Stade: Charming, 1-room apartment, direct old town location of the beautiful Hanseatic city, raised ground floor in a popular old town location in the immediate vicinity of breakfast bakeries,shopping, culture and a parking garage. The old country is right on the doorstep and invites you to cycle through the orchards, trips to the North Sea and the Lüneburg Heath are wonderfully possible. The metropolis of Hamburg can be reached wonderfully with the Elbe ferries from Stade or Finkenwerder - the way is the destination.

If you love design, this is the place for you! Our historic house, the "Stadtvilla", was built in 1902. We live on the lower floors of the Stadtvilla and your apartment is on the upper floor, which we recently renovated. My wife is a professional designer and this space is guaranteed to inspire you. You may recognize some of the furniture and appliances, but you will be amazed to see how they have been incorporated into a creative overall design that is both sophisticated and inviting.

The cozy country house is freshly renovated. With attention to detail, a comfortable retreat for travelers in the Old Land was created. New real wood parquet and Italian floor tiles meet the historic beams of the farmhouse here. The farm has direct access to a beautiful country path along the fruit farms. Especially in the heyday, it is ideal to do extensive cycling tours along the fruit trees. The very nearby Elbe also creates a maritime flair.

Welcome to the Altes Land, the largest German fruit growing area with its numerous fruit farms. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 min by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 min) and Buxtehude (12 min) are recommended. Our 1 bedroom apartment is fully equipped and really very nice. We are looking forward to a visit...

Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
