  • Excellent place, with cozy and innovative designs - plus an awesome location. The cottage is comfortable, neat and clean, and very close to Columbia river. It is next to the main street, right in front of a fine diner. We had a great stay, although we were 2 people, this place can suit many more with ease! Nice little cottage.

  • The hosts were incredibly accommodating and always made sure to respond immediately to any questions we had. They went above and beyond when there was a slight scheduling conflict by offering us upgraded accommodations at no extra cost - in the past, we've had other hosts just cancel with little to no prior notice. The place was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and furnished with any utensil or amenity we could possibly need. We had a wonderful stay, and would recommend their Airbnb's to anyone!

Our welcoming, relaxed, large heritage home is one of the few homes in Rossland that has been kept in its original form both inside and out, leaving it an accurate representation of a home from Rossland's mining era. From skiing, hiking to mountain biking minutes away from our door step you are able to enjoy more time playing, having fun and relaxing. Shuttles for both only down the street. After a long day, relax in our guest room or sit in the hot tub to unwind.
We work full time and get to sleep early. Children are respectful. But at the same time we love to enjoy the outdoors biking, skiing, hiking... Guests are always welcomed to join us. On the other hand if you prefer peace and quiet, we will provide that as well. Communication via txt or airbnb is welcomed at any time. We are available to answer any questions and to assist with directions etc. In the morning we provide coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, muffins, bread, bagels with jam and cereal in the guests dining room.
  • The Black Bear BNB was very clean and quiet. Right in town, a 15 minute walk or a two minute drive from downtown Rossland. Amanda is a wonderful host, and the hot tub was the perfect temperature and sparkling clean.

    Mark2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful space to call home on your mountain adventure. The added bonus of a hot tub made it extra special and a real treat!! Lots of generous touches in the dining space for breakfast and snacks. A really awesome little spot in beautiful Rossland ☺️

  • Great location in quiet lower Rossland— we walked to downtown for dinner, etc and a short drive to the ski hill. Simple and tasty breakfast spread with coffee/tea and pastries and some delicious homemade banana bread. The shared bathroom was clean and accessible when we needed to use it. We would definitely stay again!

A lot of creativity and fun went into designing "The Station". Guests are charmed by the details that bring back to life, the yesterdays. All the comforts of today are at your fingertips in this delightful lodging. Once a Texaco Station, which also boasted Annie New's original cafe. Her bar stools still sit at the kitchen counter in this lodging, along with the original billboard menus. Old preserved photos adorn the walls, bringing solid vision to days gone by.
The Station has two bunk arrangements, one in a separate bedroom, which will easily accommodated seven guests. There is a full kitchen. Across the street is a barbecue and horseshoe pit shared with the Columbia Cottage guests.
Conveniently, right next door (literally) is a great little breakfast cafe (The Mustang Grill). Just a short walk down the street is another restaurant open for dinner as well as a pub and grocery store, all within walking distance. • Great hosts!!! You will love your time here!!!

    Simon2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Jenna and Tim's place felt like home. The space is inviting and they were quick with communication. I was sick during my stay and Jenna was quick with hospitality and good tea. The house had a lot going on but was still welcoming and during my down day I took a walk around the gorgeous property with the snowshoes they provided. The hot tub was welcomed by sore muscles. The room was cleanly and the bed was oh so comfy. Thank you so much for the great stay.

    Miranda2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • Loved this place for a number of reasons and highly recommend it. First, Jenna and Tim are such wonderful and friendly hosts that go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Their place is spacious, cozy and a perfect location for visiting Red. In fact, we skied back to their place at the end of our day. To top it off, their hot tub is a great way to end your day. Thanks again!

    Andrea2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoyed staying at Jenna and Tims place. It was a much needed escape from the city, I slept great at night in the comfy bed looking out onto the trees. The house and hosts are warm and welcoming. It has a big beautiful yard and is super close to red resort. A perfect spot for a mountain getaway (with a hot tub!)

