’t realize land like that still existed in a city, much less kept up as impressively as Teri has done so. It was absolutely beautiful. I had everything I needed and more. Teri provided cute little snacks and coffee (which, as I was there for a residency interview, was not only appreciated but very necessary). The only thing is that the space and bed frame are older and antique with a footboard that may not accomodate someone taller than 6’ as comfortably as someone shorter. That being said, I would absolutely recommend this space for someone traveling alone looking for a quaint bit of peaceful paradise in a big city. I would happily stay here again!!

The Coachman's House is a beautiful little apartment in a historic building. There is a winding path up a steep hill to reach it, and when you're there you are surrounded by trees, so it's easy to forget that you're in the city at all. Teri was wonderful! The place was outfitted with a french press and an electric kettle, and Teri provided ground coffee, milk, and creamers. We had a lovely stay.

Very good option for the price range

This is a nice cozy little guest house. I was surprised on how big the space is. The pictures do not do it justice 😃. I stayed here for a wedding at the Blue Bell Golf Course and it was only a 10 minute drive from the house. I didn't do much in the area so I don't know what's around, but it's only about a 25 min drive to downtown Philly or $19-$29 Uber ride. The host is very quick in responding and there were absolutely no issues during my stay there. Highly recommend.!

It was a cozy and cute space!

XiaoFu's place was immaculate and beautiful. He left the door unlocked for us as we were arriving later than expected. He had the pull-out bed made for us, which was great because all we wanted to do was hit the sack, not make the bed for our daughter! The shower was lovely and there was coffee and tea. Look behind you for mugs; we looked in the cabinets at first and we were confused about why there weren't any. Will definitely stay here again if we need a place outside Philly. Thank you!

Roselia was a great host.

I stayed at Roselia's place as an extended stay while I worked and was looking for an apartment. The place was clean and comfortable. I will restate the stairs down are not standard, so keep that in mind. I have knee issues and had no problems taking my time going up/down sideways. Watch your head if you're tall ! The door and ceilings are lower. ( I'm short so it was comfortable) The neighborhood is nice and safe. There was always street parking. The bed is comfortable with a TV/ Roku/ wireless in the first one. The bathroom is simple. Low flush toilet and a shower ( remember H&C water is reversed !) with a sink and mirror in the kitchen. Roselia is a great host, say hi to her if you get a chance. :)

If you are going to interview or visit temple dental/med, I highly recommend staying here. The interior is chic and clean, and it takes 1 min to walk over to the school. Made my visit great!

The apartment is really nice and clean, pretty much what the listing shows. The apartment building is also nice and quiet. Unfortunately, there is a lot of outside street noise and it is a sketchy area. However, the building and the parking lot are gated, which makes you feel pretty safe mostly if you have to park a car. Also very convenient because there is limited parking in the area. Overall, it was a nice experience and the hosts respond quickly to any questions you may have.

Good place to stay in the Temple area, but if you are not super familiar with the area, I'd do some research before staying in this neighborhood - but if you are this is the best spot! Very clean and very safe spot.

Great place for a comfortable stay. Somewhat unsafe neighborhood near the temple hospital but the apt is gated and has a front desk security. The apt is very clean and comfortable. The blanket was extremely comfortable.

My girlfriend and I had a nice and relaxing time thanks to Becca's airbnb. Everything about checking in was very easy and we found parking within a block of the house. The house is very clean and has a nice style. I liked that I felt like I had privacy but also more comfortable than a hotel. Our room had a very comfortable bed, the bathroom was nice and clean, and we basically had everything we needed.

Becca's house is so adorably decorated. The place was spotless. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me.

Amazing place. The host are super friendly and give really good recommendations on the good food spots in Philly. The added breakfast in the morning makes this place a truly amazing value. Location is right by public transportation which takes you straight downtown, and it’s also a simple Uber/Lyft for about ~$8.

