Slapp av på dette fredlige stedet. Du bor i et boligområde veldig nær Norges største skatepark i betong, (Tasta Skatepark), fotballbanene til Vardeneset Ballklubb, sandvolleybane, utendørs håndballbane, basketballbane, BMX bane mm. Vi har utstyr til det meste;) Havet og skogen rundt Stavangers største innsjø, Store Stokkavannet, er en kort gåtur borte. For å komme til Stavanger sentrum kan du enten ta en buss, (nr 5 og 8, disse går ca hvert 10 minutt), eller gå en fin tur på ca 40 minutter.

In a quiet neighborhood by Pedersgata, this gem lies in the middle of an eldorado of eateries. The house is just the right size, newly renovated and furnished with original furniture classics from Scandinavia. In the house next door, baking is still done the old-fashioned way and on Friday there is a queue to secure the weekend's bread. Here you live close to the center with short distances. Naustet is brand new and part of the marine environment towards Soknasundet. It's a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat, there is plenty of room for the boat at the pier. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) that has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
