Cozy downtown apartment

The property project is for an eight story building, at the moment the construction is paralysed for economic reasons. Downstairs there are four shops, the apartment is located in the first floor, you have to go upstairs and you don't have a railing yet. The apartment is in semi-finish construction, some paint details are missing, the ceiling spotlights and some aesthetic details, but we did our best so that doesn't stop them from having a pleasant stay.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a shopping arcade, not much noise is heard, and overall the apartment is quiet even though it is in the city's core. Steps away from stands, restaurants, 4 blocks from the main square, definitely the perfect place to get to know carnival! Half a block away there is a market, shops and restaurants. You can't miss a thing.
