“Damon Point is a fantastic stretch of beach, often with shore breaking waves. Great place for a long hike and also great for rock (Agate) collecting. ”

Grocery or Supermarket
“The only large grocery store in Ocean Shores. It has a good selection of food products and a surprising adequate liquor selection. It has a small bakery and deli and a decent selection of easy-to-prepare food items. There are times when the store is bursting with people and the check-out lines are long so we attempt to avoid visiting during peak times. Hours (Subject to Change): Open 6am - 10pm: Sunday - Thursday Open 6am - 12 midnight: Friday & Saturday”

“This is my favorite restaurant in Ocean Shores. I go every time I'm in the area. Love the Pasty and Forfar Bridie. They have a back patio, great when the weather is nice. Live music most weekends.”

Bar
“An iconic restaurant in Ocean Shores. They have a great bar for drinks and if you sit in the bar, one of the bartenders take both your drink and food order. If you sit in the restaurant, you order food at the front counter when you arrive and the servers bring your meal to your table after it is prepared. My favorite meal is the Caesar salad with Bay Shrimp. It is always fresh with an abundance of shrimp. They also are known for their Salmon and Chips and Fish and Chips dinners. We typically go during non-traditional meal times to avoid the excessive crowds that enjoy the restaurant. Hours (Subject to Change): Open: 11am - 9pm: Sunday - Thursday Open: 11am - 10pm: Friday & Saturday”

“The outside of the restaurant is non-descript. We actually drove by the it several times without noticing it. If you are looking for a good old fashioned mom-and-pop diner that serves home-cooked food, this is the place. We found it to be pleasantly surprising. Hours (Subject to Change): Open 11:30am - 8pm: Sunday - Thursday Open 11:30am - 8:30am: Friday & Saturday”

“Great place in Ocean Shores for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and/or beer or wine. The Dungeness Crab Mac & Cheese was excellent and could easily serve two to go with some drinks. Lots of great-looking items on the menu. Find copies in the binder. ”

“You gotta go here. You get to walk right through the mouth of a Shark! How cool is that. Perfect photo moment.”

Restaurant
“I haven't eaten there yet, but I stopped by to check it out and it was very nice. It has excellent online reviews and the menu looks fantastic. Very close to three great attractions in Ocean Shores - the Ocean Shores Interpretive Center, Damon Point, which has fantastic shore breaking waves, and the North Jetty, an awesome but challenging hike that leads 1/4 mile into the ocean across massive (and uneven) boulders. ”

“One review: "Excellent food and awesome service! We all had the clam chowder, fresh creamy and delicious. I had the crab cakes and they were so good, perfect blend of crab bread and seasoning with a crunchy exterior. Fiance had the steak and half crab. Steak was a little under done but still good and the crab was fresh plus the grilled veggies were perfectly cooked and seasoned well. My cousin had the cod sandwich and it looked so yummy and on a fresh made roll. Plus there was fresh naked bread and our glasses were never allowed to go empty! This was our first visit to Mike's but it will defiantly won't be our last!"”
