Avril was very friendly and accommodating and even allowed me to check-in much later than expected, which I'm very grateful about. She even prepared fresh water, snacks, and a steam iron upon request. The room itself is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Happy to have stayed at Avril's place. Definitely recommend :)

The house is well decorated, clean and quiet. Some minor leakages near the staircase but Ms Noorshah reacted to it fast! A very responsive host indeed!

Where to begin.. The place itself is cozy and able to fit in large crowd. It is very easy to communicate with noorshah and she is able to cater to personal request. Checking in and out without any hassle, just let her know what is your plan. Lots of parking available. But do park responsibly, considering residents around. Its been a great and fun stay for my family and friends. Totally worth it and highly recommended for a family/friends getaway.

The house is spacious and clean. The swimming pool is well maintained. It is suitable for family gathering and children having fun the most! We found one of the sliding door and its grill were unable to lock properly. I am not sure whether it is broken or we don't know the technique to lock it. Overall, it is a great villa to spend your holiday!

The care taker of the house was very helpful and clean up the house before our arrival and the host Ms Hanis was very helpful and patient in explaining the details and adjusting the needs required by my family. Our family enjoy the spacious living areas and dining areas available for interaction. The bedrooms and bed sheets are clean but the number of the blankets for the kids and adults is insufficient and the water heater in some of the rooms upstairs are not functioning well. We love the pool and the water is clean and there were plenty of culinary set that sufficient for our family members to use. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this for family and friends gathering.

I stayed here for 1 night with 3 more families. Very spacious place. A good location for chilling in the pool n bbq. Very accomodating host. Highly recommended for big family n friends.

Great place! The house is large, can easily accomodate large groups. The house helper is just a few minutes away and willing to help at any time. Located in residential area, so its advisable to avoid making loud noise by 10pm. The pool is great and we had fun playing games. Thanks!

The host was very obliging and could cater to almost all our needs, which we found were fair. At some points, there were some flies and a cockroach even popped up, but was quickly handled with some bug spray. Afterwards, there were no issues later on. One thing I myself did overlook was the lack of air-conditioning in the living and dining rooms on the ground floor (Bedroom on the ground floor had air-conditioning). Overall, would definitely recommend staying here. The host is very communicative.

Absolutely enjoyed the place. Everything was in place and the serenity and comfort of the villa was perfect even for a group of 20. Hanis is a very gracious host and she ensured we had everything we needed. Definitely will recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to chill and relax.
