This 10x12 sq ft studio home is a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to town in Lo de Marcos. LdM is conveniently located between San Pancho and Guayabitos . The small pueblo of Lo de Marcos sports a gorgeous beach, friendly people and lots of restaurants! Sorry, no kitchen/ laundry available. Please support the local village! You share the lovely garden area with the other studio suite. Outdoor shower for “after the beach” rinsing. There are cats living here. No other pets allowed.

Just two and a half blocks walk from the beach and half a block from the main avenue. With connection to San Pancho, Sayulita, Lo De Marcos and all the beautiful neighboring towns.