Clean, stylish place. No complaints. George responded quickly with questions and concerns I had. Parking is on a one way street. There is construction going on in the neighborhood when I was there. Neighborhood is not the best but the alarm system and multiple secure doors made me feel safe. Consider him for your next stay.

This place is a hidden gem. Perfect for a family like mine visiting a loved one attending Arcadia University. A quiet and comfortable place to come back to and unwind. Beautiful art in the house and you will absolutely find something to read! We will definitely be staying here again.

We didn't get a chance to meet Daniele due to our schedules, but the home and our bedroom were both great. The living room was comfy, the kitchen had plenty of equipment for us to use, and the bedroom was clean & cozy. Being within walking distance of the SEPTA was also great. I'd recommend staying if being city-center isn't a major priority.

This place is gorgeous, and the stay felt luxurious--highlights included the bed, the shower and the french press coffee set up! Also, the host was helpful, and the location was great. One note for light sleepers--there is a bit of road noise, though there is a jar of earplugs by the bed.

Thank you for the stay. Einstein is a walking distance from here which was my main concern. It is a really good place to stay. I usually can’t sleep in a bed that’s not mine but their bed was so comfy i felt at home. You get exactly what is advertised. Hosts were very quick with responses to any questions I had. The room and the bathroom were super clean. The neighborhood isn’t the best but they mention that in their description so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Good location! Was about 20 minutes to downtown with a Lyft which isn’t too bad, especially if you don’t feel confident driving into the city. Host are super easy to reach and made the stay a lot more smooth!

Mo was an excellent host. Very attentive but not intrusive. Her place was exactly what I needed for a weekend away. I felt like it was home away from home. I will be go back again.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, convenient to Doylestown and surrounding towns. This is the second time we have chosen to stay here. She always seems to be improving with little touches like having a bowl those things we seem to forget: toothpaste and shaving cream.

While I highly recommend staying with Henry, this is based on a previous visit. We had to cancel out on this most recent stay due to a sudden illness my wife suffered. Henry was very understanding in our communications about this cancellation and very kind in wishing my wife well in her recovery. His understanding & compassion are much appreciated!

This space was enjoyably simple with many homey touches; its name suits it well! Very clean and nice extras like water bottles and candles. Victoria provided a very helpful description, with photos, of what to expect with parking and check-in. Parking was great as it was right up in front of the doo. An absolutely flawless experience! Highly recommend booking the Relax Shack if you're in the greater Philadelphia area.

Wonderful location, my husband and I were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. We booked because it was about a 5min walk to the training center that was hosting my certification. Great small space with everything you’ll need.

The relax shack lived up to the name. It was an immaculate space and the neighborhood is soooooo quiet and peaceful! I spent a week there, and it was truly my home away from home.

A perfect place for people looking to stay near King of Prussia. This is a small studio which is very comfortable for one or two people.

Victoria’s place is great. She is great. I scheduled my stay with her on the wrong day and she was so accommodating that she opened up her place for the day I mean to schedule it as. She is so nice and her place is amazing. I slept like a rock!!!

Isaac is a conscientious and trustworthy host. I had a very pleasant stay in his home, which is located conveniently near the King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge. It is easy to travel by car from there to places around the Philadelphia area.

Isaac was very quick to respond with questions. I felt very welcome and the bed was very comfortable. The room is spacious with ample space. I would stay here again if I am back in town.

Issac's place was super clean, had everything we needed, easily accessible and wonderful overall! Issac was great and responded quickly via text/call when we needed anything. Would definitely recommend!

Close to everything, very convenient. When using Google Maps, if you type in the address, it will send you to the shopping center whose parking lot is right behind Issac's place. If it happens to you, just type in Dairy Queen King of Prussia and you will be re-routed to the right address; and then, just follow Issac's instructions. Host was accommodative and understanding of my late arrival to his place.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to King of Prussia mall, and highways with easy access to Philadelphia and historic surrounding areas. Very reasonably priced place that suited my needs perfectly for a quick trip to the area.

