You will help us free fly our falcons on the cliffs of La Jolla at the Torrey Pines Gliderport, a National Historical Place and beloved landmark. In our Experience, offered through Total Raptor Experience San Diego, you'll learn how to call and release one of our trained birds using a falconry glove, and admire their aerial skills while they soar above the cliffs. You'll get an up-close and personal view of their mastery of flight as they perform simulated hunting behaviors, swooping, ground-skimming and diving at high speed after a moving target. At the same time we will discuss raptor flight styles and how they contribute to the diverse ecologies of different types of hawks and falcons. There will be plenty of time for questions and pictures with our birds. My hope is to send you home with a new, or perhaps renewed, love for these majestic predators and the environment. We will begin our classes with teaching everyone how to make pasta from scratch: ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle! We provide also a vegan alternative with dough without eggs. You will learn how to do 3 types of long pasta, 3 of short, and 4 different kind of ravioli. You can take this knowledge with you to your own kitchen with a copy of our recipes for you. Last but not least: bring your own bottle of wine! Cheers! At the end you’ll can taste your handmade pasta!

Message before booking We will fulfill your experience on the beautiful coastline of San Diego California, where we will meet you with a great attitude and positive energy. We will provide you with a surfboard, full instruction, photos, videos and a great time out in the water. We will start on the sand, where we will greet each other and get to know your learning style and comfortability in the water. We will then proceed to getting you accommodated with the proper surfboard and wetsuit if you would like to wear one. We will then give you a full demo on the sand showing you how to properly catch a wave. After the demo is complete, we will then progress into the water when you have confirmed that you are comfortable. We will remain in the water for the rest of the lesson, as we will stay shallow and progress at your own comfortability. Water instruction will consist of us gently pushing you into waves as I will monitor your progress and cater to any questions that you may have. We will grab our camera and capture great quality water photos of you catching the waves. Safety is the number one emphasis of our experience, as we will go over water safety and make sure that everyone is fully alert, comfortable, and ready to have a fun time. We will visit about: local market, local art galleries, coffee shops, and a spot to taste local food (not covered in the price, please bring extra cash, I recommend $30 US dollars for expenses. Depends if you are shopping or just eating. We will walk and use public transportation (local style) guest pays for transportation We walk about 3 miles. We are happy to introduce you to the 60-minute Glow Boat Experience on pedal boats, a romantic night date idea in San Diego Bay! The boat illuminates 360 degrees inside and outside, and riding it after dark is a lot of fun. To complete your experience, a speaker and a small disco ball will make your boat rock'n'roll. Our crew will guide you through Night Bay to ensure you feel safe and know where to go. On an average night, we have a group of 12 boats and two boats with our crew. We will start at America's Cup Harbor, and after short pedaling, you will find yourself in San Diego Bay with a beautiful Night view of Downtown. We will play music, cruise around, and enjoy the skyline. The experience will end at the same location where it started. Pedal boats can accommodate up to 3 adults (600lb maximum weight). No experience is necessary to maneuver these pedal boats; you are good to go if you can ride a bike! You will stay dry all the time! Welcome to our little farm! We're so excited to share what life on a urban farm is like. To start, we will greet you at the front of our house. Please let us know if you're afraid of dogs because our dog is friendly but quite big. Then, we'll take you out back to the farm where you'll be able to meet and play amongst the goats. We'll either be waking up the goats in the morning or bringing them back inside for bedtime. As this is a hands on experience, you may want to bring clothes that you don't mind dirtying. While here, you can play and cuddle with the goats, and I'll share more about how to take care of them. Being a goat owner is so much fun and I am happy to share more with you. You can feed them, play with them, cuddle them. We also do have a bunch of chickens, and many of them lay awesome, naturally coloured eggs. You are welcome to collect and purchase some of these eggs while you are visiting. If you'd like, you can bring apples, carrots (a few) or goat treats (found at a feed store), but we also have a few snacks to share with you! Other things to note: Please bring clothes and shoes that are allowed to get dirty. If you want to book another time or during the week, please send me a message/request! I can mostly accomendate :) Goats might "nibble" on you and your clothes, shoestrings or hair. The Dog might jump and "hug" you. Please be aware of that :)

Once we've made it across the island it's time to stop and see the historic Hotel Del Coronado, the island's crown jewel. You will have some time to explore & walk the property. We will wrap up by riding the beautiful waterfront bike path back to where we started.
