Church
“Rollag Stave Church was probably originally built in second half of the 12th century. It was first mentioned in written sources in 1425. Rollag Stave Church is decorated with a mixture of artistic expressions from a series of periods from the early Middle Ages. [2] The church has been remodeled several times with not much left of the original building.Originally, the church had been a simple church with a rectangular nave. It was rebuilt around 1660 into a cruciform church. A new apse was added in 1666. This choir was replaced and enlarged in 1670. The transept was constructed in 1697-1698. A gallery was added in 1702. The sacristy was rebuilt in 1739. Around 1760, an additional lining wall”

Mountain
“Head to Andersnatten (733 m) and enjoy the beautiful view! The tour starts at Anders Night Iron (414 meters), where there is parking and information board. The trail runs on the west side of Anders Night Iron and over a large swamp before the terrain begins to rise. The trail runs a lot of rock parties, and just before the top splits so that one can choose whether to walk the steep or gentle trail. On the steep path one must climb a bit. From the top of Andersnatten you can see the 7 parishes. In addition, you can see Norefjell in the east, Jonsknuten at Kongsberg and Gaustadtoppen west. Andersnatten is a favorite destination for mountaineers, as it has a steep, steep wall to the east.”

“Tekslehogget is a landmark at the top of Lyngdal. The summit is 720 meters above sea level, providing a wide view to the Norefjell, Tyrifjord, Spokes and south Lyngdal. Other notable landmarks such as Gaustatoppen and Andersnatten can be seen. Turkassa hanging on top, right on the trail - you enter happily into the visiting book. Hiking route follows the tractor road from the parking, and then trail to the top. The fairly steep ascent in 1.5 km resulting in 360 degree views. Southwest side is a proper cut, without securing to the edge.”

Her står skilt «Eidsfjell 6,5 km» ved veien. Parker her.”