Good place for low budge.

I stayed one night. Everything is just as described & pictured. I liked the tv in the bedroom with a million channels. The bed was VERY comfortable.

Henry’s place was wonderful. The entire house is huge but the space provided was great as well. Bedroom and common areas were spotless. Even had a washer and dryer that was free to use if needed. Plenty of parking on the premises as well which was nice. Henry was a wonderful host and will look to stay here once again in the future if I’m in the area!

Conveniently located, clean and comfy. It was great to be able to make breakfast and coffee and then head out to the City for sightseeing. Andrew was very responsive. Checkin was a breeze. We would definitely stay again.

I can’t say enough great things about this space. Andrews attention to detail is exquisite. I loved every part of this loft space. The decor, the amenities, the location, his great communication...all outstanding. Andrew has everything you will need, fan, Bluetooth speaker, coffee maker, salt lamp... love it all! The bed is super comfortable as well!

Andrew’s place was so beautifully decorated, and walking distance to a few eateries, bars, the park and river walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Unit 5 is a good studio apartment with private bathroom, closet, bed, futon, and small kitchen. Quiet location and no-hassle check-in and check-out.

Space is as advertised! Quiet, private, and convenient! Studio space with almost all the basics - WiFi but no tv (although a tv doesn’t really fit with the ambiance). Also - added bonus a nearby neighbor had fantastic Christmas light display!

Henry's place was amazing! The bed was super comfortable, it was very clean and they are such gracious hosts! They offered breakfast, which is super sweet and Henry's wife greeted me and made sure I had everything. She was so wonderful! It's a very quiet and lovely place. The apartment was separated by a door from the private rooms, which worked great for me because I had to teach all night so I didn't have to worry about the quiet hours and disturbing anyone, although I had access to everything. The bigger place with the private rooms was beautifully decorated and so peaceful! If I am ever in this area again, I will definitely book this place again! What an amazing experience... I truly did not expect it to be so nice! Thank you for everything!!

Great space and wonderful value! Kitchen supplies were quite sparse but the room itself was lovely.

Loved, loved, loved staying here!! I came into the area on business and brought my husband and two dogs with me. What an absolute treat to stay on this organic farm. The guest house is lovely and has everything you need and then some. Nathan even provided some sweet treats from the local bakery and treats for our dogs. The bed is so comfortable, and the big front porch is awesome! The host family is lovely, and we loved spending our downtime walking around the farm and saying hello to the animals. Our dogs truly enjoyed the occasional appearance of the free-range chickens who showed up at the back sliding glass doors. We appreciated the opportunity to visit their store and purchase farm-fresh eggs and more. This is definitely one of the most special Airbnb experiences we've ever had, and we'd love to come again!

This was a cosy little farm stay for a couple and our dog. We loved our time there.

Definitely a must stay for any one looking for a relaxing retreat. Super clean and cozy! Nathan and Shelah are wonderful hosts and have such a beautiful farm. There is plenty to do around town, and we definitely recommend checking out the farm store. Got scored some awesome organic bacon and eggs. We hope to be back!! :)

This farmhouse is awesome. I needed to getaway for the weekend with my little dog and this place was perfect. It was clean and had some few decor touches that made it cozy and added to the experience. The pigs nearby are adorable and you’ll hear them at night from time to time. It’s nice to wake up in the morning to the sound of chickens and nature over all. It’s close to the town but far enough to be secluded. Highly recommended.

This was a special getaway. Nathan and Shelah couldn't have been nicer. They left us some pastry and their own farm fresh eggs. It was fun to walk around the farm. It was just an overall good time. Thank you.

The Heritage’ a farm Airbnb is a very welcoming place by Nathan. We enjoyed seeing all different animal the farm has . we also purchased various fresh and organic products at his store. The supermarket is just about 2.5 miles away Same thing with nice restaurant especially in Main Street Sellersville. We recommend this place to go to relax. Have quiet time and see the nature in any season.
