We enjoyed the room and private bathroom. Access to the house and kitchen was great. Having a private balcony was a nice touch, but we didn’t get to enjoy it due to the time of year we stayed. Big, beautiful house. Large windows. Nice big bed, a bit too firm for me. The large private bathroom and big deep tub made up for that. Others were staying in the house at the same time but everyone was quiet and you weren’t disturbed by their tv, music or talking. We definitely would book again. So convenient to Newmarket and Bradford. Close to shops and restaurants. We would recommend this place to others.

Sue was a great hostess. Unit brand new and very luxurious, impressive. The matress very conformtable. So very clean, do rent this unit, you will not be disapointed.

Nice, Clean, modern, bright and stylish place. Located close to Newmarket & Aurora and Gorgina cities,"around 45 min from Toronto" which guests can find Hypermarkets super stores " Walmart, No Frills" , Upper Canada Mall, cafe Shops, gas stations, international Restaurants, health Clinics and daily services facilities as well. The home is located in a pure well maintained new developed residential safe Area. And new children playground area just walking distance. Green backyard area with nice views facing the unit also. Well equipped unit with comfortable facilities. "exactly as mentioned at the Listing" I highly recommend Sue place for people who are looking for comfortable, safe and well organised place to have pleasant short or long Stay! awesome guest and a great stay.

My girlfriend and I were happy with Cindy's place. It was very new, clean and had nice high ceilings. The area was very quiet and a short drive to grocery stores. We stayed there for 3 nights and drove to Horseshoe ski hill for the day which was about an hour drive away. The kitchen was pretty basic (there were only two plates) but we managed to make it work. I would recommend this place and come back again.

Cindy's home is a beautiful, clean, and spacious townhouse. It is located in a nice, new and quiet neighborhood. Due to it being in a newer location, my GPS couldn't find the address. Cindy and her husband were really great and met me somewhere my GPS could pick up and had me follow them. Great hospitality, they helped me bring my bags inside and ensured that I was settled before leaving. Could have used an extra towel as I was there for a week. However my entire experience was great and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay.

This is a wonderfully spacious house located in a quiet neighbourhood in Sharon just minutes from Newmarket or Mount Albert. Bright, clean and well appointed, the house is basically brand new and everything is in wonderful condition. The use of the double garage was an added bonus. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful. Every room was large and bright. We were two couples staying for 4 nights and we were all very pleased with what a great experience we had. Our host was super responsive and answered our questions within a very short time. Don't hesitate to book your stay in this lovely home, you will be very glad you did.

Yue 's house was gorgeous ! It is in a great neighborhood with a parc right next to it . She was always one text away when i had questions . The house is huge with 4 rooms and lovely . I will definetly have her host me again when i come back in new market .

The condition of the house is very good, many rooms, complete facilities, quiet and safe in the community, convenient transportation, very close to Costco. The landlord Celine is friendly and welcoming, a lot of advice about specialty restaurants is very good. Will choose to stay here next time in Toronto.

It’s worth every penny!

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway weekend at Brendon’s place. It was a very comfortable space. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom had a big closet (which we did not use). The bathroom had underfloor heat, and all of the linens and towels were very high quality. The kitchen was well equipped and we fixed and ate dinner there. We also appreciated the espresso machine and the coffee that came with it! The house is close to the very nice Main Street with its many restaurants, and it was easy to pop over there for lunch and to walk around. Brendon is also a great communicator. We highly recommend this his place for anyone wanting to stay in Newmarket or looking for a getaway from the city.

Yong and his mom are super sweet people. They were great hosts. He doesn’t speak much English, however, use google translate. At first, I wasn’t sure because of this, but he turned out to be a wonderful host. The place was clean, had a great time. Would recommend.

Beautiful house and great value! The room we had was stunning with a shared attached bathroom. The host was great and super friendly and quick with responses. The only thing I’d advise is bring your own toiletries as those aren’t provided but otherwise it’s an excellent place for a quick stay in Newmarket/ East Gwillimbury area.

Everything was great!!

Beautiful house, very clean and lots of room. All of the modern amenities were there and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I can think of that would make staying there even better would be some sort of cable or satellite TV package ... even just the basic channels. Great spot though and well worth what we paid.

Wonderful host, beautiful and comfortable house!

Our group stayed here while we were in town for a family wedding. There were young kids, cousins, aunts and uncles, and senior parents in our group but this house was perfect for all of us. There was enough space and the kitchen had enough of the right gadgets stocked that we were even able to do Thanksgiving dinner for the family while we were all there. The house was sparkling clean and Teresa was a very helpful and attentive host!

My immediate family stayed here for our wedding weekend. We could not have chosen a better place. Teresa and her husband went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend so special. The rooms are large and everything was extremely clean. Can't wait to see our wedding pictures!!!

We rented the place for our wedding party. Teresa is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. She decorated the place with flowers and balloon to welcome us. It's a beautiful place and very clean. One of our friend forgot their stuff and she still contact us to return the item. Overall, everyone enjoy their stay!

Teresa and her husband were absolutely amazing. They were accommodating and extremely professional. There were newborns staying in the house and they provided cribs. They also offered a cleaning service which was so helpful. They are truely unremarkable

Our group of 10 had a very comfortable stay at Angel's house. The house was perfectly clean and well stocked with bedding, towels, dishes, and basic supplies. We really enjoyed all of the couch space and two living areas on the main floor for socializing and spending time together. Overall, the house is well laid out for a large group like ours.

It’s a great place with lots of room. It was also very clean. My family had to stay here for a month and we couldn’t have stayed at better place. Angel is a very wonderful host!

The location is comfortable and clean. Lots of space for hanging out and eating together. We have stayed here twice now and it has always been easy to get in touch with the owner and check in and out.
