Shopping Mall
“The nearly 180 shops feature fashion, food, home furnishings, health and beauty products, with something for everyone. No problem parking, as there are about 2000 spaces in the attached parking garage. There are numerous café terraces in the area. Even in typical rainy Dutch weather, In de Bogaard is the place to be; most of the shopping centre is covered. For more information: www.indebogaard.net Accessible by train (five minutes’ walk), bus 18, 23 and 30 and tram 17.”

“Herenstraat boasts a wide array of specialized shops, some of which are located in historic buildings. Many shops are family-owned businesses going back generations. The personal touch and historic surroundings make shopping in the area enjoyable and pleasant. On Saturday is more fun with the addition of the weekly market and its green grocer, fishmonger, stalls selling poultry, the candy shop, and many more market regulars. Early birds can start their rounds at 8:00. The market stalls are dismantled at 16:00. Every Wednesday from May to October there is an antiques, curiosities and book market around the Oude Kerk. The Herenstraat may be reached by bus 23 and 30 and tram 1, 10 and 15, by bike, or by car. There are plenty of parking options in the city centre. For more information, see www.oud-rijswijk.nl”

Restaurant
“This is one of our favourite restaurants in Delft. It's quaint, has a great wine list, and the menu is a touch above the average without being ostentatious. It can be quite busy, but even when full it's quite possible to enjoy a quiet and intimate conversation with your party.”
