“The Pearl is a fun trendy place for couples or families. Right off the riverwalk but without such a "touristy" vibe. Farmers market on the weekend and amazing restaurants and bars.”

“This is one my family’s Favorite places to spend time at in downtown San Antonio. An old brewery turned into upscale Hotel Emma and dining district. There’s always something going on. Pearl Farmer’s Market on Sat-Sun mornings, the Bottling Department Food Hall open daily, plenty of whimsical boutiques, our personal fav, Bakery Lorraine(try the macaroons 😍), and of course the scenic river walk. There’s also a splash pad for the little ones on a hot day! Anytime someone comes to visit, this is a must see!”

“A little farther from the Casita, but one of the best places to spend an evening. I would get a drink at Hotel Emma which is a beautiful space in a restored brewery. Then stop by Cured for dinner which is also in a very interesting restored building. They have fantastic house made charcuterie. Then finish off the night with a drink at the Modernist who has the best cocktails in town. It's in an old house across the street so I would google it. Pearl Brewery Bonus: The farmers market on Saturday and Sunday in the morning Bakery Lorraine: great sandwiches and pastries Brown Coffee: The best coffee in town made by some overly committed/serious baristas. High Street Wine Bar”
