Great place to stay at and very clean we had communications issues at first but with the help of (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translate everything was great. Marc was very helpful on my journey and even gave me a lot of suggestions on where to go and what to see. I would definitely come back.

Marc was a great host. He made sure we got the keys to his place, even though we were a bit late arriving from England. He let us use his double bed instead of the bunk beds to make us feel more comfortable staying as a couple in his home. He also has a lovely cat who gave plenty of cuddles to us during our stay. We would highly recommend staying with Marc - it was a wonderful visit!

Le logement de Victor est pratique, propre. Accès à la cuisine équipée, lave linge à disposition. L'appartement est proche du tram, ce qui permet un accès relativement rapide au centre de Caen

J'ai passé un agréable séjour chez Victor on ne manque de rien chez lui fit le calme à proximité des commerces à proximité du tram et des moyens de transport le périphérique est juste deux minute je recommande vivement cet hébergement qui plus est le moins cher dans la région

My stay at Hadjas' was great. They really made me feel at home. I had dinner with her and some friends (for a reasonable compensation fee). The room was also excellent. I would definitely recommend Hadjas' for a stay.

Hadja was very warm and welcoming! I only stayed for a short time but it was a splendid experience because she was so kind! The apartment was very clean and really great because it was right next to the streetcar B, Chateau d' eau stop. Hadja doesn't speak English and I don't speak a lick of French but it worked out and she went above and beyond by using a translating app to make sure communication was clear and that I had everything I needed. She was very helpful and eager to accommodate me! I had a great experience even though I was at her place less than 12 hours to catch the ferry in the morning!

My girlfriend and I have been spending two nights at Hadja's place. We didn't experience any inconvenient and our host has been really nice. I really appreciate her willing to provide us assistance whenever necessary, despite the lenguage barrier. Totally recommended, the spaces are really nice!

A great little place outside the centre of Caen. Nothing fancy but perfectly comfortable and functional for a short visit to the area. Easily reachable by bus or tram, and Hadja was available at any time in case of questions or problems.

Corinne ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich dort in den zwei Tagen außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss und man hat einen direkten Zugang zum schönen Garten, der ruhig gelegen ist. Alles war perfekt, ich komme gerne wieder.

Logement et secteur calme. Le coin d'accueil est très douillet et très propre. Donnant sur un joli jardinet La sdb et wc "privatifs" assurent une bonne intimité. Corinne est une personne très agréable discrète et à l'écoute. Agréable séjour très reposant.

Séjour agréable, j'ai été reçu avec un apéro, Corinne est très sympathique. Elle m'a prêté son vélo pour une journée, ce qui m'a permis de me rendre a la plage. La chambre est grande et propre, avec une autre pièce adjacente.

our stay at the apartment was amazing. The apartment was much better than we expected. Everything included. Breakfast options was a big plus. We really liked staying. We were few hours late for arrival than planned and host waited for us . Apartment is really clean and everything neatly arranged. The picture on airbnb should be updated. Apartment is much much better than the image one gets looking at the current airbnb pciture. Locatio was ideal for us to visit Etreat cliffs and Mont St michel. Its very close to the highway/ring so you can easily get in/out.

Charmless apartment in a charmless neighborhood, BUT precisely what I wanted: a clean and comfortable place for my family to use as a base camp for exploring the region. Constance was great, as was the whole experience. I only.regret not staying longer.

The apartment was even better upon arrival than expected after having seen the pictures. Light, spacious and perfectly located for our daytrips. The beds are of good quality and the kitchen is fully equipped. The communication with Constance was clear and very helpful. We really felt "at home" for our short stay of 4 nights and we will certainly contact her again for a stay when we would visit the region again. Chappeau Constance!

Constance est très arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement correspondait à la description faite, bien équipé, confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

L'appartement est conforme à la description sur le site et il est spacieux pour quatre personnes. Le petit déjeuner compris est un plus. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Constance ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. L'accueil a été fait un peu trop rapidement par le gardien. La communication s'est essentiellement déroulée par sms. Le seul gros souci que nous avons rencontré c'est qu'il n'y a pas eu du tout d'eau chaude durant notre séjour (nous ne savons pas exactement pour quelle raison). Ce n'est certes pas la faute de notre hôte mais ça nous a gâché notre séjour.

Constance est dune grande gentillesse et a vraiment tout fait pour préparer et faciliter mon séjour.

Fanny is a great host and the apartment is amazing for the price! Everything is absolutely new and clean. I even got to take advantage of the bathtub, exactly what I needed for a weekend getaway from the pollution in Paris. Fanny was exceptionally flexible as we changed the arrival and departure times and she was more than pleased to accommodate. Very happy customer and will be sure to come back again!

