The closed residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean designed private house only ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of her bedroom, can be used at any time. undermountain #jb15 liegt auf rund 850m seehöhe und befindet sie in einer alleinlage am waldrand. in der nähe befindet sich noch eine unbewohnte hütte. du bist nur 500m von der nächsten öffentlichen straße entfernt, dafür aber gefühlt kilometerweit von der zivilisation. früh morgens wenn du deine augen öffnest siehst du mit etwas glück einen kleinen fuchs oder ein paar rehe vorbeiziehen. es wird malerisch, fast schon kitschig;)
