Tina's place is off the beaten path in once sense (Sebring is not a bustling metropolis) but if you like a well appointed house in a pleasant residential neighborhood in a lovely small town, Tina's place will serve well. It's a few miles from Salem, Ohio, and a few more from Alliance and Youngstown. Walking the streets of Sebring is a very pleasant experience. The merchants are pleasant, courteous and helpful. Tina herself kept in touch in a timely fashion with my couple of questions.

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Tina is a terrific host, delightful to chat with but also willing to respect your privacy. The bed was tremendously comfortable. Tina has a real touch for decorating and beauty. Relaxing in her home gave us a real sense of peace. We highly recommend this as a restful stop whatever your sojourn.

Tina was a wonderful host, the room was cozy and there was a small basket of items that one may need if they forget things. Small personal touches really made the experience quite amazing. I will absolutely be recommending her home to friends that may be traveling through the area.

Tina and her daughter Ricki were very welcoming and easy to get along with. I liked the extras of soap, shampoo, etc. and the information about Sebring. And the sheets were so soft!!! I'm glad she had a place around back to park instead of in the street. I liked the big comfy chair in the bedroom for reading.

We found this Airbnb space to be absolutely delightful--clean, attractive, comfortable. It was obvious that a lot of thought had gone into making this quiet oasis a special get away for guests. David and his wife were attentive and communicative, the house immaculate and lovely, and the setting quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Dave and his wife were wonderful hosts! They were kind and welcoming, always willing to help with directions or suggestions of places to visit/eat. Celeste, their dog, is the sweetest thing and wonderful with the guests. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Marty and David were the most lovely of hosts. It started with email communication, welcoming arrival, evening tea and warm send off. I enjoyed our conversions to discover our common bond: family. The double bed en suite was decorated beautifully. The website picture does not capture the details. The bathroom was spotless and outfitted with more toiletries than I can use. If you are in the Alliance area (especially Mount Union families), I highly recommend booking Marty & David's place. The experience was awesome!

David had a family emergency and could not host us since he had to host family members. He went above and beyond the call of duty and rented us a very nice hotel room in town. He paid for the hotel even though the charge was twice what we paid him. While we did not see and can't comment on the facilities at David's home, David is certainly a very responsible and accomodating individual whom I'm certain would make anyone feel very welcomed.

This was a great place to stay. We felt like we were at home from the time we got there. Dave and his wife are fun to be around and talk to. My husband and I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

We stayed in this house for one night while driving from Chicago to NYC. It was slightly farther from I-80 than we had initially thought, though closer to I-76, which meets I-80 east of Alliance, so getting going East in the morning was fast. In a nice neighborhood, though we spent no time investigating Alliance -- arrived, slept, and left right away next morning. The Hershey's candy bars in the freezer were an excellent pre-breakfast treat, and I was grateful to discover them. Very clean and neat. There is a nice backyard where we looked at constellations before going to bed (no night sky where I live). One big problem that would prevent me from ever staying here again is the offensive salt and pepper shakers on top of fridge, featuring caricatured Native Americans wearing headdresses and feathers commenting in broken English on their condiment usage in surprisingly unclever ways (the salt guy: "Venison steak very tough, if me no get to salt enough" and the pepper lady: "Buffalo meat do not taste dandy, if me no have the pepper handy"). They are here if you want to look: (URL HIDDEN) The host probably views these as adding some kind of middle-of-the-road American retro charm to the house, on par with the Goodfellas poster or painting in the living room and other decor. But no one should have this garbage in any property they own in 2016, and I have no tolerance for anything of the sort no matter what the intention of the person who placed it there. No complaints about house other than this, but this is a big one for me. Shame that an otherwise very nice little house is marred (for me, though presumably others as well) by the presence of this object.

We stayed here for a night on our way across country. Jeremy's place was very clean and comfortable - as nice as any hotel, but with a full kitchen and living room!

This is the vacation rental all others aspire to be! Amazing, comfortable, and far better than any hotel in the area. We loved the old hardwood floors and antique pieces combined with modern conveniences and design touches. Jeremy was friendly and readily available to welcome us and answer questions. We would love to stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend this rental. Here are our favorite parts: - well-stocked kitchen, including full size fridge and oven, coffee maker and coffee, utensils and cookware. Nice glass bistro table and 4 chairs for meals and workstations. - front room has a loveseat and two chairs, plus a tv with Apple TV and Netflix. - bedroom has super comfortable bed and two closets, one of which is a super big walk-in closet with shelves and some hangers for your use. We never tripped over our bags with storage like that! - nice clean bathroom including a strong, hot shower with one of those shower curtains that bows out in an arc, so the curtain doesn't stick to your body. - super location in a nice quiet neighborhood but only two blocks to State St. and Heggy's. It's a tiny house, but it provides a level of comfort and convenience that's hard to find anywhere else. Thank you so much, Jeremy!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from a grocery store and quite a few resturants. The house was clean and well stocked (sometimes, kitchens aren't stocked with anything-the bungalow had pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, spices and dressings). The house was also stocked with board games and puzzles! Jeremy made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond in host duties-including finding us a taxi service.

