“One of my fav places to take my visiting friends although you have to find out when they are not overrun with cruise ship groups! The caves are breathtaking! ”

“Okay, this place was great when it started as a little restaurant located in the St. Georges Golf Club (which was demolished, literally) but it is still great which sometimes rarely happens when places leave their initial establishment, but that didn't happen with Wahoos. Hands down, I feel they have the best seafood in St. Georges. So, if you are feeling a little hungry take a walk, taxi or bus you won't be disappointed. Especially during lobster season!!!”

“This is one of the many forts around the Island, strategically located to guard the eastern channel, the only entrance into our archipelago. Beaches and restaurants nearby. There is also a big tourism project underway, the building of fractional units, and a hotel are taking form right next to the fort. ”

“The Swizzle Inn has always been a popular destination for visitors and locals alike. Originally located only in the east, there is now a second location in Warwick as well. Great food and drinks! And you can catch Ben Payne's musical styling over the weekend [east end spot].”

“Worth the ride/drive to Southside (former US Naval Station) at the eastern end of the Island. Quieter and more secluded than the adjacent but equally beautiful Clearwater beach and requires a few minutes walk as it is within a nature reserve. Take a picnic and a bottle of something special!”

“It has some beautiful beaches that were once not seen by Bermudians because the property was once owned by the US Base that was at one time here in Bermuda. But since leaving they left some of the nicest beaches for everyone to see.”

Resort
“The closest big hotel to St. David'. Offers everything a guest would enjoy. Several restaurants and bars serving a variety of foods including a scrumptuous buffet brunch. The beach is only for guests but others can enjoy the boat rentals, cave spa, restaurants and bars, and some summer evenings there is live entertainment in a lovey outdoor poolside setting with a tapas -type menu of yummy nibbles. ”
