My home is in a small village in the Champsaur Valley near Parc des Ecrins, the ski resorts and the St Julien waterbody. Gap is a 15-minute drive away and Lake Serre-Ponçon is 30 minutes away. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains children's games (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the calm of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of nature.

The home is spacious, with beautiful views of the Dévoluy chain. Occupancy is variable from 2 to 6 people. For 4 there is a bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The basic rate is for 4 people, we apply a supplement of €20 for the extra room. It is well equipped and recently renovated, comfortable and bright. For safety reasons we don't accept small children or dogs. We speak English and Italian.