    Ali2020-01-23T00:00:00Z
  • Could not be happier with the accommodations, one of the best values ever. Our room was very comfortable, plenty of space, and the rest of the house was lovely as well. Tim and Jenna have the perfect balance of being helpful and kind but also giving guests their space. The proximity to Red Resort was wonderful, the kid and the dog skied back several days. It's a nice walk down to the end of their road, and my AWD Prius with studs navigated the driveway well in the considerable snow. The hosts are constantly on top of snow maintenance and keep the drive and turnarounds manageable. We would absolutely recommend this place, and and return.

    Amy2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • We had an awesome stay at the Red Fox Hideaway! It was perfect for a couple of days skiing Red Mountain and we got some great local tips from Tim. We’ll definitely keep their place in mind if we’re ever in the area again!

    Lauren2020-01-14T00:00:00Z
  • Hosts are very nice and Frosty the dog is so sweet. Minutes from the ski hill. Lots of good suggestions for places to eat and things to do. You will enjoy your stay!

Located 10 min. from Red Mountain ski hill our brand new, cozy basement walk-out suite has a fully equipped kitchen and forest views with a large private deck. Situated on the Kootenay's best 18 hole golf course, Redstone Resort, with many walking/biking/cross country skiing trails right outside your doorstep. Relax in our spacious suite with a glass of wine after an unforgettable day on the slopes, bike trails or golf course. Excellent location year-round, perfect for a couple or small family.

  • We loved staying at Kate and Andy's cosy, stylish, and modern suite. It had all the amenities we needed and more. It's situated perfectly and only minutes from Red Mountain Ski Resort. Kate and Andy are also amazing and warm hosts and we felt very welcome. We look forward to coming back soon.

    Wiley2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • This is a must stay - look no further! The space is beautiful, spacious, private, great design and only an 8 minute drive to Red Mountain! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home. Kate and Andy were great hosts!

    Melissa2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great suite. Clean and bright. Awesome views outside the windows. Would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Rossland.

    Michael2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • This is an excellent apartment to use as a home base for a ski or golf vacation. We came to ski, and it was a short drive to Red Mountain. The golf course is just down the hill. The apartment itself is in the basement of a new house. However, because the house is built on a slope, the suite is a walkout, with big windows and a large covered patio. The apartment has new furniture and a very comfortable bed and sofa. It was clean and nicely appointed. We would certainly stay here again.

    Orland2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • This was an exceptional place to stay spotlessly clean, lots of well thought out amenities, easy check in and out. The place has a great shower and very comfortable bedding. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rossland. Katy and Andy have doe a great job!

    Dianne2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • We spent a week in this lovely lower floor apartment with huge windows looking out into the forest and neighboring hills. The location is just a few minutes drive to Rossland and there is even a steady, uphill, woodsy path you can use to walk there in 1.5 miles. The kitchen is well-designed and appointed with just about everything you need to make your meals. The bedroom is large with a comfy bed and plenty of closet space, hooks and drawers. We especially delighted in the sharp knives, the large wooden cutting board, the forceful hot shower, and all the new, high functioning appliances. The hosts are friendly, eager to please, and quick to respond to any questions. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would book the Redstone Retreat again the next time we visit Rossland.

    Audrey2020-02-14T00:00:00Z

  • Great stay here, perfect location. Highly recommend if you aren’t expecting luxurious accommodation. The check in was perfect, and very nice to check in at 1500. Very close to Red mountain. The carpets in the room were a bit stained and well used. The jetted tub was a nice feature. While it is above the pub, for us, the noise level was very tolerable for a good night of rest (There were no live bands the night of our stay).

  • We loved this place. Perfect location with 2 great restaurants 1 minute walk away and main street a couple minutes walk. Quiet, clean and lovely touches like local teas for us. In suite laundry was also great to have. Tennille also offered good advice on skiing and really cares about her guests.

Victorian style with modern touches. There is outdoor seating too for fine weather. The house has recently undergone a renovation, due to a flood. We are back in business again now, so please come and share our beautiful home with us!
We take pride in providing interesting decor, as well as comfort. The beds, mattresses and bedding are new.
The neighborhood is up on a steep hill, with many vintage houses. There are staircases with roofs for anyone wishing to walk. It is a short walk into downtown from here.