Jeremy's place was spotless, just as the pictures would indicate. Everything was immaculate and well furnished and, in every respect, darling. It truly afforded a wonderful night in Alliance. The house is very accessible from the through-routes of town and close to UMU. And yet the neighborhood itself was peaceful. If my travels were to lead me here again, I would repeat my stay.

Wow! This was our 1st time using airbnb and what a GREAT experience! Jeremy was an Awesome host! He was available when we had any questions and was very accommodating! His parents live next door, so if you need anything you just ask. They brought over extra sheets for us and everything! The house was so comfortable and clean...very roomy and having a washer and dryer was a HUGE plus with having kids! We are going to be staying here again when we come to town! Thanks Jeremy!

You might have an idea of what would make someone a great host. Jeremy exceeds those expectations!! He is an amazing host. He responds quickly to all e-mails, and his place is very welcoming. It is exactly as described on a quiet street in Alliance, Ohio. The place is spotless.

Charles had the Downtown Loft with Deck ready to go when we arrived on Saturday for a Wedding in Winona, OH. We got there with enough time to relax and enjoy the Loft before heading out. Charles offed a flexible check-in/check-out time. It's a great space to unwind, especially with the comfortable furniture, natural daylight, and the back deck. We parked in the public lot when we arrived, as we were unsure what spots were reserved for us in the back (there are two unmarked spots in the back of the building, if you follow a sidewalk between the loft and the building next door, it will lead you directly to them.) The loft staircase leads right to the sidewalk in Downtown Salem. It has a nice country downtown feel to it. There are good places to eat and drink etc and Charles gives his recommendations on paper along with other things to do in town, along with the wi-fi password. The listing is what I expected it to be. In honesty, the pictures don't do the space justice. It was a much better experience than staying at a hotel and I would rent this space out again.

We had a great time staying at Charles's loft. It's clean, comfortable, spacious, and it had everything we needed. Charles even provided coffee, bagels, and cookies. We felt right at home! A diner and a coffee shop with delicious baked goods were just 1-2 blocks away. I highly recommend the loft to anyone planning a stay in Salem. Can't be beat!

the Loft was the most perfect place for me and my bridesmaids to use to get ready on my wedding day! My husband and I got married at The Barn in Salem and I was looking for a nearby place with lots of natural window light to use for the girls to get ready at. The Loft was the perfect fit. My sister and I spent the night before the wedding here and it was so relaxing to have a nice place to hang out and and de-stress before the big day. The place has such character, I love the exposed brick walls, beautiful mirror, and fireplace. The photos taken here on my wedding morning were absolutely stunning! The girls and I had a great time, I would recommend the loft to anyone. A surprising getaway in Salem!

The Loft was a perfect home base for our week in Salem. The beauty and craftsmanship of The Loft can not be show in the photos. Although it's located on a busy street the traffic can't be heard in the bedroom, and is hardly noticed in the living area. The Loft was kid friendly, comfortable, clean, stocked with fresh linens, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

I hate to write a review on this GEM!!! Everyone will want to come stay at this fine. The host was the mostest!!! So much attention to detail from fresh flowers, fine linens, great coffee, fire place inside and outside, the view was fabulous, shades to keep the light out in the morning, the house was decorated so professionally. I think I will have to have Brenda give me tips on my home. WE LOVED THE HOME AND ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH THE WINERY MASTROPIETRO.....THANKS AGAIN!!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We particularly loved having seating areas by the lake to relax and on the front porch. John was very friendly, welcoming, and open to ideas to improve his rental since we were his first guests. He plans to offer additional seating areas in the near future. I might also suggest access to a canoe or pedal boat! It was a relaxing stay. We will be back!

John's retreat is a countryside estate with private, well stocked pond. It is a paradise for nature lovers and fisherman. Very relaxing place in a typical Ohio countryside, near the Milton lake, which is renowned for fishing grounds. John is a great, very hospitable host.

It's much bigger than I thought!! The pictures don't really do too much justice. There was all the basic food and essentials. Awesome!

We had the whole guest house to ourselves, which was bigger than I had imagined from the pictures. Robert had basic food and beverages in the refrigerator available for us. There was also fruit, fresh baked cookies, and bread for us to enjoy. The screened in porch is very spacious, and relaxing to hang out/eat in. If you don't mind a drive to the city, this place is a great cozy place to stay in. The value is unbeatable. Thanks for hosting us Robert, and family!
