Beachside luxury place, balcony & secured parking

In my apartment has a lovely balcony to view the coming and goings of St Kilda. You will be near the stunning Catani Gardens, the ever popular St Kilda Beach and 500 metres to some fabulous restaurants, coffee shops and all the action. The St Kilda Festival in February is on your door step. Secure off street parking. I am very happy to greet you or give you privacy the choice is yours. I am a St Kilda resident and understand the area and all it has to offer. St Kilda is close to all the action. The beach is an iconic part of Australia with a number of fun activities. Come see the penguins, dive out of a plane, or take a cruise from the nearby harbour. The Apartment is just near the Skybus drop off and pick up for Melbourne's International airport, cost is approximately $19. There is the 96 Tram to the CBD just outside the front door. Ubers galore at your disposal and the big Red Double Decker bus is immediately accessible for you. The apartment comes with a car park and I can help you with hire car information. Sun, beach and great restaurants.

Our place has free secure basement parking, located just across the road from the BEACH, and a 150 metre stroll to Fitzroy Street and Acland Street. You’ll love our place because of the great location for beach activities, festivals, cafes and restaurants and near Albert Park and Catani Gardens. The apartment is freshly renovated with a beautiful private balcony. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers but can sleep up to four with a new leather pullout sofabed.
