Centrally located to all the amenities you will need. 2 miles to boat ramp and close to restaurants, grocery stores and Casey's. 3 TV's with DVD players as well as streaming service Netflix and Paramount +. Parking in front as well as large back yard with enough parking for several boats/trailers. Full size washer and dryer. Also board games and cards for those rainy nights.
