Bernard is a great host , very accomodating too. His place is well maintained and we super love the reclining chairs. We also appreciate the usb he offered us for the choice of movies to watch, plus the welcome popcorn. The kitchen tools are complete too. Great place to relax and spend time with family.

Dr MaRose is one of the best host if not the best host we had as frequent airbnb travellers (since November 2016, travelling / living full time in lots of airbnb in several countries). You will be very well welcomed, and the booking and checking in / check out process was the best experience we had since we airbnb. The place itself was very clean, well equiped for its size, very practical and comfy to live in. Also at walking distance of public transportation hub and malls (SM Fairview / Ayala Terraces). And when we had to extend our stay at fairview, of course we did book here again :) Dr MaRose is also always smiling and willing to help and going the extra miles (as a Doctor, she even provided me health advisory and gave me a prescription letter for a cream to heal my skin). If possible, I would give 6 stars out of 5 to rate my experience here.

Perfect location, everything is accessible by walking. Very clean apartment, everything was provided for even garlic and onion if u want to cook! Food delivery was very easy too. Nancy was an excellent host, polite, kind and very accommodating. Even had goodies when we arrived which was perfect as we were starved from traffic from the airport. The Redwoods is an excellent place to stay. Nancy was most helpful and very quick to respond to my questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Nancy had very kindly bought us some welcome donuts for our arrival! :) A very nice personal touch.

Ms Nancy is very accommodating and responds quickly to inquiries. Her unit is complete with the basic amenities plus more. She gives the extra mile service. Rates of her unit is affordable considering what she has provided us.

Nancy made us felt very welcome and explained everything fully about the amenities available in the condo and the surrounding area. She made sure the condo was clean and stocked with coffee and snacks. The condo was laid out just perfectly for us, couldn't have asked for another thing. Very helpful in any query that we had. Everything that you needed, like shopping, getting laundry done, watching movie etc was just minutes away. Overall it was a pleasant stay. If given the chance, I will stay here again.

My experience staying at Nancy's place was pretty much the same as the other reviews Nancy has. Nancy is very easy to communicate with and made checking in and out very simple. Her place has everything you would need and Nancy went the extra mile with some special touches that other places i have stayed in at that complex just don't have. the apartment was spotlessly clean and her place has been the best at Redwoods so far. This was a perfect place to stay for someone who is not very familiar with the Philippines and who might be a little wary of getting around. The Redwoods Condominiums are located next to two large shopping malls. You can easily and safely walk from Nancy's unit to the new Fairview Terraces mall which is on the same side of the street, or you can walk across a well lit pedestrian overpass to cross the street to the older, but larger SM City Fairview mall. Monitored taxi terminals are available at both malls, and the world famous jeepneys as well as UV Express shuttles (air conditioned minivans with space for about 12) also have terminals at SM City Fairview. Nancy's condo provides every amenity a Westerner is accustomed to - hot water in the shower, microwave, washer and dryer, flat screen TV with cable television programs, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet access. The Wi-Fi access is provided free at the community lounge, or in Nancy's condo via a mobile hotspot. The mobile hotspot will cost about $1.00 USD per day or $23.00 USD monthly using prepaid phone cards which are readily available everywhere. You also have access to a swimming pool, badminton court, basketball court, gym, small game room (1 pool table, chess table) small children's playground, and on-property convenience store. The entire property is monitored by 24 hour security. Nancy was a very welcoming host. Upon our arrival, she greeted us and provided complimentary drinks, pastries, and fresh fruit. Nancy also provided complimentary toiletries and cleaning supplies. Nancy's condo was spotlessly clean, including all of the bedding, dishes, and pots and pans. Nancy quickly and efficiently went over the terms of our stay, and then she left us on our own after letting us know she was just a phone call away if we needed anything. I would exuberantly recommend staying at Nancy's condo to anyone, and this will be our first choice for staying in Quezon City in the future.

