Enjoy swimming at the private beach, watching the Laker Ships drift by, a special built pine bunkie with a sleeping loft with Queen bed, on main floor a pull-out couch also of Queen size. Relax in the hammock under shade trees overlooking the lake or enjoy a nighttime fire at the firepit. A place to settle and recharge. Bathroom is 30 seconds walking from the bunkie. This newer 2 bedroom cottage in Evergreen Village is very clean, well maintained, and in a quiet area. It is centrally located near the funplex, sports courts, and between wyldewood beach and the quarry. We have a Golf Cart available for renters to use. Cleaning fee is included. Extra Sherkston fees (pool and registration) are not included. Renters must provide their own linens and towels. MUST BE 25 years old to rent with valid drivers license. NO PARTIES and NO PETS.
