We had a great stay at Souad's place. Her family was very welcoming and it was great to be able to stay in a moroccan home. The home itself was very clean and had a great view of the lagoon from the balcony. Fatima was also nice enough to help arrange a car to our next destination for us. We would love to stay here again on a future visit.

I appreciated the view from Mrs.Saoud's BnB. She is really kind her husband was coming to give us the right direction for BnB. The room was nicely clean and quiet. I liked their decorationtoo . We recommend to everyone this lovely house.

Our stay was magnificent. Souad and his family are warm people who do everything to make you feel at home. The apartment was like new and we were the first guests. Super view from the terrace / living room and bedroom. A few meters from the beach (please also take a boat to the other side) and near the center where you can eat delicious and inexpensive. Well equipped kitchen, nice shower and WiFi (rather slowly) The apartment is situated between the locals. We have no problems still remained three extra nights. And we will definitely come back. Souad and Fatima's place is great for exploring oualidia. They are very nice and friendly. It was nice talking to them and getting to know about their daily life. Highly recommend for a true taste of Moroccan household!

Souad and her family are so kind and welcoming. Well designed and decorated, the apartment is a few minutes walk from the beach where you pay 50Dh return to catch the boat accross the lagoon. Oualidia is a small seaside town, we didn't find good Moroccan food or a pretty town centre we have experienced in other parts of Morocco. Souad and the apartment can't be faulted.

Souad's place was great, and she's a very kind host. The location makes both going to town or the beach very easy, and it has a amazing view from the very large private balcony. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Oualidia!

We enjoyed our stay at Saloua's place so much! Thanks to Saloua and Hicham for being so accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Pros: close to ocean access for boats (easy to get right to the beach for swimming!), spacious, nice interior, natural light, INCREDIBLY clean, friendly and flexible hosts Cons: far from main laguna area with most hotels + nicer restaurants (25 mins walk). About 10 mins walk to the main street of Oualidia with cafes, pharmacy, etc. However, there are some corner shops right outside the house for basics if you need anything. Currently, construction right outside the house is noisy in the mornings. The value is so good that for us, it outweighed the distance. If you are on the fence about traveling to Oualidia, do it! It is such a small gem of a town.

Die Wohnung ist im Prinzip ganz nett. Ein Plus ist auf jeden Fall die Größe. Das Badezimmer ist leider nicht ganz sauber gewesen und die dusche komplett offen, sodass das ganze Badezimmer nass wird. Da die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße liegt sind Autogeräusche nicht zu vermeiden. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte Ohrstöpsel verwenden. Trotzdem gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr nette Besitzer.

L'appartement est bien situé. Belle vue sur le lagon. Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger comme moi prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles car la maison est située sur une route passagère. L'appartement est grand. Les photos représentent la réalité. Prévoir un "kit de survie": Papier toilettes, éponge, produit vaisselle, sac poubelle, sopalin et serviettes de bain. Je recommande cet appart. Allez-y sans hésitation. Valeur sûre.

Après un démarrage laborieux, la femme de ménage ayant bâclé son travail, nous avons fait un excellent séjour, la résidence dans laquelle se trouve la maison est idéalement située dans le centre de ce gros bourg. Le logement est spacieux, sur trois étages avec une vue superbe. La piscine de la résidence est idéale pour les enfants. Notre hôte M. Hamza s'est montré très à l'écoute et très serviable. Seule réserve, la maintenance de la maison et l'équipement de la cuisine qui pourraient être améliorées mais M. Hamza en a conscience et s'est engagé à y remédier.

Laquois est vraiment un hôtel génial ! Très sympathique et arrangeant, l'appartement est très mignon et bien placé (proche d'un petit café mais à 10mn à pied du centre ce qui évite d'être dans le bruit), nous avons passé un super séjour :) En arrivant sa femme nous attendait à l'intérieur mais nous ne savions pas à quelle porte frapper donc nous avons dû l'appeler (via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) depuis le Wi-Fi du café) mais tout s'est parfaitement bien passé :)