Nancy is a wonderful host. She always prompt to answer querries. Her unit is comfortable as home. We appreciate that the place is quiet and secured. It is also very accessible to public transpo and conveniently close to shopping malls in case you need to buy something or to just idle around.

Just a walk away from SM City Fairview, with a McDonalds opposite the gate entrance. The residence complex is very new, with nice greenery and trees planted between the buildings - and we like the friendly property security guards. Everything went smoothly and courteously (thank you), and we enjoyed our time.

The place is clean and includes an A/C, wifi and water heater. There's also a massage place and laundry shop accross the road. It is just a walking distance away three big shopping malls. We definitely had a comfortable stay there.

The unit was designed as a hotel room with a kitchen. Perfect for short stays of 2 adults.

The property is located in Trees Residences. It is highly accessible as it is only along the highway. 5-10 minutes walk to nearby fastfood (McDo, Jollibee), malls (SM, Robinsons, Fairview Terraces). Ms. Abi, the one who assisted us is very accomodating and hospitable. The room is clean and tidy. It may be compared to a superior room in a 5-star hotel. Aircon is strong and easily controlled. Internet connection is fast and has a strong signal. They have a personal refrigerator, rice cooker, and a water heater, perfect for the night cravings or even for breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in J&E. Will surely come back next time. Thank you!

First but definitely not the last time that we'd book Alex's place. We had a great time and we're sure you would too! The place was very clean, very comfortable and has almost everything that you need. The location was great too. There are 3 malls less than 5 mins away, there's a McDonald's right across the street, and a laundromat beside it if ever you'd be staying a bit longer. Alex was also a very great host: flexible and very considerate. Will definitely come back for another staycation.

The place was accurate as per pictures and also beautiful. It is also complete with the things you need, however, we just got problem with accessing the pool since the management wanted an authorization from the owner and they didn't provide one upon check in.

Michael's unit is nice and clean. The place is just nearby sm fairview. My family enjoyed their shopping as its just walking distance. Security of the condo is also strict which is a good thing for us. We will definitely recommend and stay again!

Michael was very responsive and made sure that there was someone to meet us at check-in and check-out time. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was exactly what the website described.

We book Michael's place for a wedding preparation and it wouldn't be smooth and problem free without Michael's help. Can't thank him enough. As for the place, it's same as described. The location is great. It's so easy to get there. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Quite place, strict security.

Even on a last minute booking, Michael was able to accommodate my request. He was also able to coordinate parking. The location of Redwoods is very convenient. Walking distance from SM Fairview. It's a nice quiet and safe location.

I made a last minute instant booking a night before Good Friday for that one-day staycation. Though I had hard time getting in touch with Michael at first, he directly called me from SG to explain the reason for delay - that the caretaker is actually not available to assist us since it's Holy Week. Very well-mannered in speaking, he mentioned that whilst booking can no longer be cancelled and that my credit card was already charged, he did an internatonal remittance for me to get immediate refund. And for us to still be able to stay at his place, he gave us a one-day free stay on our preferred. To sum it up, the all-in-all experience was great!!

