“Ajinoyakata, once a miso making factory, now open for visitors and customers who are interested in the almighty Japanese seasoning. The traditional infrastructure of the building is well blended with an air of modern modifications such as a dedicated corner for its historical milestones and its owner, Akio Morita, also infamously known as the founder of Sony. A restaurant with a variety of miso-made Japanese cuisine are also served with an affordable price as well! Miso-related products could also be purchased there. Operating Hours: 10a.m - 4p.m Admission Fee: Free Directions: By car. ”

“One of our favorite ramen places in Tokoname. Located near the pottery walk, 'Kamon Tanaka Kai' really puts a lot of effort into serving beautifully presented bowls of ramen. We recommend the 'Shiokaze' (Salty wind) ramen with a topping of shrimp as well as pork. Opens from 6:30pm, closed on Sundays.”
