This ground floor apartment is located in the leafy seaside suburb of Batehaven only 5km from the town centre and short walk to the beach. Separate queen bedroom with ensuite makes this property ideal for a couple looking for some fresh ocean air, rest and relaxation. The unit contains a large flat screen TV, DVD, wi-fi, games, mags, washing machine etc. Fully self-contained overlooking a manicured garden setting with ocean views. The local shopping centre is a 1 minute drive or short walk, offering newsagency, eateries, supermarket etc. We have lived in this region for 30 years and can offer the best the area has to offer, whether it be activities, beaches, restaurants etc.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is a stones throw from secluded and picturesque Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

The welcome basket has homemade bread & eggs from our chickens, we gather plenty of wood for the fire to keep you warm in winter & the outdoor bath next to the fire pit is wonderful for stargazing.

Our two bedroom apartment offers you a great location.The bay’s C.B.D and its many restaurants and shops are very easily accessed by the picturesque walk across the new bridge. As well as offering beach access across the road, a new children’s play ground is directly opposite as well. Unlimited Free wifi is available. Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired at an additional cost.
