The unit is a ideal location in Eastwood. Many restaurants and shops are within steps of the place. The studio is well furnished and very clean. Everything is new. WiFi is rather fast. I was able to stream Netflix. I would not hesitate to return for another visit.

The place is very nice and clean and has everything that you would need. The internet is Sky broadband so nice and fast. The hosts are super friendly and easily around to help if needed. I would recommend this place. Its only a tiny thing but hot water would be nice.

The room is clean, new bedsheets and most of all clean toilet. There is no hot water in the shower but there was no problem at all due to the climate. Miss Grace, she's the one to accomodate us and tend to our needs. Overall our stay was pleasantly good and would come back and stay here again in the future.

The place was nice but cleanliness is my issue, dusty everywhere, aircon unit was too dusty ..refrigerator was dirty And the kitchen sink was smelly, and most of all the bed was shaky I had a hard time to sleep..

I booked this place just for a night so I have a place to rest for the morning I have no issue or anything. All is well maybe except with a little miscommunication with the caretaker for our late self check in. Overall the place was as described in the listing. Highlights of this place is it's above Eastwood Mall.

The place is the center of entertainment with shops, bars and restaurants that are open 24/7. It is close to everything which makes our stay worthwhile. The unit is a little small but spacious enough for 4-6 people. The host is wonderful. Velinda really made sure that our needs are met and satisfied. She is such a great host. Great place to stay! Harry & Velinda were great at communicating, despite being out of the country. All the basic needs are provided in the apartment. Place has great views. Move in was pretty smooth and place was very clean! Perfect place to stay for a short break or if you're in town on business for a few days. Shops and restaurants are all around so no need to worry. Eastwood is a very safe place.

Overall awesome. It was my birthday and they were able to accomodate us even we checked in late since we suddenly went to Subic for swimming. Ronnie & Poo are very nice. Communication is easy and they even allow us to extend further than the first agreement free of charge. Highly recommended for fellow airbnb users.

Poo was great, she was very pleasant and friendly, fast to respond to any correspondence. The apartment was modern, clean, tidy and a pleasant stay. It had decent internet and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Jill, Ronnie and Poo's unit. The entire place was clean and cozy. Since my daughter was excited to use the swimming pool, Poo met with us early and escorted us to the facility. When it was time to check-in, she was also there to provide us with the keys and to show us around the place. The neighborhood was friendly and everything we needed was just a few steps away. :)

Such an amazing 3day stay. I instantly felt at home but the good part is that their unit has this hotel feel unlike the other Airbnb units which are like an ordinary house. Will definitely book again and refer to my friends.

Very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Poo was very accommodating and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend family and friends from abroad to stay here on vacation. The only downside is the hallways and elevator doesn't have AC and is extremely hot. We were told this is a newer building and this is something they can improve upon so the next time we come back it will be more bearable.

This place has a great view over the city with lots of windows, and the aircon and internet worked well. There was everything you would expect - even a snack on the table to welcome us! The host was very understanding when we had trouble communicating because of travel and a lack of wifi on the road. We didn't have time to check out the pool unfortunately, but we could see it far below.

We stayed at Rae's condo for 2 nights and it was great. Even if Rae was not there personally her Mom welcomed us and was very helpful. The house is the same with the pictures shown. Will definitely recommend to friends. Location is perfect!

Rae was out of the country during our stay, but she made sure that we were well taken care of. She sends us message, once in a while, to check how we were or if we needed anything. Also, Rae made an effort to write down everything that she thinks we will be needing to make our stay more comfortable. The place is cozy, very clean and spacious. (We love the view from the bedroom window-night time) The location is near the mall, restaurants and bars. Also it's easy to take a cab from her place. The most important thing as a parent is that we feel safe walking around Eastwood city. The Next time we visit Manila, we will definitely stay here again!

Brand new apartment in the heart of Eastwood. Tastefully decorated, and Lye and her mom are very accommodating to our requests.

