“Lovely restaurant/bistro. Nice staff, great ambience, and the food is always very good. The car park is small, but there is a public car park next door. Walk into the village after your meal, it's a picturesque delight.”

“Fantastic food at a reasonable price. The Twice Baked Newlyn Crab soufflé is simply amazing! Also try the local sparking wine from Polgoon - very nice and sold by the glass. Make sure you book in advance as it is very popular.”

“A warm welcome, well kept beers, good gin selection and great food - the fish pie is my favourite. It is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where dogs are allowed in the bar. Food served in the evenings until around 8.30. It gets very busy so you might want to book a table in the restaurant - same menu and prices but you are guaranteed a seat! Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant part though. ”

“Stunning location and good food. They also have another pub on the north coast near Zennor (St Ives way) called The Gurnards Head. Both serve excellent food - but again, book in advance as they're very popular.”

Convenience Store
“Mousehole's only convenience shop. Family run and so essential to the village. Stroll down in the morning like the locals to get your newspapers, eggs, bacon, pasties (the best), bread, cream, milk, wine, toiletries and essentials here. Also has a post office.”

Hotel
“Fantastic place to spend the day with kids. Beautiful, safe sandy harbour with pier that braver folk can jump off. Plenty of places to get food, ice-cream etc and lots of quaint little galleries and gift shops. You can either walk there (approx half hour with kids) or drive half way and park in one of the bays on the road and walk the rest of the way. If walking isn't your thing then I suggest park in the Coast Guard car park which is on the left as you enter the village.”
