“A 20 minute walk east along the seafront takes you to pitch and putt at the tenth hole. 9 hole course, ranging from 50 to 91 metres holes. The cakes in the tearoom are great too!”

“We love this place. It always has a great atmosphere, the food is small plate tapas style and the staff are lovely. There is a tiny cocktail bar downstairs too. We have never had to book for a lunchtime but always for an evening as it gets really busy.”

“"Sakura was established in 2009 as the first Japanese restaurant in Portsmouth. Since our opening night we have always strived to bring the taste of true Japanese cuisine to our customers, while adding friendly service, knowledge and a lot of enthusiasm for what we do. Whether you are trying to get into the amazing world of Japanese food, getting an amazing pre-theatre meal or just wanting a fantastic meal, we would always do our best to please."”

“Superb 'proper' pub doing real ales and food. This place is a gem. Basic, good food - chilli and rice, sausages and mash, jacket potato - at a reasonable price. Great real ales which change every week from independent breweries.”