  • We will be back! Super comfortable, loved the jacuzzi double tub. No neighbor noise. Convenient to mountain and town. Really didn’t need to drive anywhere. Food downstairs was great and cat skiing too! Red mountain is amazing and couldn’t ski it all. Best snow ever! Fabulous digs!

    Leslie2019-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • This condo is the best location if you want to have ski vacation at Red Mountain! It's a few minute walk to the base, and unless you stay at the fancy new hotel or the hostel, you can't get much closer. The condo itself had a nice spacious downstairs good for cooking, dining and entertaining. The gas fireplace produced the heat for the downstairs and did a good job keeping it toasty! The two bedrooms are upstairs along with the full bathroom, which has a large jacuzzi tub great for after a hard day's skiing (although you will use all the hot water available to fill it). The parking is located on the first level of the building (the condo is on the second) and is heated so your car stays quite warm. There are also ski lockers located in the condo common area so you don't have to store stuff in your car. All in all a great place to stay and enjoy all Red Mountain has to offer! We will definitely come back.

  • A lovely apartment in a perfect location just minutes to the base of the Red Mountain Resort and ideally located (just upstairs) if you plan on going Cat Skiing with Big Red Cats (which we did). The apartment had everything we needed for our one week stay and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. Very good, clear communication from the host. Would definitely come back if we have the opportunity. Thanks so much.

  • Our stay with Sue and Louis couldn't have been better. The apartment is brand new, perfectly equipped and has a breathtaking view. The communication with Sue and Louis was exemplary. Quick and direct answers, always very friendly and helpful. A lot of love has gone into the design of the apartment. As a guest you feel that every moment. Even after a long time of consideration I can't think of any potential for improvement. Keep up the good work!

  • Great place to stay in a very cool mountain town. Literally walking distance to town and 10 minutes drive to skiing. Amazing architecture and design that has a huge deck with one of the best views in Rossland. To top it off great owners who are super helpful and really cool people. Highly recommend

  • We found Sue's place to be exceptional. It is a new build with an uninterrupted view across the valley while being close to town and very quiet (very end of the street). From the in floor heating to the beautiful bathroom (what a view from the shower!) to the provision of a ski locker at the hill, Sue's place ensures you will enjoy your stay in wonderful Rossland. The king bed is extremely comfortable and everything about the apartment is spacious, modern and well appointed. We stayed at Sue's while on a ski trip in the region and it was perfect for this as it is close to town and Red Mountain.

We enjoyed chatting with Bec while she made us delicious breakfast before heading out for the day. Her hospitality and local knowledge was much appreciated. I highly recommend.

  • Rebecca’s place is amazing. It is within walking distance of the mountain. The unit has a very comfortable king bed in a large private room. Private en-suite and an outdoor hot tub. Becca and Peter prepared big breakfasts each morning. They are both great people who love hosting guests. Highly recommend their place!!

    Debbie2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Far exceeded our expectations. Rebecca and her family are wonderful, attentive and engaging hosts focused on making your stay exceptional.

  • Our's was a lovely room with private bath and hot tub. Apart from no cable TV (which we never watch anyway) the home lacked nothing. There is internet and one can stream from Amazon and Netflix. The location is perfect and the home is beautiful. We were given gourmet breakfasts, an evening with wine and hors'duerves, and a specially guided late afternoon ski to a mountain cabin. There is a wonderful restaurant and a luxury hotel within 5 minutes walk. One can walk to the lift in 10 minutes. Bec and Pete are wonderful hosts. David and Ruth, Port Townsend, WA

  • Had a lovely time. Rebecca and Pete were friendly and hospitable, the breakfast was delicious (homemade jam!), the room was comfortable with a nice view of the woods and perfect hot tub. Great bed and linens, super clean and new. Highly recommended!

