Half basement-Enjoy luxurious sleep in our quiet neighborhood on our king size memory foam mattress and black out blinds, or take a nap on our full leather sofa. We have also just installed central AC so you will be comfortable even on the warmest days. 5 min walk from Main St where you will find pharmacies, grocery store, coffees, and shopping. beach is 7 min drive away. Private yard space with BBQ, and shaded area under the carport. For the ones who enjoy cooking, we have a full kitchen :)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This suite is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and pubs. Whether you enjoy hiking biking or walking by the lake it’s all out your back door to enjoy! Summerland is also well known for the bottle neck drive where you can visit multiple wineries for a tasting and lunch while enjoying the views. There is no smoking of any kind inside or outside.
