Parking is available right in front of the house. The well-kept garden with a Hollywood swing and beach chair invites you to linger and relax. On request, we put fresh rolls in front of the apartment door every morning.

Small luck, charming old building apartment on 100 sqm

"Little happiness" describes the sunny and very charming 4-room apartment quite well. All rooms, except the kitchen, are facing south towards the sea or towards the small side street, Hermann-Bebert. It is a beautiful old building apartment, equipped with high rooms, plank floor and historic doors. With a lot of love for detail, the 100 square meter apartment was painstakingly renovated. From the bedroom you can see the sea and it is only 5 minutes to the rustic fishing port.

The newly built villa is located at the old chalk quarry of the city and has been built in such a way that you have a beautiful view over the city and even to the sea.
