Sound Experience

Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

For those who enjoy the beach, it is only a quick walk down the street to Beach Access on Scotch Fir Point Road and less than a 5 minute drive to a lovely private beach at Canoe Bay. The Stillwater Bluffs are walking distance and worth checking out, especially on a clear day! We are located 10 mins from the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal and 25 mins to downtown Powell River.

Spacious 2 bedroom ground level suite is in my home. It provides everything you need to enjoy your time while exploring Powell River. Own private entrance and driveway, patio with barbecue, internet, TV, Roku. Fully equipped kitchen. Pets are welcome. It is considered rural-12 km to town, 3km to the golf course (towards town) and 4 km south to a beach. The neighborhood is quiet which makes it conducive to a good night's sleep. This Non smoking suite and home.
