My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. Our holiday home is located 12 km south of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house of about 90 m2 has been lovingly renovated by us and the character has been largely preserved. Our apartment is very bright and friendly. Perfect size for couples or anyone looking for a small but nice place to stay. The apartment is located in the centre of the city. The apartment is in the attic and therefore offers a good view of the tower of the castle. Opposite there is a small ice cream shop and various restaurants are within 2 minutes walk. The train station is about 10 minutes walk and the bus station about 5 minutes walk.