Un couple d'hôtes haut en couleurs, sérieux, extremement disponibles et serviables. Attif est même venu nous chercher à notre arrivée et nous a fait visiter en nous donnant plein de conseils. We were able to book this place for what was a decent value. The location is great and the community that it is in is also quite nice, with a great pool and nice gardens. The upstairs bathroom/shower are very nice with an interesting cave-type shower. The beds were comfortable. Overall its very spacious. However, I have stayed at other locations in the same community "les jardins de la lagune" and this was the least well-equipped and most sparsely furnished unit I have stayed in. There is no outdoor furniture on either balcony, and despite a very large family room there are just two small (somewhat uncomfortable) couches with cigarette burns all over the pillows. Many of the lightbulbs were burnt out or non-functional. Furthermore, despite being in the listing, there were NO amenities such as toilet paper, soap, or towels. The ignitors on the stove did not work so we had to go find a lighter to cook anything. Make sure you bring your own supplies or be ready to stop by a small market to get what you need for your stay! Many things were broken in the apartment (such as the downstairs bathroom sink, which only had hot water, and the faucet was not connected to the sink). Despite all of this, the stay was overall very positive because Oualidia is a great place and luckily we spent most of our time at the beach instead of in the apartment. After the stay, the owner contacted me and accused me of forcing open and breaking a closet door--she didn't even ask me about it, just accused me of breaking the door. Needless to say I had not broken into her closet.

Mohamed has a lovely house with an ideal location right by the sea, next to l'Hippocampe. It is fully equipped and features a terrace overlooking the sea and hid perfectly manicured garden. He has been extremely kind and even showed us around town. Recommended.

You could not ask for a better place to stay in the lovely seaside village of Oualidia. It is a bit quirky in layout in that you have to go through a tiny outdoor patio to get to the bathroom and the second bedroom, but you adjust to those quirks very quickly. The main bedroom has a great comfortable bed and colored windows looking out into the garden. The large siding glass door in the living rooms looks out to the main lagoon of Oualidia and on to the ocean. We wound up eating our meals inside at a big table in the living room as it was a little chilly to be outside. If it was about 1 degree warmer we would have eaten every meal on the patio in front of the house looking out to the ocean. The kitchen is small, but has every tool and appliance needed to fix any variety of Moroccan and international meals. We actually cooked all of our meals there and had no limitations on what we could prepare. The owner, Tijani, was helpful and attentive to our needs. When we had one tiny problem with the water heater he had someone over in 15 minutes who fixed it in less than a minute. The house was a perfect base for our explorations along the coast.

Home perfect, high quality home equipment allowed us to spend a perfect stay. The place is wonderful for relaxing.

A wonderful oasis of calm in a manic country! I have never stayed anywhere that was as well equipped as here. The kitchen contained everything you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday (which you will probably need, as the two restaurants we tried were pretty dire) from an electric juicer to an oyster knife, as well as a coffee machine and a toasted sandwich maker, countless plates, cups and glasses and a washing machine. Outside was a patio and then upstairs to two balconies, one with loungers and a superb view over the lagoon. There is even a barbecue with charcoal and firelighters provided. To finish off the leisure, there is free wi-fi and satellite TV. M. Tijani did his very best to make us welcome and even provided us with a wonderful basket of fruit & veg on market day. The garden is a picture and you have to be aware that the gardener comes in every couple of days to water and tidy. There is a secure garage for your car. All in all, I can't really recommend Oualidia as a place to have a fantastic holiday, but if you are planning to go there, then this is a superb place to stay. (If you want to have a drink while you are in Oualidia, take it in with you, as there is no alcohol on sale in the village, apart from in a few restaurants).

A wonderful stay! A very warm welcome from Mohamed, with some provisions for our first day and a tour of the city and the main important places of the city (souk, restaurants, hammam, fishing, playground, beaches ... ). The house is situated (quiet side of town) with access to the beach less than 3 minutes walk (100m) and the city 10min walk (500m) the garden is beautiful and the views are spectacular and delightful to take lunch and dinner on the terrace. a small 1m50 kids pool was very nice also available for parents when one wants to spend the day sunbathing at home :) We will come back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tijani family's house. We were welcomed with a crackling fire in the fire place and fresh oranges! What more can you ask for? Also, small delicacies were waiting for us in the refrigerator. A beautiful example of Moroccan hospitality and Mr. and Mrs. Tijani explained everything patiently, even though we arrived with a huge delay. The house is very, very nice: a lot of attention to detail, a great view on the impressive ocean, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a garden and roof terrace to catch the sun. Very special: the hallway with open roof, a typical Moroccan touch. Our kids were very comfortable too, running around on the grass of the (extremely well-tended) garden. The car can be parked in its own garage. Mr. and Mrs. Tijani are very attentive; always reachable by phone and always quick to help. The house is in walking distance to the beach, many wonderful restaurants and the town itself (it's a nice walk up the rambling hill with stunning beach views!). Oualidia is well worth a visit, as the lagoon is very pretty, and the cuisine (fresh fish and oysters) not to be missed. We loved it there and will surely return!

