Delicious and inviting ground floor apartment in the heart of Odense city center. Close to the pedestrian street, shopping, the train station, and the vibrant nightlife scene. Old Town at Hc. Andersen's house. Steps to Odense light rail. The apartment has a patio (private exit from the bedroom). Although the apartment is located in the sandwich of Odense city center, it is quiet surroundings. The apartment is located in a neighborhood where there is not much traffic. It has scenic areas and is relatively close to the millennial forest, the animal square.

In the heart of Odense, you will find/In our over 100 year old redstone villa. On the 1st floor (top floor) there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with large bathtub. In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.

The home is an apartment in a high basement with windows above ground. The apartment's living room and bedroom are especially bright spaces. Living room and bedroom are in open connection. Kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated in November 2018. In the apartment is a storage room that we use ourselves. We dont come, while you are there. We make sure that the apartment is clean, and in Corona times, all contact points are sprayed. We also have at least 33 hours between visits.
