This is a spacious 3 bedroomed apartment with lots of living space and great outdoor areas which allow the occupants to fully enjoy the wonderful water front. It is a few minutes walk to the small village which has a post office, chemist, butchers and co op and excellent local pub which does fabulous food and live music. The local church dates back to the Norman times and is mentioned in the doomsday book. There are forest and coastal walks and the fabulously unspoilt Mothercombe beach nearby.
