“My mother used to say she could tell if lobster was cooked over hardwood, gas or electricity ...I don't know if that's possible but lobster connoisseurs definitely want their lobsters cooked over hardwood and Trenton Bridge does it right! Wonderful people, terrific lobster! And, they ship anywhere. You won't get a more authentic lobster pound experience than here. They are closed on Sunday. ”

Performing Arts Venue
“A fun place for the whole family (including the dog!!), especially if you have older 'kids' who would like to try their hand (well, feet) at log rolling (this is a separate lesson, not combined with the 'show'). The lumberjack shows are every evening at 7:00pm (you must purchase tickets), EVERY night (as in 7 days a week) mid-June through the end of August. 'Timber Tina' Scheer was a Castaway on CBS’s Survivor: Panama – Exile Island. She was also a competitor on National Geographic Channel's Ultimate Survival Alaska. She has been competing in lumberjack sports since she was 7 years old. She's been a World Champion in both Log Rolling and Jack & Jill Crosscut Sawing. She's also a silver medalist in ESPN's Great Outdoor Games. This is her place and it's a local favorite. For more information, visit their website, mainelumberjack.com.”

Park
“This is where we go to swim in the ocean. No crowds, sometimes we're the only ones on the beach. Take a picnic and hike through the woods. Just ask and I'll give you directions to this preserve not far from our cabin. But please don't tell too many people about it! The peace and quiet is heaven!”
