Café

“Favourite hangout of the young and moneyed Chelsea-ites, the food at Bluebird has traditionally played second fiddle to the cocktails. Newly-appointed executive chef Simon Gregory has, thankfully, upped the kitchen’s game considerably with the likes of salt baked kohlrabi and salsify and spice roasted baby chicken now the stars of the show.”

Australian Restaurant

“This is one of the favourites and not just because it's an Australian's restaurant. Great, coffee and breaky - classics are the ricotta pancakes or the fritters. They also serve lunch and dinner, good vibe always.”

Diner

“Notting Hill feels like it should have a good old fashioned diner, and it does. The Electric isn’t cheap, but it’s a great shout no matter what time you’re in the area. There’s an all-day breakfast menu from 8am which is generally very satisfying, and a solid selection of uncomplicated but delicious food for a really hearty dinner. The flat iron chicken and a double cheese burger should at the very least be on your table, but the mac and cheese is the only side worth a fiver. Even if you aren’t making use of the cinema here, most of the food is worth making a journey for – especially without the 50% off if you’ve got a cinema ticket for next door. ”

Café
$$
“Open since 1954, the pub has a 114-cover ground floor restaurant, a 132-capacity club, and a 20-seat wine bar, plus two self-contained flats, and office, garden, and extra storage. It has developed a reputation as a host venue for stars including the first UK shows of Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and Jimi Hendrix, and other more modern acts such as Adele and Ed Sheeran. It also welcomed Rolling Stones bandmembers Mick Taylor and Ronnie Wood, when they played a “secret” gig together there in 2013. SW5 9JA”

Restaurant

“It has the most magical outdoor garden seating but be patient, you need to make a big smile at the waitrer to get the table and dress chic. Smart casual, shirt, jacket, chinos and loafers (basically think relaxed European riviera chic) for men and relaxed tea dresses (read I have just flown back from St. Tropez or Verbier) for ladies. This restaurant is one of my favourite restaurants in the whole of London (make sure to reserve way in advance & try to get the table outside). ”

Modern European Restaurant

“Have you ever wanted to hang out with all of the celebs and royals all at one time? Perhaps not, but here at Madame Tussauds you can do exactly that. It's weird but it works and is not to be missed.”

Italian Restaurant
$$$$
“Set back from the Thames Path, this Michelin-starred destination is not only a riverside icon but also one of the flag-bearers for provenance-led seasonal Italian cooking. Warm, buzzy and über-expensive (in a semi-casual way), it’s dedicated to serving unfussy yet stunning regional food based on top-drawer ingredients – salads, pastas and wood-roasted specialities are the headliners, all backed by fabulously expensive Italian wines.”