I am really sorry to have to do a report like this but I need to be honest. Unless there is a big change I would not recommend this unit at all. We arrived to find people sleeping in the unit; apparently it was the cleaner and some of her friends or whatever. They quickly left taking their bedding and stuff with them however a bin in the bathroom was left full of used feminine products. After a call one of the ladies came and removed that for us. The description says “fully furnished” however? Bedrooms The bedrooms have only one item in them, a bed. No storage at all or anywhere to put clothing. Bathroom The bathroom is basic but works however the shower curtain, a piece of plastic, kept falling down and was basically useless. Also there was black mould in the basin. There was no power point in the bathroom however there had been one at some time but it must have been faulty as it was covered over with a piece of wood and painted. Kitchen The kitchen states that there is a stove? No there is not! There is one portable hotplate sitting on the bench that is all. The pots and pans were very basic to say the least. There was one wok, one small fry pan, and one electric rice cooker. No saucepan at all except one bowl of some description which looked like it had been run over by a truck and was useless and one jug for boiling water which failed on second day. There was 4 forks and 4 spoons but no teaspoons or knives. The freezer door in the fridge was broken off. At day two of seven the jug stopped working so contacted owner asking for a replacement. Were told he would get back to us about it but never did. Up until we left five days later we were still having to boil water in a fry pan as the jug had not been replaced. Inside the kitchen cupboards was filthy. Living area Very basic but liveable I guess however the floor was so dirty that when my wife walked from the bedroom to the kitchen in the morning to make a cup of tea without shoes on, her feet were almost black from the floor dirt. I think the floor may be getting swept at times but certainly has never been washed. General We booked one day and arrived the next at 5am from Australia. We made arrangements for someone to be there at 5am to give us access. Michael agreed to cover this extra cost of $15 Australian. We did not expect to find several people sleeping in the unit. Upon arrival after a long flight we needed to use the amenities, only to discover there was no toilet paper. Upon contacting the owner, Michael, we were told that toilet paper is not supplied and we need to get our own. It was 5am and...

Rose's condo is nice and clean. She is a caring and excellent host. The appliances are brand new and fully functional and it is only 5 minutes walk from major malls in Fairview such as SM, Ayala and Robinson Mall. I highly recommend her condo to any guest. Kelly and ken's condo unit is a good lounging place for vacationers and people who have business in the fairview area for many reasons: 1. The unit, although small, is surprisingly spacious because of the minimalist furnishing. 2. Everything is well organized and convenient. They offer food that you can purchase inside the unit just like hotels. Also, the place is located near malls like sm fairview and fairview terracesso buying things won't be a problem. 3. Finally, the hosts, Kelly and Ken were hospitable and very accommodating. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely go back on our next business in fairview

I love that the place was close to malls and public transportation. Also, the hosts are very reachable even if it were very early or very late. Whatever issues there may be, the hosts will personally sort things out straight away.

Very safe and quiet environment. Couple minutes ride to the malls (SM Fairview, Fairview Terraces, Robinson Mall) Condo is located in front of a 7-11, Macdonald, and an authentic massage parlour with good reviews (Naut Thai) I would come here again if I need to be in fairview area.

My husband and I had a short (10 days) vacay in P.I. last week. Rio's place was cozy, quaint and cute. I love her contemporary interior touch. Nancy was accommodating and friendly. Being pregnant for 6 mos, the elevator was a big help. There's a nice balcony where we enjoyed seeing the city in the morning. As I told Nancy when we checked out, we will come back and make sure to stay at Rio's place again with our little one. There's so much good things to say about Rio, Nancy and the condo we stayed at. Thanks to Rio and Nancy my stay was perfect. Rio was easy to contact and gave me all the information I needed. Nancy was very helpful even when I was running late for my book in time. Condo was easy to access and security was great. Also the furnishing were modern with all the accessories that made the stay extra pleasant.

We stayed here for 3 nights and its a great unit with its relaxing ambience. The owner and her representative took a good care of receiving us as well as when we checked out. Basically, everything was good, all the things we need were there such as the kitchen utensils and so forth. The area was convenient as the building has a convenient store downstairs and its nearby to malls, etc. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Again, Thank you so much. I might as well recommend this apt to some of my colleagues if we'll stay in QC.

We stayed at Rio's condo for 6 nights. Rio and her representative Ms. Nancy were very accommodating with our requests. We are able to get a quick response from them if we needed something / requests. The condo was clean, it is located next to the mall (Ayala Fairview Mall), all the amenities listed on the site were able. Ms. Nancy informed us on the WIFI connection problem, which was resolved the next day. Overall we have an excellent stay at Rio's condo and would rent the place should we need to stay in the area.
