Make the most of this bright, open-plan apartment with a neat décor enhanced by the warmth of the wood. Perfectly equipped, it has a room overlooking a garden for serene nights. Possibility of private parking 15€/day Apartment located in a quiet area and near the market of Talensac, market very appreciated by Nantes for its products. The apartment has an area of 45m2. The decoration is warm and functional. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 apartments. Its through side brings it great light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with an equipped kitchen, intended to cook on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge... ) A sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people (children preferred). The room equipped with a comfortable bed of 140x200 overlooks a garden, ensuring serene nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower and a basin with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilets are separate. A high chair and baby crib are available upon request. Hosts have access to the entire space and all its amenities. 15€ surcharge for arrivals after 22H. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Renowned for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located right in front of the apartment. There are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Bicycle service - city of Nantes - Station Bicloo Close to tram and buses. Tram - Line 3 stop Bretagne or Jean Jaures Tram - Line 2 stop Place du Cirque Bus - Line C2 stop Talsensac If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line N°2, stop Talensac or Viarme. Bedding, towels and tea towels are at your disposal. Baby equipment (umbrella bed and high chair) are available on request. Remember to take your turbulette!

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
