My stay at Alex and Maria place was very nice and convenient. It was very close to diverse attractions, and met all the needs that I had. Alex and Maria made me feel very comfortable and they were very accommodating to all my needs . Would recommend anybody to stay at their place.

Alex and Maria had an amazing place. The bed was huge, and super comfy. The room was off the main part of the house, and had its own bathroom. Alex and Maria are just the two sweetest hosts. They also had a great outdoor space, and an amazing bar. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Alex and Maria were wonderful hosts!! They were kind and considerate even making Agua Dulce for me after I mentioned I had some and loved it on a trip to Costa Rica. They have set up their home to be very comfortable for entertaining with an open air bar/patio. Their children and grandchildren came over one evening for a BBQ and Alex invited me to stay and eat with them. Two other AirBnB guests joined in and one of those guests is a professional singer. The food was AMAZING!! The music was beautiful and the family atmosphere and inclusiveness made for a wonderful and relaxing evening. The bedroom was very comfortable as was the king-size bed. Alex and Maria keep the temperature of their home very comfortable, which is a big concern for me wherever I stay as I am very hot natured. The bathroom was large and clean with access to a washer/dryer making their home very comfortable for visiting the beach and washing beach gear. Alex and Maria were both kind and gracious. I loved staying with them and they made me feel very comfortable and cared for!

Staying with Alex and Maria was my first Airbnb experience, and it was a good one. Alex was very welcoming and the accommodations were very comfortable, especially the bed. I was tired from a long day and left early the next morning, so unfortunately, I did not meet Maria. I'm sorry I didn't have more opportunity to enjoy their hospitality, but can well recommend it! I found the neighborhood to feel quite safe, and it was reasonably convenient to Melbourne and the beach. I think I should mention that there were some trains passing during the night nearby which may disturb very light sleepers.

The place was amazing. The outside patio was great to relax on. Coffee and beer was complimentary. Hosts were very friendly but not overly nosey. I would highly suggest staying here.

We went to Melbourne for Family Weekend at FIT. The house was just as described. The pictures were an accurate depiction of the home.

Pedro was very accommodating opening his house to us, and very responsive answering questions. The house itself is wonderful. It is exactly as depicted, no surprises. It is close to the water and a great get away.

It was very easy to live there. We arrived and had all information we needed. The house was clean and nice. We lived there to go to school at the FIT, which was perfect because we just had a 10 min drive. The neighbourhood seemed very save and the people were friendly.

Pedro and Laura made our 1st granddaughters trip to the coast extra special.They go above and beyond to make the house feel extra cozy.Provided WiFi,Netflix,washer and dryer with the supplies to so all our dirty clothes,so my son's didn't have to pack their dirty laundry back on the plane trip home.1st time user of Airbnb but because of this experience we will definitely do this route again..Thanks again to our hosts for making the trip memorable.

I had a great stay at Tony's place, I never met him but check in was easy and everything was as expected. The place is cozy and clean and a pretty good size in my opinion. Location is great, it could not have been easier to find and it felt safe and super quiet over night. The bed is great, I had a super restful night's sleep and I was out on my way early in the next morning. I really can't complain, I would 100% stay at Tony's again the next time I am in the area.

The studio was just as described and perfect for my few days near the beach. Tony was very helpful in his communication ahead of time and made it easy for me to get access when I arrived.

Tony was very responsive & accommodating. The garage apartment was clean, comfortable & as advertised.

Tony communicated instructions to access the studio a week prior to my arrival. The studio was cozy, depicted accurately and located on a safe quiet street. The beach was only a short drive (10-15min) away. There are a many restaurants located on the main road. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Tony's space was exactly as expected, and I had a pleasant stay. For those that may book as a couple, be aware that there is no door on the bathroom. As I was alone, this was no problem for me.

This studio was great for a couple's mini weekend getaway. It was very clean, comfortable and a fifteen minute drive from Melbourne beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Communications with our host was simple, and the hammocks in the backyard were a relaxing plus. Will probably book again in a few months :)

Ingrid and Steve were delightful hosts, very warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. The room was pleasant and comfortable, with a lovely view of the Indian River Lagoon whether from inside the french doors, or at the cafe table provided outside. Since I was on a mission of mercy rather than a vacation, I wanted to be able to return to a place of solitude and peaceful serenity, and that is just what "Frances Merry" delivered, along with some delectable extras. I had a wonderful experience, and look forward to making a return visit when next I'm in the area.