We enjoyed visiting Oualidia and staying at this lovely house. It was cool and comfortable with lovely gardens and very close to the beach. We were off season, so the beach and town was quite sleepy - but that is our preference. The house is in a great location - a nice restaurant is very close and other restaurants are within a short walk. Groceries are a 10 minute walk away.

We enjoyed our short stay in the apartment of Nicole, pretty and well done. The place is quiet and away from the bustle of the city but at the same time not too far from the beach which was very well for us. The apartment is well equipped with TV and DVD player that has benefited our children, stereo with a selection of CDs and DVDs. Hosting Aziz was very friendly and we were followed distantly by Nicole via messaging airbnb. A good place with a very good value for money.

We stayed in Chez Pascal for just one night last week, but as soon as we arrived we realised straight away we should have stayed much longer. The accommodation was absolutelly amazing, fully equipped kitchen, very nicely decorated rooms, nice location. It wasnt really close to the see but its located in very nice quiet residential part of the city. I would definitely stay here again when I'll get to Oualidia. Thanks very much Nicole !!!

Nice ground floor apartment. Perfectly clean. Bit of a walk to the coast but didn't bother me at all. Nicole wasn't there but Aziz who met me to give me the keys was very helpful and nice.

It was really easy corresponding with Nicole before arriving in Oualidia, and then meeting with Aziz who let us into the apartment. We had a really pleasant evening in the flat and a very comfortable sleep. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Place was situated within a 10 minute walk to the beach. At first sight, the place appeared clean and cozy. However, once you start looking, the floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while. There was no soap or toilet paper AND there was cockroaches and ants in the house. This was not very pleasant because they where crawling our bed at night. Getting the keys was not very straightforward bcs the contact person we where given never answered his text.

Fun place, especially in winter

A disgusting place with fly infestation. I was with my young brother and parents who are over 60 and it was so discusting that it was impossible to stay there. Having to find alternative accomodation so late at night was a nightmare. A con place. Mohammed is saying that I had last minute plans and wanted to change the accomodation...this is a lie. I would not have my family looking for a place to stay so late at night. He also said that he warned me about the flys? This is also a lie. The house was so unclean that we didnt even want to sit down. I had to go looking around Oualidia for anothet place to stay and it was so bad for my family. Mohammed is also refusing to refund our money.

The house is very nice with great views but there would be an effort to provide maintenance (equipment, bathroom maintenance, furniture ...) the lady who greeted us (Hayat) is very nice.

So ... where to start? Well at the beginning ... It had to happen at noon, finally warned the owner and the person who greeted us as we arrive at 16h. And ... !!!! To our surprise at 16h, housekeeping was still not finished, yet they étaientt 3 at work. Then the internet was not working, it was not until the next day a technician intervenes (internet finally worked around 13h). The interior of the house is cold and soulless. The house is very poorly maintained, it smells musty, the kitchen is dirty, the facilities are old and almost nonexistent. No toilet paper, no toilet brush, no trash can in the bathroom, no towel, no dish soap, no soap ... It took rewash all the dishes we wanted to use (because humidity). You should know that the house vis-a-vis when you're on the 2 terraces and is poorly exposed (facing north). So the house is dark hence moisture. You see the sea at an angle from the 2 terraces. They had yet hesitate to rent this house for descriptions and photos are non-existent. Finally ... The ONLY and ONLY photo that announcement included when booking was a picture of children bathing at the beach. Regarding equipment, Mohamed (? Whose real name is Tarek knows why ...) has checked all the equipment, so that there was NO - ZERO - NADA - Walou - NOTHING - NICHTS). For your information, out of season, you can rent a house and LIGHT CLEAN, with a real sea view and vis-à-vis the same price (30 € / night). BRIEF! Go your way, the game is not worth the candle ...

The duplex is very pleasant especially as it rained during our stay, so we stayed there for long time. The view is incredible and the residence full of charm! The upstairs bedrooms have enabled small to very good naps, they are isolated from the rest of the house and do not have wifi, which is very valuable for a baby. Hayat and Mohamed are very helpful and friendly people. It will be our pleasure to return to this beautiful place.

