Our 40 sqm apartment for 2 pers. is located directly on the beautiful Riegsee and within walking distance of the Froschhauser lake in Murnau/Froschhausen. There is a jetty at the house ( YOC 1950), from which you can go directly into the water. Or you can explore the lake with our canoe or Supboard. At the house is a small hobby farm - with chickens, sheep and a cat. In the spring of 2024, 3 donkeys moved in with us:) A private parking is available.

Our cosy basement apartment of a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Froschhauser See as well as the Riegsee are within walking distance in a few minutes and also the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach baths as well as refreshments can be reached at any time in an extended walk or by bike in 5 minutes... depending on the fitness level :)

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex, the pedestrian zone is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy, fully equipped, as we have lived in it until recently. Murnau is located on the Munich - Innsbruck railway line, Garmisch and the Königs-Schlösser can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms There is a tourist tax on site.
