Spanish colonial architecture with central courtyard and large covered terrace overlooking the sea. It’s above the town on the edge of cliff to Cristales River. It’s close to the beach and center of the historic town. You’ll love it because of the ocean views, the people, the ambiance, and the gardens, the orchard, swimming in the rapids of the river that runs by the property, and other outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Beautiful corner house

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Charming corner house 3 minutes walk to the beach. Has nice kitchen and two full bathrooms, laundry room, garage and out door sitting area. There are two negatives issue that I want to point about my property: noise and dust due to the location of the house. There is a pave road at one side and a dirt road at the other.

Comfortable, spacious, and centrally located! Great for families or a group of friends! Safe property and equipped with everything you need for a quiet stay. With private parking. It has a central location, about a 9 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. As you walk or drive in your car, you can enjoy the center of Trujillo, its church, and the Santa Barbara Fortress.