A spacious, well furnished & well equipped first floor apartment with a large sun terrace in a 'village' enclave. A mile or so from the village centre & two miles or so from the beach. Said was a very pleasant & helpful French speaking host who gave us a splendid lunch on one day. Tranquil surroundings amid local village life. Lack of French or Arabic on our part was a disadvantage. If driving from Marrakesh do NOT be mislead by (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps directing you to the R206 & Yousaffia. Take the N7 & R204 to Safi & then the autoroute to Oualidia.

Location a little away from the center, near the oyster beds, ideal for a quiet stay. modest but very functional home, the key is there. The covered terrace allows to enjoy the outdoors in windy conditions. Wifi is stable and satisfactory. We recommend.

We were cordially received and Mostafa is lovely, very caring. The unit complies with photos, well equipped. The kitchen may be missing a few utensils but the existing widely enough to make room. Do not hesitate to order food, the food is simple and very fresh. The housing may have an exceptional view (which is partly the case) if there was not this great building before. We quickly forget this small inconvenience once on the terrace.

Jacky's place in Oualidia is beautiful, a great location to spend a few days by the beach. The house has everything we needed and the garden is lovely for an afternoon nap.

The house of the lagoon is very well located, close to the center to walk without being in the noise, close to the beach on foot, through a path along cultures. It was a very relaxing and very exotic week. The souk is Saturday at just 500m. We were very well received by Mustapha, he was always there for us. Between answer our questions (he knows many things and especially on the shells and pebbles that you could pick up ...) bring us a delicious couscous, show us how to make mint tea. He even go shopping for us. It's a wonderful person and always smiling. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation over the verrenda is great for eating out when there is little wind. We take advantage of the saw. Nice little garden with beautiful flowers. In short we loved (my parents, my mother in law and myself)

Très bon accueil. Saloua est charmante et à la disposition de ses invités. Maison idéalement située avec vue sur la mer. Parfait pour se reposer en famille.

Alors pour commencer elle ne nous a pas accueilli et nous a envoyer hicham. On rentre dans la maison déjà l'extérieur pas nettoyer plein de saleter. Le couloir remplis de poussière de saleter on a retrouvers des cafards. On monte à l'étage a première vue pas de soucis. Mais après avoir deballer nos bagages. On constate que le nettoyage n'a pas été fait plein de poussière partout de poubelles, la salle de bain salle qui n'a pas été nettoyer, la cuisine salle comme pas possible la gaziniere salle avec des résidu de nourriture le mur tâcher de sauce tomate le frigo également salle avec des tâches de moisissure. Le sol pas fait. Rien absolument rien je contact Saloua qui me dis quel et désolée de tous sa que tout soit salle et me renvoi la "femme de menage" qui me jure quelle a nettoyer au matin alors qu'encore en dessous des fauteuil j'avais plein de reste de nourriture pastèque pain... Des mouchoirs usagée au sol. Les draps de lit était sale. Et la pseudo femme de ménage me dis qu'elle allait revenir dans 1h nettoyer elle n'est jamais revenue. La porte de la salle de bain se bloque quand on ferme à clef on a été bloquer plus d'une fois. Je les dis à Saloua qui ma dis qu'elle allait m'envoyer un homme pour arranger sa et qui n'est jamais venue. Toute les preuve je les ai en photo Des rassoire usagée dans la salle de bain. En voyant pas la femme de ménage arrive on a pris notre courage à deux main et avons tous nettoyer. Après mon départ Saloua me demande pourquoi je part je dis que j'avais un soucis familial et que j'ai du partir plutôt. Elle l'envoi un message et me dis que la maison était salle que la gaziniere et rester allumer hors que nous l'avons même pas utiliser nous somme parti au petit matin. Ne surtout pas faire confiance en cet maison car elle les pas comme sur sur la publication a oui la tv ne fonctionne pas

The apartment, I agree with Valerie, is even prettier than in pictures. With a beautiful terrace in which to arise with a barbecue! All amenities are close by. Large grocery store, vegetables, fruits, "doctor tire", pharmacy, and tagines of course. A washing machine is available! and towels for the shower! The beach still remains a bit aloof. It is more comfortable to go by car.

