This property is located in Kirkby Thore village approx 10 mins Outside of Penrith. We are beside a main road, although set back. It is a self catering flat beside my home. The flat is clean & simple and you can adjust the heating to suit you! You have parking outside on the drive this is also covered by CCTV. We are in a very fortunate location for the lakes very easy to access From the main road! Also just up the road from centre parks Whinfell forest! We are also 10 minutes from Appleby,

Hilltop Lodge is a beautiful detached timber building set in enclosed garden (perfect for dogs). It's open plan, with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on an evening, with well-equipped modern kitchen and dining area. It has large windows with lots of natural light. The garden is abundant in wildlife throughout the year, and has a lovely terrace to sit out on. It’s a great base for relaxing, enjoying wildlife, adventuring, or being creative. We live in a beautiful, unspoillt part of the Eden Valley close to lakes and fells. We are a working farm and the airbnb space is a static caravan looking out onto fields, woodland and a river front. It is a simple caravan with all that you need for a stay in the Lakes. It's a great place from which to explore the Lakes - Haweswater is withing easy cycling distance and there are plenty of amazing walks on the doorstep with Shap Abbey just a couple of fields away.
