NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unequal stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you. The real Seehäusl is located directly on the lake, with its own jetty and shore stripes. For safety reasons, I can't accept reservations or requests with children under 12. The 55 sqm 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also provided. Kitchen and dining room on the ground floor are my private area.