L.appartement even prettier than the pictures. There terrace overlooking the lagoon is gorgeous and the entire apartment is tastefully decorated and it lacks nothing. The owner is very communicative and attentive to every detail. Its corresponding too. Punctual and friendly, he showed us and explained. Here situation of the apartment is easily accesible with parking and vigil 10m. Breakfast for parreusseux 20m for 1.70 euros and wifi. In terms of Oualidia C is a charming little town .. feel free to eat oysters and seafood. The small boat ride and if you have a car that go creeks of salt marsh. THANK POUR.TOUT and also for having thought to put water and coke cool in the fridge for our arrival.

We had a great time. The accommodation is new and very well decorated and much more beautiful in real life. Youssef and Alain are very friendly.

Me, my girlfriend and our 3 year old daughter had a wonderfuld time in Amina and Sadri's beautiful villa! Amina was very helpful before our arrival and helped us arrange a taxi pick up in Marrakech, a children's bed in the house and answered all our question very quickly and thoroughly. The place is exactly as beautiful as you can see in the pictures and the neighoring lady Fatiha that functions as caretaker is really nice and helpful. She also made us orange juice and pancakes every morning and her tagine was by far the best meal we had in Oualidia. Yummy! Only downside is that the house can get a bit cold when it gets cold outside - even with the fireplace and the electrical heaters. So remeber to bring warm clothes if you go there in colder periods.

The house and location is amazing, we loved the decor and the kitchen was well-equipped, we really felt at home here. The details in the design, like the outdoor shower and porthole window in the wall, are brilliant. Amina and Sadri provided plenty of helpful information and directions before we arrived and Fatiha welcomed us as planned. We really appreciate you sharing your home with us - it is the perfect romantic escape.

I was looking for a nice place to stay for short visit in Oualidia. I was used to call local owners directly to rent houses for week end, but airbnb provided much enough information and has been easy using for booking, despite my clumsiness for internet booking... Amina has been nicely comprehensive, available and welcoming all along our multiple discussions by phone or mail which has been much helpful for our organization. We really appreciate the warn welcome by Sadri, the owner of the house, and his thoughtfulness for our stay. Both Sadri and Amina are nice people with a beautiful house willing to make travelers enjoying Oualidia. We had a great time there !

Amina and Sadri's place was beautiful. We felt really at home and it was just as in the pictures. It was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy Oualidia.

Amazing experience! Sadri and Amina were extremely gracious hosts! They even went waaaay out of their way to pick us up at the train station in Casa and drive us to Oualidia where they gave us a little tour of the town. Their place was amazing. Wonderful view, kitchen and rooms extremely well equipped. The neighbours were wonderful as well. Close to the beach but located within a real community, it was an excellent place to stay and relax. We only wish we could have stayed longer and gotten to know Sadri and Amina more!

A charming villa, decorated with authenticity and love for an equally as beautiful place. Spend a relaxing holiday in total disconnection and relaxation, an ideal setting for the pleasures of mouth for those who enjoy the fruits of the sea Grilled fish on the beach, oysters that have nothing to envy to Brittany, and encounters Over walks with all friendly locals. One word to describe my stay: PERFECT! I chose the house of Amina and Sabri for calm, to write, eat and sleep, and I was not disappointed! but before we get to that, communication with Amine was extremely fluid response in the minute, practical information, even pictures of the road and where to turn to find the house, everything is designed in every detail to make my life easy! on site, Fatiha gave us the keys and dinner waiting for us! happiness! the house is very clean, all the rooms were NIKEL, the kitchen lacked nothing and it really felt like home. the view is exactly like the pictures, just GORGEOUS! I sincerely think that this place is an ideal choice for families, for friends, or lovers, it's warm, beautiful, clean, quiet and we can see that the hosts took the time to think about the welfare of people staying in this haven of peace! a big thank you Amina, one thing is sure I will return! :)

L'appartement était très propre et très mignon, la communication était parfaite de la part de Laquois. L'accueil que Laquois et sa femme nous ont réservé était vraiment chaleureux avec un thé à la menthe et des petits gâteaux marocains. Merci encore et n'hésitez pas à passer un séjour à Oualidia chez Laquois !

Juste à côté de la lagune, au calme. Attif, sa femme, et son frère, ont été très généreux en conseils, bon plans balade et resto, et surtout bonne humeur et sourires. les petits dejs sont bons et copieux! Un accueil chaleureux. Très sympa.