The apartment is nice big and very comfortable. kitchen is very well equipped for a person who wants to cook there a nice meal from the tasty fresh french products. at the arrival day we were very disappointed. we tried to reach the Host at the early morning. all day we had no answer. she didn't answer on the phone neither. we eventually booked a hotel because we thought it is a fake profile. and just then at 17:20 we heard from her first. Fanny agreed to refund that night with no issues.

We went to Caen to see the D-Day sites and choose Fanny's apartement since all the sites are very close by. Fanny was very welcoming and met us at the apartment to explain everything. Too bad she could only meet us at 1830 but we explored Caen during the day to pass the time, its a nice city! The apartment was clean and had all facilities you could want. The couch turns into the second bed and this was perfectly fine, very comfortable. Fanny's english is okay, enough to communicate well. I would recommend this place and will visit again in the future!

It was a nice appartment. very clean and comfortable. i was travelling with my wife and 2 year old daughter. Fanny even arranged a travel bed for my little girl very thoughtful from her. we travel by car and there was enough plubic parking space. The is a bakery nearby and a small supermarket (2 min walk). a big Carrefour is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately Fanny Englisch is not very good so the communication was a bit difficult. Fortunately, there is (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translate. other than that its was a very pleasent stay.

Fanny welcomed us to her apartment and I was so grateful for the help with our luggage as I was travelling with my 3year old son. The apartment itself is modern, clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood is a mix of new build apartments and older high rise blocks of apartments. With car you can easily access to the motorway, central Caen and shopping centre with Carrefour is only 5minutes drive. There is also a smaller boulangerie and Carrefour city about 5minute walk away on the main street. Only downside was the neighbour had her cat outside in the hallway all day/night and the cat crying kept us wake/woke us up during the night at times. There is a an echo from the communal hallway so all sounds (neighbours entering/leaving their homes and cat miaow) can be heard easily.

Nice, clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Georges is very kind and helpful. Would recommend it!

Appartement moderne avec Wifi disposant d'un grand bacon fleuri, situé à 3 minutes de la station de tram permettant de rejoindre le centre ville. Joceline est une hôtesse très sympathique et attentionnée, cultivée et curieuse de tout. C'est en plus une bonne cuisinière ! J'ai passé trois soirées fort conviviales, et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Philippe (le conjoint de Sylvie)

Joceline est une personne accueillante, cultivée et très sympathique. C'est de plus une excellente cuisinière. Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour, les précédents étaient avec le compte Airbnb de mon épouse. Appartement lumineux avec une grande terrasse fleurie, idéalement placé à 3 minutes du tram B. Parfait pour aller sur Caen ou pour aller vers les plages sans avoir les bouchons. Je recommande vivement.

Plus qu'un hébergement, ce fut une véritable rencontre avec Jocelyne!!! Accueillante, gentille, aux petits soins, elle s'est montrée très attentive et discrète à la fois. Nous avons partagé de très bons moments autour d'histoires de voyages ou tout simplement de vie... un vrai moment de partage que je vous recommande vivement!!!

Déçu de notre séjour ,appartement non nettoyer après travaux de peinture, pas de wifi , terrasse sale ,aucun moyen de pouvoir faire le ménage il n y as pas si qu il faut , manque d ustensile de cuisine. Appartement sale à notre arrivée , bruyant .

Corinne is the perfect host and her home is a wonderful place to stay. We had time with her, sitting in her garden and sharing a couple of meals. She had croissants for us one morning fresh from the bakery. Corinne is a traveler and provided us with tips for our adventure. The house is very comfortable and ideally located - close to the trams, and walking distance to old Caen. We had a car for which there was parking and explored Normandy villages as well as Juno, Omaha and Sword beaches. None of this was far away with Sword beach being only 15 minutes away. This is the PERFECT airbnb.

A lovely warm welcome and a very cosy house within excellent reach of the port and Caen. Corrine and paprika were marvelous hosts and helped us enjoy our stay immensely. I would thoroughly recommend this location and property

La casa di Corinne è fantastica, accogliente e coloratissima! Ottima x una famiglia di 4 persone. È come essere a casa propria. Pulizia eccellente. È necessaria la macchina (ampia possibilità di parcheggio) per raggiungere il centro. Consigliatissima!

La maison de Corine est très sympathique, et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de la rencontrer, mais son fils nous a accueilli et Corine avait tout préparé pour que nous nous sentions à l'aise.

Le logement composé de 3 chambres individuelles est propre et il y a une cuisine un salon une sdb et wc uniquement pour les locataires. Georges est tres gentil et accueillant. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Georges ist sehr bemüht. Die Wohnung ist ausschließlich für Airbnb renoviert worden und wird auch ausschließlich dafür genutzt. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Zimmer die gemietet werden können. Ich kann Georges als Gastgeber weiterempfehlen.
