"Der Schachtelhalm"... apartment

Expanded wooden house. Small & nice. Away from mass tourism. Village ambience. Ideal for hiking, mountain and ski tours , mountain biking and golfing. Apartment is equipped for two persons with a mini kitchen and shower with mountain view. An emergency bed for a third person is there. If someone wants to enjoy it alone, there is of course a price discount :) The guests can use a part of our natural garden. Herbs and flowers are welcome to use. Our house is located in the same garden. There is no direct visual contact. If our guests like it, we are always happy to make new acquaintances and share experiences. We speak German, English, and Italian. Good contact to the surrounding farms and the Dorfwirt. Call bus from 7am to 7pm. Parking at the property. We are on a beautiful high plateau with perfect views of the Reiting massif and the Iron Ore Alps. 5-minute walk to Styrian Mountain Golf. 20 km to Eisenerz to Erzberg Rodeo, Erzberglauf,… 30 km to Spielberg to the Red Bull Ring. Good starting point for any activity in the Eisenerzer and Seckau Alps. A good breakfast buffet is recommended to the nearby Dorfwirt, Gasthaus Reitingblick.

Many guests with children often spend whole days at the natural bathing lake. The lake can be reached from the house on foot in about 20 minutes. It lies idyllically between meadows and forest. Access is free. A kiosk offers various small dishes and ice cream, next door is a restaurant. The castles and castle ruins of the surrounding area are also attractive for children: Stone Castle ruins, the castle town of Friesach (20 km), the spectacular Hochosterwitz Castle near St. Veit (about 40 km).

undermountain #jb15 liegt auf rund 850m seehöhe und befindet sie in einer alleinlage am waldrand. in der nähe befindet sich noch eine unbewohnte hütte. du bist nur 500m von der nächsten öffentlichen straße entfernt, dafür aber gefühlt kilometerweit von der zivilisation. früh morgens wenn du deine augen öffnest siehst du mit etwas glück einen kleinen fuchs oder ein paar rehe vorbeiziehen. es wird malerisch, fast schon kitschig;)