  • Rebecca’s place was stunning. She was very accommodating as we arrived a bit later than planned. She also allowed us to check out later, after a race I ran at Red Mountain. Her breakfast was incredible and her family is so wonderful and welcoming! We loved every minute of our stay and will be back for sure again!

    Brittany2019-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca and Pete were amazing hosts. Extremely gracious and helpful in providing lots of suggestions on things to do and places to go in Rossland. We really enjoyed our conversations with them, sometimes well into the night. The place is impeccable and the location at the base of Red Resort can't get much better for the convenience or the view.

Victorian style with modern touches. There is outdoor seating too for fine weather. We have recently had a flood, and the house is currently under renovations. The bedrooms have been unaffected, so we are still open, and at a reduced rate. Thank-you for bearing with us!
Nice, Victorian decor with modern touches. The house was built in 1927 by an Italian immigrant for his young family. The house is well-known in Trail as "The Landucci House". People also know it for the wide variety of plants and flowers in the yard, in the warmer months. We have tried to integrate it's charm with modern comfort. Please look at the photos and let us know what you think! The name "Landucci" is spelled out by the front door, in tiles going from top to bottom. The lot is large too, as it is three lots in one. The spacious living room still has the original hardwood floor, but new flooring has been installed everywhere else. Another thing that makes us quite unique is that I bake my own fresh bread. I also endeavor to keep fresh baked goods around so that people can have a snack if they're hungry. Guests are welcome to help themselves, and tea and coffee are also available.
We are up on a hill, and the neighborhood is very nice, with an interesting assortment of lovely old homes. There is a series of stairs which are covered by roofs, and they can make it a fun hike into town.

The beautiful mountain town of Rossland is just 5 minutes down the road. You'll need to head into town for most of your shopping needs but it is well worth staying to have a look around. In the summer you'll find extensive and World Class mountain bike trails around Rossland and the nearby mountains including the Seven Summits trail. • The loft was a perfect place to stay and relax as part of a ski trip to Red Mountain Resort. Amanda was responsive and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Easy access, good beds, well equipped kitchen including a very nice Cuisinart barbeque. Our stay was in January so we didn't use the back patio but it does look very inviting for a relaxing summer evening. I would highly recommend the Loft.

This darling little Bungalow was built in the 1940’s, and has been appointed to meet your lodging needs. Leather couches, where you can sink down, get your feet up. An Amish fireplace, where the flames dance to your thoughts. A full kitchen, full bathroom, and three separate sleeping areas, easily accommodating up to 5 guests in comfort. Garden Side sits in the Town of Northport, along side of the Community Garden. Linens and kitchen ware are supplied. Settle in and relax!
The Garden Side is a favorite of our lodging options among fishermen and hunters when The Eagle's Nest Lodge is not available. There is plenty of room to park multiple vehicles if members of your party are traveling separately. The 3 separate sleeping areas/rooms make it nice for those looking for privacy and quiet for a restful night's sleep. If you have more than 2 members of your party, you will want to space out your showering times because the last one to shower is likely to run out of hot water! Be aware of that! * DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING except toilet paper and human waste (aka feces/urine) down the toilet. We are on a Septic System. Failure to abide by this rule could result in less fun for you on your trip as well as a very large septic repair bill that will be added to your fees through AirBnb. * We Recycle aluminum cans only. A bin with a can attached to the lid can be found by the front door. There is also a large trash bin there for your use for all other waste (EXCLUDING ANIMAL CARCASSES!)
Conveniently, right down the street, is a great little breakfast cafe (The Mustang Grill). Just a short walk down the street is another restaurant open for dinner as well as a pub and grocery store, all within walking distance. We encourage all of our guests never to drink and drive and our location is perfect for that. The area surrounding Northport (Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area) is full of places to see and things to do for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking for unique experiences. *The Pacific Northwest Trail (North America's newest long distance hiking trail) comes right through Northport. *Various road cycling groups have Northport on their stop list throughout the summer. *Bird Watchers have an abundance to viewing opportunities in the area including many raptors such as Golden and Bald eagles, osprey and many hawks and falcons. Seasonally the hummingbirds come by the thousands along with the swallows, flickers, nuthatches, kingfishers and many many more! *Northport hosts an annual weekend blue grass festival called Camp and Jam Blue Grass Festival. Usually Labor Day weekend and held at the Race Track on the edge of town. *Fishermen: This is a world class trout fishery for fly fishermen and gear fishermen alike. Walleye, and sturgeon are also abundant in our waters of the Upper Columbia. Bring your rod and license! Launch your boat right there at the city park! Our river side lodging guests also have access to our Private Dock at the Lazy Daze Inn. *Hunters: White Tail deer, Elk and even Moose roam this area and are popular game for hunters here seasonally, along with Eastern and Merriam Turkey. We provide hangers for our deer hunters as well. *Our 4th of July fireworks show is pretty darn impressive and always a spectacle to see if you're here for the holiday weekend! *Mountain Biking and great hiking trails surround the area both state side and just across the border in B.C. (Seven Summits Trail) *The Northport International Speedway is a perfect place to watch dirt track races all summer long with your family and friends. Located just across the bridge on Sheep Creek Rd. *China Bend Winery is just 7 miles down the road from us and they offer Organic, non sulfite, non sulfate wines and other great goodies! Give them a visit as well when you're in town. *Fancy a drink? Kuk's Tavern is a local bar that has a claim as being the oldest bar in the state. Ask the bartender about the ghost that lives upstairs!
  • Great little spot in Northport. The folks at the community garden next door were super nice and the kids loved the baby deer walking through the property. Great central spot between many fun outdoor activities.