Lye and Linda were very responsive and accommodating even when we arrived late for check in. Their place is so clean, looks great and smells nice. It's complete with toiletries and towels (which are not usually offered by most listings) and even bedsheets and linen. They didn't have parking but we were able to park just across the building. The place is in Eastwood so there's a lot of choices for restaurant and shopping. We went there to review for an upcoming exam and the place is quiet and conducive for studying. We left a watch inside the unit and they offered to meet us at our workplace (very convenient!) to return it. Such amazing hosts! I will definitely recommend their place to my family and friends!

It was my first time trying out airbnb and I'm so glad that I chose your place first. I was hesitant to try airbnb because of security issues but thankfully, I didnt have any problems during my stay. The place was exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Very clean, complete with utensils, glasses, microwave, towels, toiletries, etc. Having a big refrigerator, heater, tv and a wifi (and being affordable!) were a huge bonus! Overall we had a very pleasant stay. I loved the place and I will definitely book again if ever I need a place to stay at in the area. I'll also make sure to recommend this to friends. Sally is very accomodating and very friendly, I arrived at the condo at approximately 6 AM and her representative was there waiting for me at the lobby. Also parking space is provided and very accessible. The condo is very tidy and I love the place it made me feel at home, all are there within walking distance. I would like to rent her place again when it's available. And would highly recommend to my relatives and friends to rent her condo.

Accommodating owner and a nice play to stay in Libis.

The location is perfect and the room os spacious. EJ is a great host as he is easy to talk to. However, his aunt was also communicating with me as a host and had different rules from what EJ and I initially agreed on, it was confusing and we felt unwelcome to use the condo. The aircon's plug in the room cannot be used and when we told EJ's aunt about it, she did not even apologize and said, the common room aircon should've been enough (we obviously expect they know people sleep the room and not the common area).

Ejs place is so spacious , clean and complete. He's easy to communicate with and so kind to let us stay longer than it should be. Highly recommended to all airbnb users. :) Definitely will contact him again if we decided another staycation near near our office .

HOST -- It was my first time to use Airbnb & EJ was tremendously helpful & patient in answering all of my questions & requests, even trying to help me use my travel credits for booking the place. He was nice & understanding despite the problem I encountered with Airbnb payment verification. EJ also gladly allowed us to do an ocular visit to check out the unit before booking. LOCATION -- The place is near a lot of shops & restaurants & a 24-hour convenience store is just around the corner. It is a short walk from Eastwood Citywalk where we parked our cars during the stay. The area is also easily accessible by taxi cabs or Uber cars. CONDO UNIT & AMENITIES -- Place looks even better in person! It's located in a nice modern building with good security. The spacious living room space openly flowing into the dining area was perfect for the small dinner gathering we had with friends who dropped by. Plenty of seating & air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. Host graciously provided a water filter dispenser with a gallon of drinking water for our consumption. Kitchen is well equipped, bedroom is cozy, & bathroom is clean. Everything is well maintained. OVERALL -- It was a great place for a nice stay in a prime location with a very accommodating host! Highly recommended!! :)

The place was great. Photos are accurate. Much better than some hotels and a lot cheaper also. What I like the most is the bed, it's so soft and very hotel-like. Although it's quite difficult to adjust the temperature of the water, that makes it also quite hard to use the bidet. Overall, it was great. Recommended for people who prefers to stay in a hotel at an affordable price.

