“Capitol Reef National Park is in Utah's south-central desert. It surrounds a long wrinkle in the earth known as the Waterpocket Fold, with layers of golden sandstone, canyons and striking rock formations. Among the park's sights are the Chimney Rock pillar, the Hickman Bridge arch, and Capitol Reef, known for its white sandstone domes. In the north are the towering monoliths of Cathedral Valley.”

“These guys have amazing salads. Really, have the chicken salad. They also have ax throwing in the evenings. It is exactly how it sounds but, it is 10 times more fun than you are thinking. Grab some good food, throw some axes, get some frozen yogurt, laugh your faces off. ”

“Fun and Unique experience. Best Ribeye Steak in 500 miles. Reminiscent of the old rough and tumble cowboy camps that yearned for a bit of refinement! Looks like an old log cabin inside and out, with lace table clothes, linens and fine flatware and stemware. Bring your favorite bottle of wine - more than reasonable corking fee. Hosted by Bob Mussellman - a man of direct communication and a surly sense of humor. And a small piece of advice: Don't order the steak "well-done". Please tell him I said Hello!”