The Wild Turkey Inn is set in a Victorian heritage home, built in 1896, during the time of Rossland’s famous Gold Rush. Three blocks from downtown, we are a self-catering lodge with a total of three guest rooms. The Old Glory Guest Room is named after the tallest peak in the Rossland range. This room features a cosy feel, finely crafted furniture, and a queen-sized bed. Enjoy relaxing in the original clawfoot tub in the ensuite after a day of adventuring.
We look forward to meeting people from across the globe when we have completed our renovations and officially open our doors! Our listings include: - The Happy Valley Guest Room - The Seven Summits Guest Room - Old Glory Guest Room - Turkey Takeover - rent out all three rooms and have the place to yourselves! In 1890, gold was discovered in the Red Mountain district of the West Kootenays, and the town of Rossland emerged. The Bank of Montreal joined the rush, and J.S.C. Fraser, relative of Simon Fraser, was the first bank manager. Our house was built for him, in approximately 1896, using the finest materials available... and it shows. She stands tall and proud, and thanks to the caretaking of all its previous owners, she’s a beauty. The soft fir floors and intricate crown moldings, door casings, and archways are sights to behold. This house has been running as a successful bed and breakfast for many years. We are carrying on the tradition of welcoming travellers into this home and have worked hard to add our personal touches. Our renovations have been carefully planned to respectfully maintain the character of our new home while bringing back some of her previous grandeur. We have made a few changes to improve livability, the most significant of which is our new common kitchen space, in which you are invited to relax and make your meals throughout your visit. The space is open twenty-four hours a day. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and light snacks are complementary. For those who come with their outdoor gear in tow, we have a secure ski and bike storage area available for your use in our basement. Our name… The Wild Turkey Inn, is truly locally inspired. When we first visited the property in late winter of 2018, we found the trees around the house filled with wild turkeys. We fell in love with them right away and feel they capture the same spirit of independence and good humour that we hope to evoke here at our inn. We are incredibly excited to host all of you in our home and in this spectacular town, whether you’re here with your skis, bikes, snowshoes, golf clubs, or binoculars, or you just want to enjoy some peace in a quiet place away from the madding crowd.
The Wild Turkey Inn is located three blocks from Rossland’s main street. In this downtown area, you will find a number of boutique stores and restaurants. Visit The Alpine Grind or Seven Summits Coffee, Hooper’s Bakery, The Rossland Beer Company, or The Flying Steamshovel Pub, amongst many others, for wonderful small town experiences. Ferraro Foods is our local grocery store. We can’t say enough about this place. It’s probably better stocked with gourmet ingredients than most grocers in large urban centres. Check out the Rossland Museum & Discovery Centre and the town’s heritage buildings to learn more about the history of this area. Red Mountain is a hidden gem of a ski hill and is a mere ten-minute drive away. The powder is dry, the glade skiing is epic, and new terrain is opening this year. From Red, you can jump on the Mt. Kirkup Cat to access slackcountry terrain for only $10. Check out Big Red Cats to access more remote lift-free skiing, or if you are skilled in backcountry travel, talk to us about the local ski touring spots. The Black Jack Cross-Country Ski Club maintains over 40km of scenic ski terrain and is also a ten minute drive away (across from Red Mountain). The surrounding area is criss-crossed with mountain bike trails for all levels of riders, including the legendary Seven Summits trail. The Redstone Resort golf course is a true mountain course and is a five minute drive from our house. Ski, hike, bike, golf, shop, dine, learn the history, view the wildlife... it’s all here! There are a number of small towns and attractions worth visiting within a two hour drive. These include: Trail, Nelson, Whitewater Ski Resort, Kaslo, Creston, Ainsworth Hotsprings, Christina Lake, the Slocan Valley, and Greenwood. Rossland is part of the ski focused Powder Highway and the birding and historical Selkirk Loop. Spokane, Washington is a 2.5 hour drive from here and has the closest international airport. Trail and Castlegar both boast regional airports about 30 minutes away. Kelowna has the nearest Canadian international airport and is 3.5 hours away. Do the 7-8 hour drive from Vancouver, Calgary, or Seattle and feel like you’ve truly escaped the big city (trust us, we did it!).

