Gun Range
“This is THE place to go to if you want to live out your action movie hero fantasy. They have a large array of rifles, shotguns and handguns, and the instructors are right at your side to show you how to shoot them without knocking yourself into another state. Completely safe, and something different you can brag about other than not skiing directly into a small child on the slopes. Do it...DO IT!”

Lodging
“Beautiful fine dining, farm to table restaurant. A beautiful historic inn designed in the mission style. As perfect for dinner as it is for brunch. Enjoy outdoor seating on a lovely patio in the summer. Dine or drink by the large fireplace in the lobby in the fall winter months. Our favorite thing to do is get a drink in the tavern area and take a walk outside through their beautiful flower garden down past the Potting Shed (gift shop) to the swinging chair overlooking the river. - 15 min. drive”

American Restaurant
“It's a family affair at the Frogtown Chophouse; a Poconos Steakhouse owned by the Winner and Noone families. Executive Chef Lyman Winner and wife Ann alongside Mixologist/General Manager Eric Noone and wife Christina invite you to experience the finest food in the Poconos. Lyman, a graduate of a prestigious culinary college in Baltimore and Eric, an Off-Broadway actor, turned restauranter, have been in the restaurant business for a combined thirty years. Executive Chef Winner prepares his "new American cuisine" to perfection while Eric expertly outfits the front of house. ”

Spanish Restaurant
“This family if from South America and they dish up consistently good comfort food. This is not a Mexican restaurant, so all of the Mexican seasonings and chilies are absent. Get the Colombian sausage, the shrimp appetizer and the empanadas. We have fajitas there a lot! I've heard the churros are wonderful, but I am always too full to order them! Lovely family! The setting is a little dodgy, back in the parking lot of a derelict hotel, but just lock your doors and run into the safe haven! We've never had a problem!”