A TRUE GEM! Ingrid and Steve are a beautiful warm couple , these host went out of there way to make my stay exceptionally welcoming. They offered privacy and yet were attentive to all my needs and then some! The room is roomy and cozy with a great bathroom & walk in shower . But the view speaks for itself including the gorgeous sunsets. A cove with a fridge included little (URL HIDDEN) felt very European... marmalades, fruit, Italian coffee n cream , Perrier water and more. Then I was greeted both mornings with a fresh squeezed oj mimosas and if that wasn't hospitality to its best ... they asked if I'd like to join them for dinner , which I gracefully accepted and delighted too! There's also a great small beach area as well as a walk to Melbourne beach that's only a few minutes away ... a bicycle is also offered in which to use anytime This will stay on my FAVORITE LIST for me and I totally recommend you go see it for yourself❤

What a wonderful place to unwind and relax. The room is delightful, beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you need, and a private entrance and your own piece of garden to enjoy the views. There is plenty to enjoy here including beautiful sunrises, amazing sunsets, not to mention all the shorebirds and dolphins that entertained us. All this and only five minutes walk to the beach! Thank you so much Ingrid for sharing your little piece of heaven.

Great location!

We loved this place! The decor was very comfortable bohemian chic with lots of small extra details that made it perfect for us. The private entry is exactly that, and Ingrid is very conscious of her guest's space. They had a kayak and bicycle for our use too! We felt very comfortable sitting outside in the lovely back yard, watching birds and dophins in the bay. We were so happy to come home to this space instead of an impersonal hotel - the location and the hosts were wonderful!

I really enjoyed my stay. I spent 3 very relaxing nights. The light breakfast offered every morning was a nice treat. The neighborhood was great for walking and exploring. Will definitely stay here again.

I couldn't have ask for a better place to stay. The home was very warm and welcoming! The home is very beautiful. The host is very very nice and made sure all of our needs were met and was readily available if we needed anything. My family would definitely look into renting this house again if we come back to this area and if it's available.

This house was easy to get to even at my very late 2:30 am arrival. Luz had left some breakfast food which I thought was very nice and I really appreciated it. The house was very clean, very nicely furnished and the kitchen was easy to use. I really appreciated the pots and pans that were of high quality. There are two porches that we used a lot. If Palm Bay is your destination then you cannot do better than this house! We loved it.

If you want a nice, quiet, relaxing place to stay at, this home is it. It is clean, comfortable, relaxing and welcoming. I will definitely go back when in Palm Bay.

The home was warm and inviting and the location afforded us the opportunity to explore sites of our interest in all directions.

This home was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The two screened-in porches were wonderful. One adult in our party commented that even the sofa bed gave him the best sleep in a long time. Some might notice traffic noise, but the location is handy to food, shops and main streets/highways. Felt safe in this nice residential area. Host was very welcoming and available, but we never had an issue/need to contact her after our arrival.

Luz's place was great. We had a wonderful time. It was very close to all kinds of shopping yet in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. Luz was very conducive to our needs, we great communication. The house was very clean and comfortable.

This place is only meant for one person with a twin bed.

Centrally located, but pretty quiet neighborhood, stones throw from a decent golf course. close to publix, library, shopping and banks. decent size unit, bed comfortable ( I am a big guy) refrigerator, stove, and sink very nice for cooking. used roku and almost got caught up on Netflix's House of Cards.

Maureen house is in a quiet neighbourhood, near to restaurants, to the highway, also to the county center where we could make a nice walk and see turtles. We drove about 20 min to a very nice beach, where we enjoy the day using the chairs and umbrella Maureen borrowed us. ooms are big and comfortable

Very easy check-in! Comfortable stay for 2 people! Didn't use kitchen much but it was fully stocked if you wanted to cook meals. Restaurant honored 30% discount, food was great! Easy access to beach. Managers on sight very helpful. Would definitely visit again!

Impeccably clean and quiet. The staff at the restaurant make this place even better. Convenience of a restaurant is great and the food is actually very good. It feels like an era of "Old Florida" which is refreshing. Thy accomadated ou stay all the way through with prompt professionalism and a smile.

Kept in very good contact regarding the recent storm. Also gave me a cold beer on arrival and walked be through the apartment.

Had a nice stay. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, including beach towels. Fold out couch was perfect for the kids and right on the beach. Some noise from the bar but we did so much everyday I fell to sleep with no problems every night.

Very simple, just walk towards the bar, and some very nice people will help you. I asked for a beer and the manager told me it was on the house :) Super clean, shopping stores at a 5 minute walk, and the beach is gorgeous. A magical location to spend with the one you love the most

Everything was great! All staff were very polite and attentive, apartment was very clean and had plenty of kitchenware, beach chairs and boogie boards! Great set up with the restaurant and bar next to the apartment right on the water! The beach is private and very relaxing as well! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were already familiar with the are because we have family that lives down the street. For us, being close to them was the priority. The location was right on the beach and had easy access. We also chose this location because it was close to the market. It was very clean and as described. Host was very helpful and informative. We had 2 adults and 2 children. The children slept on the pull out couch. For us space was not an issue because we spent a lot of time with family.