Victorian style with modern touches. There is outdoor seating too for fine weather. The house has recently undergone a renovation, due to a flood. We are back in business again now, so please come and share our beautiful home with us!
People from all backgrounds are welcome. We do have 3 cats, in case you have allergies! The upstairs beds are quite high, but there are step stools beside them. The beds and mattresses are all brand-new, with new bedding. Only one of the bathrooms is an on-suite, that is the one off the main floor bedroom. What makes us unique is the fact that this is an old house (Built 1927) that has been renovated, and decorated in a way that is appropriate to its age, yet up-to-date for everyone's comfort and convenience. The yard is full of flowers in the Spring and Summer, and is well-known around town as "The Pretty House". We have a number of antiques, mixed with modern appliances and furniture. We will do our best to make everyone feel welcome, and at home. We look forward to meeting you!
What makes the town of Trail unique is the large number of Italian immigrants here, and their descendants. There are several excellent restaurants in the city, some specializing in authentic Italian food. Our neighborhood is rather nice, with an interesting variety of older homes. We are on a hill, and there are many staircases covered with roofs, if anyone wants to take a walk around the area. A twenty-minute walk will bring you down to the Columbia River, and there is a pleasant walkway along it. There is a foot bridge that crosses the river for anyone who would like to venture out further.People here tend to be courteous and friendly.

  • Christina was super friendly - she made me feel like family while I was staying at her place. In addition to the bedroom, she gave me free reign in her comfortable living room and encouraged me to use her Netflix account. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. Christina made me breakfast every morning (the hard part was figuring out what to ask for). Her homemade bread is yummy and her coffee is good. When other guests are staying, there's a bit of a hostel vibe in that you get to meet interesting people over breakfast and in the evening while hanging out in the living room.

  • I can't right enough superlatives to express how great this place and this couple are. Located close to Red Resort for access to skiing and the house is like a ski lodge with all you need from kitchen access to salt water hot tub and comfortable gathering area with wood stove. Tim and Jenna were real welcoming and gave some good tips about skiing and ski touring. My little rental SUV made it down and up the driveway but be careful as the road and drive can get quite slippery.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Tim and Jenna! It was definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at! After the first night alone in their beautiful big and cosy house we were really happy to meet Tim and Jenna in person! They are really welcoming, sharing their home and even their hot tub with their guests! This is the place to be when you are into skiing! we also really enjoyed playing games with the bananagrams king&queen!

