“For very casual, delicious traditional Mexican and Tex Mex dishes plus good cocktails all at a very, very reasonable price - great place to check out.”
“I enjoy the ambiance here and the menu, although a bit eclectic, offers something for almost everyone including vegetarians and Vegans. In the winter there is a fireplace that keeps it warm and the Margaritas are good. There is parking right across the street which is convenient or if it's full another one just around the corner. My husband always gets the chicken pot pie and I lean towards the cauliflower. The staff is friendly and they server fresh baked bread and desserts daily.”
“On the 4th Floor of the Rosewood Hotel. Incredible view of San Miguel de Allende. Innovative drinks. Pricey, but worth it. Go at sunset to see the city change from daytime to nightime. This place gets crowded.”
“This is the dining room at Rosewood. We typically go there for special occasions when we want perfect service and a quieter environment. The only dish I would not recommend is the grilled meats as although it is very Mexican in style, its just average in my opinion. The soups and salads and all other dishes are predictably delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing with a very attentive but, not lurking staff. Be sure to check out the Luna roof-top bar for the best city view in San Miguel. Live music on Thursday evenings at Luna bar”
“Bistro Mi Casa is a place that should be reserved for special occasions. There is live music most nights, and the food is exquisite. Located in the Instituto de Allende, you will have an opportunity to view the amazing murals on the way in to the restaurant.”
“The hotel´s rooftop bar has one of the best views from the city, especially at sunset. La terraza del hotel tiene un bar con una de las mejores vistas de San Miguel de Allende, especialmente al atardecer. ”