After my flight being delayed from Cebu to Manila. It was a very frustrating and exhausting day for me. Thanks to Elizabeth who hired a vehicle to pick me up and also waited till I arrived at the hotel. Making things a lot easy for me. I was in traffic for three house but whole time she was in constant contact me with updates. Jose also messaged me making sure that I have settled in. My trip to the condo and my stay to the condo was extremely positive. The condo was in a perfect location. Food, Restaurants, bars, and mall are just right down the condo. It is a prime location. I forgot to bring a towel but fortunately for me. The condo had extra hotels for their guest. I can not say anything negative about Jose, Elizabeth, nor the hotel. Host was kindly able to accommodate a flexible check-in scheduled around 2am. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived later than planned unfortunately. However, we did pay for a whole additional day as compensation for the early check-in time. The condo is amazing!! Great location, amenities, and was equipped with everything we needed. The views from the windows were good as well. The place was clean when we arrived. We are a family of 4 and had no problem with space. Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable!!! Check-out was confusing. The airbnb page said check-out is at 12pm, so we assumed that is the scheduled time and there were no questions about it when we first booked. I thought I confirmed the 12pm check-out prior to our last day , then was contacted by the assistant around 9am asking us to evacuate by 10am instead since they had another reservation to prepare for. There seemed to have been a miscommunication. It was only difficult because we arranged for a family friend to pick us up at 12pm. We checked-out earlier than planned and just waited in the lobby with all of our luggage. Make sure you officialize check-out time at the beginning of booking. The assistant told me the check out time is always 10am although it said 12pm on AirBnB. Overall: great condo, location, and safe with lots of security around Eastwood!! This AirBnB is definitely worth your stay :)

we stayed here for almost 2 months (june-august7) and had a very comfortable and relaxed home during that period The room was fully furnished and complete with everything that we needed. there was also wifi included in the room which was very useful to me and my wife, as we needed it both for our work. The owner was also very accomodating to the tenants needs..she responded in our queries promptly and made sure that it will be a hassle free stay for us. Also the location was very good as the room was situated near malls, church, and public transporation. We don't need to travel afar to go shopping or attend a mass. But if you wanted to go to bgc, a citylink bus can also be accessed nearby the building. We will definitely book this again! :)

The location is amazing considering it is close to Eastwood mal and the city walk. I love the location as it has an amazing night life and you can always feel safe and hang out anytime you want.

Very clean efficient, and near to everything pleasant. If you have a car, there's no parking assigned for this unit, but the mall parking is just a walk away. Parking could get expensive if you just chill for 24 straight or more. Was renting for 17 days.

Vic's place is great for a single hardy travelller as his place is surrounded by food and nightlife 24 hours a day. During the day the area transforms into a family mall area which is great as the transition is very dynamic. Thank you Vic for hosting your place. I had . pleasant stay.

Vic's unit is pleasant I didn't stayed there, my relatives did, I just did the reservations, since I had to stay somewhere else. My relatives said it was pleasant and comfy. Although it might need improvements on the entertainment portion, such as upgrades on TV and other minor necessities. It's a little off for me since, the location of the unit is high and the elevator doesn't seem to be nice, but that I guess will fall down to the building management itself and the floor number I guess would defer from person to person. All in all, that won't remove a star from my rate. I would suggest the place for people who are needing a cheap but worth the budget place. Thank you vic and for your staff for accommodating us. Marimel's place is ideally located - it is literally an elevator ride away from Eastwood mall and all nice restaurants. Her condo is such a beauty - the pictures don't do justice to the condo! It is better in actual/ spacious condo unit and self contained kitchen. Being a corner, we have both views of Marikina and the garden/ central fountain of Eastwood city. Although the kitchen is complete, we didn't get the chance to use it as the restaurants are all nearby and just walking distance. Booked this place initially for 7 nights but extended for 4 more as our garage was undergoing repairs. Marimel and her mom was always willing to help and ensure that we had a comfortable stay. Would gladly recommend this to all!! Thank you Marimel and Mr & Mrs Liwag for having us

This place was a very pleasant surprise. It is far more suitable than what the photos portray. Marimel and her mother in law do a fantastic job of maintaining the condo. The couch is roomy and very comfortable and the bed is very nice aswell (real mattress). Communication was great. Check in and out was seamless. Location was perfect for Eastwood. Would definitely stay here again.

we advice the host that we will check in at 6am but she agreed at 7am. so we arrived 7am at the bldg lobby but her parents arrived 9am, we are all tired and exhausted that all we wanted to do is sleep especially my two kids.when we entered the room, everything is dusty.i helped her mother to changed the linens and i volunteered to clean the room coz im ashame to let her mother clean the area. i also have issues with the AC, hindi sya msyadong lumalamig,at msyadong mainit pag umaga kasi tapat n tapat tlga sa sun. exhaust fan is not working in the bathroom.