    Lilli2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • Very comfortable room at a great location. Since I visited Red Mtn for the skiing I really appreciated Jenna’s and Tim’s knowledge about the skiing in the area. I can really recommended their place and look forward to coming back in the future.

    Oscar2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • We had a clean, comfy room, the hot tub was lovely and the place was really close to Red mountain resort.

  • This place is great! Comfy bed, winter-time hot tub, fireplace, welcoming hosts, great location, and Frosty the dog. I would return.

  • Great location for the ski hill , very relaxing atmosphere and a flexible bedroom option. Would not hesitate to book again.

  • Great place and Hosts!

    Claire2020-01-16T00:00:00Z
  • Jenna and Tim’s place is super cute! They’re lovely, friendly hosts and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Loved the salt water hot tub and our room was really cozy. Their place is located right across the street and down the road a few minutes, so it’s great resort access. Tim is a patroller on the mountain and is a wealth of knowledge! Loved chatting with him at meal times. All in all, a great stay and we’ll be back for sure!

  • The place was just as expected. The food at the pub was delicious. The host was really quick answering all our questions.

  • We stayed here with our two children for a family ski trip. Great location! Close to Red Mountain and downtown. The food in the restaurant was fast and delicious! Everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The location over the bar was slightly concerning at first. It was only a little loud when the band was playing on New Years Eve, but it ended up being fine. We had a great time!

Children are quiet and respectful. But come the weekend, we love to enjoy the outdoors biking, skiing, hiking... Guests are always welcomed to join us. On the other hand, if you prefer peace and quiet, we will provide that as well. Communication via txt or airbnb is welcomed at any time. We are available to answer any questions and to assist with directions etc. In the morning we provide coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, muffins, bread, bagels with jam and cereal all in the guests seprate kitchen from family kitchen.
  • Nice spot to stay in Rossland- clean, quaint, and affordable! We booked all three rooms and enjoyed the comfy beds. Amanda was easy to communicate with.

  • I stayed in Rm#3 and it was fantastic. Large room, huge king bed, bay window and heated floor in bathroom. Yummy banana bread, fruit and coffee for breakfast and a short drive to Red Mountain. If you ski at Red you should take advantage of mountain hosts who will guide you around the mountain and help you find the best snow. In town you can enjoy Seven Summits coffee and Steam Shovel gastropub. This was an awesome stay and locals approve.

    Stephen2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay! Big spacious room with a very big and comfy bed. Kitchen/breakfast area was really well equipped and handy for all our needs during our stay. Amanda and Angus were great hosts, would highly recommend staying here to others!

    Jeff2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • The B&B is great; it is a older house which has been well maintained. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Room #3 is fantastic it is big and well decorated. They have done a great job maintaining the style of the home. The hot tube was appreciated especially after a day on the ski slopes

    Keith2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • This place is amazing. It's in the heart of Rossland, close to the mountain. It's quiet, clean and just overall a very nice place to stay. Room #3 has it's own bathroom, so that was a great little perk. The host (Amanda) is amazing and I would highly recommend people stay here.

    Lubo2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • It was all good here.

    Diana2020-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • This is a unique home! The artworks around the rooms were a neat surprise. Breakfast offerings were great, quiet and super comfy suite. We love dogs, but I’d say this would not be a place to stay if you do not...the little cuties barked often.

    Amy2020-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely, well-maintained home on a beautiful street in lower Rossland. Great amenities like yummy breakfast. Heated bathroom floor helped us dry out ski clothes. The road getting into the street was a bit treacherous if you're not a good snow driver with a good car. Would definitely recommend!

  • This place is very well organized and had a lovely easy going vibes (yet still clean with above average amenities) For a BnB shared with a couple other guests there is a surprising amount of privacy and quiet.

  • This was a beautiful place centrally located. The hosts were accommodating and added small personal touches such as local art within the home. Homemade banana bread as a wake up call was delicious too. Highly recommended
