“THE beach bar in Cayman! Always busy on cruise ship days, but quietens off around 3pm and before the evening starts. You're never under-dressed, tables on the beach, bar food and plenty of beer. Their Full Moon parties are notorious (you've been warned!).”

“If you're looking for local cuisine, this is the place to get it. They don't serve alcohol and dining is outdoors at picnic tables. An amazing spot for sunsets. I've witnessed many marriage proposals here. :)”

“Blue Cilantro is one of our favorite restaurants on island! It is upscale dining so if you go at lunch time you will find the menu to be more affordable and the atmosphere more relaxed. During the week they even offer a price fixed business lunch menu which can be found online. The food is incredible. Our favorites are the fish and chips, vegetarian burger, and the butter chicken. You won't be disappointed! ”

“Peppers offers just about the best food quality/value for money on Grand Cayman. A spin off from the famous Smokies in Jamaica, you are in for some amazing jerk food with endless options of sides to choose from. If looking for something a little less adventurous, the menu also offers burgers, pizzas and ribs amongst more familiar offerings. If you are lucky enough to be visiting during breadfruit season - do not miss the fried breadfruit at Peppers. It will leave you wanting more ... don’t be shy ... I’ve been known to order (a few) more than one portion of fried breadfruit along with my standard 1/4lb jerk pork and rice + peas. The crab backs from the appetizer menu are another sure hit! Top it all off with their outrageously hot and absolutely delicious hot sauce (don’t grab the bbq sauce by mistake) and this is a meal that won’t soon be forgotten. Local Cayman Islands Brewery (CIB) beers available here on draft .. an added bonus. ”
